Perrette setting up Shivers again?

Do people set other people up just for spite? Create situations to entrap others just because it’s doable? Maybe even manipulate events to cause an arrest for a restraining order violation? Are they really that smart; or really that stupid?

For those of you following the ex-husband Francis “Coyote” Shivers/Pauley Perrette ex-wife wrongful conviction, false accusations, trumped up restraining order, murder for hire soap opera, we’ve learned from independent investigators working for the various civil rights groups that one of precious Pauley’s boyfriends may have landed a bar-tending job at a cocktail lounge in Hollywood serving up Cucumber Dilettantes with muddled cucumbers and pink swizzle.

Mr. Shivers frequents the place where Boyfriend will be pouring drinks, popping beer caps, and flirting with movie star wannabees. Shivers and friends have frequented this area for over 15 years. He has worked at businesses within 100 yards of Boyfriend’s new job. And, tonight, Shivers is scheduled to work at the opening of an art gallery within a false accusation throw of Boyfriend’s swizzles. There are hundreds if not thousands of cocktail lounges (bars) in Los Angeles County and Boyfriend ends at this one. My bookie says, “20 to one against coincidence…putz.”

Network reruns watch out. This life size drama has all the telltale signs of another episode of NCIS with lab tech Precious Pauley discovering a restraining order violation in her very own laboratory, a laboratory wherein unknown to the show’s producers, copious quantities of designer drug consumption morphed into toe sucking bondage. Yikes!

Will Precious Pauley be sucking down Cucumber Dilettantes with bartending Boyfriend? Will she proposition little Ms. Mary showing way to much leg on at the bar three stools down. After laying in wait for hours at Boyfriend’s bar, will Precious Pauley miraculously discover that Shivers is working an art show down the street! OH MY GOD!  Aghast, shocked, shaking she’ll spill muddled cucumbers in her lap fumbling her cell-phone dialing 911. “Shit, it’s a new skirt. He’ll pay for that too,” she’s blurts. Who knew sweet innocence? He’s supposed to stay 100 yards away! Or maybe, LAPD Hollywood Division Detectives and Swat Team will chow down way to many stale doughnuts waiting to arrest unsuspecting Shivers?

As my trusted shrink Dr. T wrote,

There is already an established pattern. Sociopathic borderlines/narcs are like Wile E. Coyote in that they use the same cockamamie tactics over and over again.  I find that when you shame and expose the transparent behaviors of these types before they act, you can head them off at the pass. When you shine a light on cockroaches, they usually scurry back under the baseboard. What you need here is the disinfectant properties of full exposure.”

I’m thinking Dr. T may have been suggesting shining a light on Precious Pauley, maybe even bartending Boyfriend with pink swizzle. Who knows, could be anyone, even an Assistant District Attorney or conjoined at the hip LAPD Threat Management Unit investigators whose jobs entail protecting celebrities from the good citizens of Los Angeles County, including the likes of harmless Mr. Shivers– could happen, cucumbers and all…after all, IT”S HOLLYWOOD, the land of make them believe you…

Will duct taped Suzy Q find peace at her daughter’s new S&M club… How did Trevor find his stolen bicep hidden in Johnny’s steroid closet… Is a trap being set for Mr. Shivers… smells that way, doesn’t it? Are they really that smart; or really that stupid? It’s doable…

Hopefully, this small article let’s the cast know that thousands of others now know entrapment may be afoot… Best would be for everyone to get along, Boyfriend to pour his drinks, Precious Pauley to hook up with Mary To Much Leg Showing, and for Mr. Shivers to go to work without fear of being arrested.

Q: “Do people set other people up just for spite? Are they really that smart; or really that stupid?”

Smart or stupid? The most telling question to ask; Are people really that evil?

    Short answer: Oh, hell yes.

    • jose

It does seem to be an act where the perpetrator is evil. What person with a conscience is willing to not only destroy someone’s reputation, but then watch them imprisoned and tortured(because being in jail when you are innocent is a form of torture, believe me.) Once they make the false accusation, and involve law enforcement you have to figure they can’t back out easily since it’s a crime to lie to police. Plus, then everyone will know they are a spiteful liar. Plus, they will get sued. Once people like Perette or Tig Notaro lie in such a way, there is no easy fix. Add lawyers, and a bunch of other self interested people, and the falsely accused is facing what seems an insurmountable mess.

Here the LAPD’s threat management Unit is there under the guise of society. They are paid by the tax payer to get to the truth and prevent crime. Instead, they are using the taxpayers money to secure themselves the Hollywood lifestyle. They wear seven jeans as they raid homes of Holocaust survivors. They use millions on working to get innocent people convicted and discredited. They claim to handle only aggravated cases of stalking but any investigation proves they handle any case where a big entertainment lawyer is involved. I bet their homes and cars don’t appear commensurate with the salaries they claim on their tax returns.

The same for the City Attorney and the Judges who have signed on. It’s beyond disgusting. The lack of a perceptible public outcry makes it possible for them to keep doing this. The PR machines these psychos invest in allow the internet to be bombarded by false information. It takes miracles to get to the truth.

Pauley’s a clever one, but I’m not sure she’s smart enough to understand where all this BS is leading. Or maybe she’s so drunk on her “power” she doesn’t care. Whichever of her flunkies is responsible for damage control, needs to double his rates. Imagine having to explain to her that she’s actually not invincible. That’s a job I wouldn’t take on for any price.

Pauley Perrette really needs to get hers; and if and when she does, I hope she enjoys seeing someone more worthy than her on her TV personality from what should be prison!

Women get a free pass all the time, and that needs to stop. I am all for equality, including the consequences for good AND BAD behavior. That alone to feminists designates me a misogynist. I have a spine and balls.

Off topic, but speaking of false allegations/accusations, Obama claims sexual assault is a “National Security Threat!” Oh My! And all from Sexual Assault “Advocates” who were supposed to care for victims, instead they turned them into prostitutes, groped strippers, or assaulted them themselves. “Covering their tracks are feminists, hmmmmm” The Wise Yoda was quoted.

    http://tracking.military.com/cgi-bin/outlog.cgi?url=http://www.military.com/daily-news/2013/05/17/obama-sexual-assault-threatens-national-security.html?ESRC%3Ddod.nl&code=130513WDVH01&eml=eaf63e748d6fa3ff8fe229379f34d83b

I always refer to the movie Bulletproof Monk, where the Nazi character and his organization hide behind the veil of a human rights group as a front for their activities. Think about, if I wanted to rape women with impunity, why would I not start a domestic violence shelter with how they are funded and operated in secrecy by people who largely only use women for funding? Or pretend to be a sexual assault advocate where I get to “discuss with them in private?” Pauley Perrette knows this all to well. She gets to torture her victims because of these activities.

Honestly, when you read the reports, over half of the rape and sexual harassment victims in the military are men. 45% are women, give or take. Men are 85% of the military, and women are 15. So when they start doing the numbers, they obviously twist them to their own benefit. Yet who do we hear about? That’s right, it only matters when its da’wymmins. Those 16,000 men, sans 14,000 women who matter, can go shove themselves before they take an enemy bullet their female victim counterparts can dodge out of if she wants to.

When you break down the numbers, and realize that 17% are considered to be false, and when the Numbers are correctly identified that number is most likely higher; one wonders how long before women in the service will be openly questioned? Especially when they start getting forced into combat roles they are not built for, and get out for “hygiene issues,” pregnancy, “stress” from “sexual assault,” and medical discharge because their body cannot endure the rigors of combat life.

I wonder if Obama will call that an issue of National Security? We sure as hell know that not Obama, nor any politician left or right, will have the cajones to call it what it is; the pandering to the female vote when women should not be in any military role but services and support. Both operate in the background, mostly out of harms way. Good luck getting that through their heads though. They are wymmins, hear them ROAOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRR!

      El,

Good points. What is interesting or sad depending on how you look at it, is that Miss Borderline/Histrionic/Narcissistic/Sociopath continues,,,,, and continues,,,,, to claim this victim status when the evidence is becoming ever more clear that she is setting him up and has for quite some time. She must spend a fortune on PR clowns, lawyer clowns, and ass-kisser clowns, because really,,,,, really,,,,, who actually believes this crap? No one with an I.Q. of three above plant life. What is worse and what should be more of a concern for everybody, especially those in the L.A. area are the criminal justice components. It is becoming more clear as well, that those components cannot be that dumb, (well maybe the lawyer types) but the law enforcement component and their capitulation to this whacko makes me wonder. Are we in another mini type Rampart scenario here? Maybe it could be called “Starpart” or “Personality Disorderpart” or “Liarpart” or “I Wanna Rub Elbows with the A-Listerspart?” Just like Miss “Koo-Koo for Coco Puff’s,” the evidence is piling up, and that disturbs me, not for this twit, but the criminal justice system should be better than that. I said before that I call it like it is, and I guess since she just won’t quit and go away, neither will this army. Stay tuned.

      • http://shiningpearlsofsomething.blogspot.com Suzanne McCarley

I wonder how she will respond when her well-documented shenanigans are exposed in a comprehensive and meticulously organized manner. I’ll go on record predicting a sympathy-seeking emotional breakdown, something along the lines of:

Couldn’t handle the pressure of her new found fame…fell under the influence of the likes of Bebe Buell and various other has-beens and hangers-on…regrets any “inconvenience” she has caused …interrupts her career to seek “treatment”…is grateful to her fans for their unflagging support….

She’ll shift from being a victim of a “scary” ex, to being a victim of her own celebrity.

        • http://gravatar.com/jjrockmale El Bastardo

Often, as I am going through family court in three separate states for one case this past seven years, I have thought to myself what sort of person could I be if I was a judge?

My conclusion is that I am no yes man, and could never make friends with such fragile egos whose personal insecurities flag them to race to the bottom and see how they can better strip children of one parent, or both parents, and live from the wealth of these innocents’ futures so they can buy more stuff?

I think I would shred everyone who came into my court ex parte, and make no orders until I had heard from each party. I also think that most of my cases would end the day they came in, and any continuance granted would be because it was a valid reason. Which means one in twenty.

I also think that the word “And?” properly phrased as a ruthless dare to give me the evidence they are claiming or shut up would be a staple of my usual vocabulary.

I did not even need ten seconds thought to realize that a guy like me, as imperfect but honest as I am, would not make it through the various screening processes I have learned they go through to even make that six figure salary without having to claim what attorneys give under the table for a particular outcome.

If while I was in court, and another father strolled in with a weapon in his hand to take vengeance on any of them; I think I might only stop him for his own safety. Yet honestly, part of me would want to sit back and watch him work. When he points it at me, I would throw my hands up and say “Fella, like you, I have been wronged; and I am so sorry for your loss that lead you down this sorrowful path. But killing me will not help you, it will help them.” I bet you he would not even shoot me.

I have been watching a lot of things around ancient times to wonder if this has happened before, and indeed it has. The difference is, the elites of our day have learned from their corrupt predecessors how best to handle the masses without to much ill will. Better to keep us complacent.

You cannot sit on the men and women who are not as fortunate like that forever and not expect some sort of retribution. What Perrette is, is not that uncommon. She is in fact like so many disturbed individuals in our species history. We are naturally somewhat depraved. Yet be it falling victim to one of our own, and falling to the siren song of the evil who abuse those they can because their ready torment is available; the madness sets in.

I have learned through my ordeal how much it has affected my mind. Literally, it has had chemical and physiological effects. Being that I am not a trained professional psychologist, I cannot properly diagnose what it is. However, my military training left me the ability to ignore it; but also identify that I have it.

How best to treat it without drugs is my thing. I digress.

Shivers is going to have to deal with his insecurity, which should be obvious he has to anyone considering the type of woman he draws. Yet Perrette may need to be properly taken out of society as clearly the madness she has has made her a threat to those around her. I have read that she may possibly be responsible for the murder of one of her friends in 2011? Yet she got on America’s Most Wanted to “help find the murderer(s).” We as citizens of this “great nation” are dupes if I ever seen them.

As sad as our world is, there is still hope. We are capable of so many noble things, even Perrette may come to her senses. I don’t see her potential future incarceration as revenge anymore, as much as I see it as potentially therapeutic for her to spend time in a system she was so enamored to see others suffer in. Perhaps, that suffering is the psychotropic drug she needs to handle her “madness?”

My apologies for such a long reply SM

        • makeitstop

          Spot on.

The “sympathy-seeking emotional breakdown” is very likely. Though, I’d be shocked by any expression of regret or inconvenience on her part. That would imply admittance. She is incapable of admitting fault.

“She’ll shift from being a victim of a “scary” ex, to being a victim of her own celebrity”. < Also spot the fuck on.

        • Michael Conzachi

Suzanne, you are absolutely correct, but it will only come to that point when Miss Borderline and her clan cannot further explain away this nonsense. The Hollywood PR Money Machine is very powerful and will stop at nothing. Anyone who dares to upset that cart will become a target, and many already have. There have been more and more comments regarding the actions of the LAPD, and that it appears that we have in place the new scandal that has replaced “Rampart.” There are more and more examples of restraining orders; initiated by the LAPD Threat Management Unit, that are being used in various Hollywood business disputes and whistleblower cases, so they are not just limited to divorces. The evidence is building and more are coming forward; in fact it is getting hard to keep up with the flow of information. I think AVFM and NCFM have opened a great big Pandora’s box.

      • http://gravatar.com/jjrockmale El Bastardo

Sometimes, and this is rare as evil people usually do not admit to this; is a vague sense of sympathy for their victims. Sort of like a feeling of missing out on a wager once coveted. It is not so much that Miss Perrette feels bad for Shivers; it is that she cannot have him covet her on top of being able to destroy him for leaving her. It is a vague, almost palpable emotion her histrionic self worth tortures her with. Yet she can feel no remorse, for Shivers was not a lover, or friend in the strict sense, but the faceless character in her mind’s playhouse. The world is her stage. We all merely players in her sociopath’s melodrama.

Like a sex addict in sex, or a serial killer in murder; her play must go on. She delights in the misery she creates; but it is not personal. Merely business, and a bad one, that Shivers lack of judgement got him involved in.

For Paulette, nothing will satiate the ending of her mind’s eye for theatrical performance as a real life tragedy. She is like an ancient Roman Senator’s adopted daughter, wielding her new found powers one last time to entangle an enemy in a web of deception and lies; for no other purpose in that the enemy did not like the murderous hell she dropped on their lives. So Shivers must be punished, for no one should insult her “gift” of slavery, murder, and betrayal. As if they should thank her for including them in her act. If only all victims should be grateful for the “art” sociopaths paint in their quite possibly short lives.

Surely, hers is a prison of her own making. Time to make her “cell” a reality. I wonder, if the classical and medieval eras were not more forgiving in some ways in that death released some more often? I highly doubt this, but when we make “laws for just living” and enshrine it on a piece of paper we profess to believe its ideals; we expect it to be defended and upheld. We now live in a society that more and more it feels those ideals are no longer valid.

In our own theatrical way, we delude ourselves as Americans, like the ancient Romans, that the world owes us for the “freedom” we bestow on them whether they like it or not. Yet, we neglect ourselves as we are too busy making our Capitol the “Center of the World.” Cases like this make me think we are inline for an upheaval of severe historical significance. A pleasant dream once awoken, we may find our new future a reality of nightmare. The social tectonics seem ripe for a massive shakeup that if physical, would make Japan’s last quake seem like ideal conditions for a picnic.

Our youth are left adrift, our soldiers are betrayed at home and killed overseas at the whims of those who have no stake here. Our women, like the worst of ancient Rome don’t even need to be a slave to live a life of prostitution; they choose it themselves, and have the delicious euphemistic name of “Empowerment” to justify their lowly existence.

Our courts are a system of bribes given, and taken, and Justice is a dream long since awoken from. Our leaders lie and cheat, and defend each other as they destroy those they disagree with, and each other to vie for position.

We are in debt that even our great grandchildren cannot pay. Yet we tell ourselves that we can spend our way out of it.

Personally, I see cities on fire. Women left to fend for themselves as the men no longer see them desirable to be long term mates; and those same men see no value in the Nation that was suppose to defend them.

It has happened before, and can happen again.

Like Perrette, our nation is weak from the “wealth” we seemed so fixated on, and if and when the time comes to defend ourselves, we may be too busy fighting digital worlds in video games to be bothered with saving our own.

We live so fat, does anyone wonder like me if like sheep or cattle, we are not already on our way to the proverbial slaughterhouse?

      • http://gravatar.com/b3and1p Robin

I don’t think this has anything to do with stupidity. It starts with the Threat Management Unit and them securing a judge to grant an order. The guess is that the one who has the order against them will bow down to the world famous Threat Management Unit and disappear. If that doesn’t happen then the lawfirm that hooked up the celeb, in the first place, starts badgering Jeffrey Dunn and his crew. They know that Delgadillo and Trutanich will direct any deputy to file any charge as long as it comes from the right people, so then the city attorneys that they know are agreeable enter the fray. Jeffrey Dunn is of the mind that jail , or the threat of jail ,wisens up those stupid enough not to get that they are cooked, and this has nothing to do with law or facts. A plea is offered and if accepted, the innocent party is in the system and if they write on the internet, they will be in big trouble. It is essential that the celebrity not be smeared on the internet and the TMU use the taxpayer to fund that mission.
If they don’t plea the city attorney and TMU will get into gear to make sure they have a complicit judge such as Solarzano or Vanderet will assure a conviction, by making the “right” rulings. There are cases where the mental health court is used to break the defendant, if they won’t take a plea, but that didn’t occur in the Shivers case. A Doctor Kaushal Sharma wants to get a plum job with Michael Zona, and his medical entrepeneurship, and he will write anything, for the right price. This is very effective as it allows now the defendant to look insane, and very few will try to find out otherwise. All along these players are aware of the laws broken and the outrages occurring. Worst case scenario, the true victim sues and they have that in the bag too. Many defense lawyers wouldn’t dare mess with this kind of level of corruption, and so we see Shivers being convicted when such a conviction makes no sense. Now, he has illegal gag orders stopping him from the one thing that will save him: exposure. It’s a tragic story. Evil is winning for far too long.

        • Michael Conzachi

Robin, knowing what I know thus far, your words are extremely accurate. What is becoming ever more clear based on the mountain of comments not only here but in other places, has troubled me in that there is a mass opinion that the LAPD Threat Management Unit; and some of their questionable practices are being brought to light. It appears as though there is some type of cottage industry in our criminal justice system that caters to the entertainment industry, meaning all parts of the entertainment industry. I don’t know how it can be described in any other terms except; “Corruption.” Please keep the information flowing.
