Dr. Rhymes received his PhD from the University of Berkley in Sociology with a concentration in Critical Race Theory & Black Studies.
He has over 24 years experience working in the field of anti-racism, equity and inclusion training. He is an internationally-recognized authority in the field of critical race theory and Black Studies. He is also an ordained minister who has done chaplaincy work for the National Football League.
