Tom Martin to debate feminists in London

Tom Martin, the man suing Europe’s largest gender studies department, at LSE, for sex discrimination in its taught Masters degrees (court date on March 13) , will be discussing the problem of sexist elements within feminism at a public debate, at one of London’s other elite universities, UCL, at 7pm on Tuesday February 28, 2012. The debate will take place in Room 309 of the Roberts Building, on UCL’s campus. If you would like to attend, then you must email sexismbusters@hotmail.com to book your place in advance.

Media practitioners interested in doing a news story or documentary, including filming events at the debate, and around the court case with Tom, should also email sexismbusters@hotmail.com .

Tom’s legal fighting fund has received 129 donations from 10 countries totalling £4300 so far. Tom thanks all those who have donated, and asks everyone else considering it, to donate now, so he can afford further expert legal advise as he prepares further evidence which must be submitted by March 6, a week before the all-important court hearing date.

Please keep spreading the word to your networks in any other way you can, as well as follow on facebooktwitter, and youtube.

Debating with feminists is like trying to teach a pig to dance. It can’t be done, it annoys the pig and even if you do manage it, it still wont be pretty.

Waste of time, but good luck to him.

Is this debate going to be taped or is this a conference call I can attend? I will be in Vegas on business on that day. Yes, Vegas, and yes it is business but as we all know what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Would love to call in on a teleconference though. I am sure it would be much more satisfying hearing Tom kick femmiroid ass than what Vegas has to offer. Hope the debate is impartially moderated however. If the moderator is some university professor Tom is going to be in for a fight though I am confident he can handle it. GO TOM GO!!!!!

OT but urgent: I was just on the Yahoo main homepage. One of their newstories was entitled, “Guilty Verdict in Duke Lacrosse Case.” There was a picture of a guy who looked just like one of the falsely accused Duke men alongside a beautiful blonde. When I clicked on the story, it was about a murder that had nothing to do with the Duke Lacrosse Case at all whatsoever.

I pointed this out in the comments and received nothing but downvotes.

This would make a good story, I think. I screen captured the misleading and misandric title.

A writer did that in order to purposefully cause as many as possible to read it and believe that the Duke Lacrosse men were found guilty. This was directed at the people who read the titles but do not click the story, which is most people. This should be illegal and should definitely be exposed.

Somebody investigate this please. The story won’t be up for very long. I will send a donation soon, since I have asked for somebody to do something. I will take care of that asap, Paul.

    • Begining a comment with “OT but urgent” was a little forward of me. Sorry about that. The headline of the story was changed to “Guilty Verdict in Lacrosse Case” rather than “Guilty Verdict in Duke Lacrosse Case.” It was changed to several other things, too. The people at Yahoo change the thumbnail titles of stories frequently to optimize traffic flow, I think.

But they were still extremely malicious and cowardly to imply that the Duke Lacrosse players were found guilty. That was an effort to not only paint the Duke Lacrosse men as guilty, but to also paint a picture of a culture of patriarchal legal practice comprised of a routine distrust of women who report rape on the world’s stage.

    • A feminist blog complaining that men are not paying enough attention to them and other women. Ironic. Maybe if most women weren’t feminists, men would not prefer video games over women. Feminism CAUSES men to abandon women for video games. Good lord, feminists are brain dead scum.

    • As usual, women demonize men for what women turned men into. In this situation, however, women should be proud. Porn, video games, beer, sports, hanging with the guys … making us turn away from them turned us into less serious, fun people. Thank you feminism for making me discovering that a man needs a woman like a bank needs a robber.

Thumb up 9 Thumb down 0
    • Nobody say anything about the elephant in the room;

What kind of woman offers less to a man than a video game? (increasingly an average one, I suspect).

That article is just as much about modern women as it is about men who don’t give a toss about them. The men need to hold out for a better offer from the gryyyls, or keep playing, as THEY wish

How sad that her ‘feminine wiles’ (inc. bj giving) are so lame she can’t get him to come to bed early.

      • Exactamundo.

        I am a firm believer in shaming-back.

Whenever I see women talk about how “today’s men” are good for nothing, and spend all their time playing video games or watching sports (or whatever)…

I tell women “What does that say about women? Think about it… If a man would rather spend time with a bunch of pixels rather than spend time with you – what does that say about you? If you get beaten by a bunch of pixels, or some round white thing traveling around the screen (sports)?”

I think women do actually know and get this. In fact, that is precisely the reason they hate their boyfriends’ video games… Because it reminds them how low in value they are.

    • Hey Alek Novy,
Thanks for sticking another topic right underneath a topic desperately needing discussion. I’ve worked with Tom Martin. He is working in the real world in the front row, on the front line for mens rights.
He has to face these violent misandric hysterics face to face. Tom needs as much visual support from active M.R.As as possible.
For his own mental well-being, motivation, moral support and funding. Please “THINK” next time before you inadvertently sucker punch a topic with your impatience, send it to Paul Elam yourself or stick it lower down in an articles comments.

Paul Elam thank you for your support.

      • Roderick,

        1) this is common practice in AVfM comments. It’s part of the “AVfM culture”. It would help if you were aware of this before critiquing. You’ll see another Two OTs were posted right after mine by 2 other people… This is normal here. This is part of the AVfM commenting experience. Get used to it.

        2) OT comments are quick single-short-comment events most of the time, I wasn’t expecting mine to become popular and grow into an entire thread taking up two pages. Which is why I didn’t even check for chronology. I just did a quick OT-drop as is normal here.

        3) I’m actually the person who urgently passed the Tom Martin press-release to Paul Elam for publishing… Kind of clashes with me trying to “take away visibility”

        4) 90%(?) of the readers don’t even see the comments section from last check. The visibility is on top. The comments section is not the activism part. It’s just for commenting. Comments section has nothing to do with either activism or “visibility”.

        P.S.

        a) When I posted it, I didn’t realize I was the first commenter on the post. There was no “sticking” intended People posting OT, usually just hit submit on whatever the latest post on AVfM is. There was no intention on my part to have it be the “top post”… the site sorts comments by chronology.

        b) I just went and moved the entire OT comment-thread down by modifying the database timestamps manually. I hope I didn’t break the site doing it.

        • I am sorry for blowing you out of the bath tub Alek Novy.
          I’m back in London today.
When I looked at the comments I was delighted AVFM had noted Tom. After the article I went straight to comments, and I immediately thought you were someone commenting with something else. Over the subject and I got pissed. I owe you an apology Alek, I don’t normally jump down peoples throats.
I decided to attend the debate sporting my AVFM T/shirt.
I got an earlier train ticket and rushed back today for the debate. It was last night! Not tonight!!! Aaaaaaaa!
Maybe it was better I missed this one. I haven’t slept well for a week in anticipation.
          Sorry again.
          Rod.

      • I understand that OT comments can be a little frustrating for those with an investment in the OP, particularly when they come into play immediately.

I appreciate Alek for moving his comment down.

I also think it needs to be said that Alek is also working in the real world making real sacrifices in that were it not for him and his hard work, this website would not be as effective as it is in getting the word out.

That happens because Alek leads his team by example; working his ass off with exactly no personal gain just so AVfM can be available to good men like Tom Martin.

Thumb up 9 Thumb down 1
      • I see your point. Sorry if my OT post was a little early. I do, however make a point to first address the article being discussed and make OT posts afterwards, as I did on this thread.

In addition, I try to keep OT posts to a minimum. I admit that I have increasingly become careless in keeping tabs on my number of OT posts. I have probably went OT a little bit too much lately. Thanks for pointing this out.

By the way, I am putting my Tom Martin video back up next. I have the cheapest, most basic, internet plan, so it takes about an hour per video to upload my old videos. I only have time to upload one every now and then. That is the only reason that there is a delay in my re-publishing my supportive video of Tom Martin.

Tom, if you read this, please understand that I had to delete my channel and keep a low profile for a while due to some issues.

Just FYI, since this site is dependent on the good graces of donors to even exist I am pretty damned picky about whom I allow to solicit here.

And it heartens me to see that the only person here making this kind of obtuse comment is someone I don’t recall ever having anything else to say.

    • It takes a lot of time and effort to litigate. Actually getting your day into court and then preparing for court is most of the work. The actual time in court is just that.

Even if the courts rule against him, his efforts are well worth it. Any way that the court rules will show bias and prejudice against men. If the court rules in his favor, then the University will be exposed. If the court rules against him, the bias and prejudice of the court will be revealed. He is fulfilling his promises.

Are you suggesting that TM is being self referential perhaps ?

On your very own website, on the homepage fixed like a turd nailed to wallpaper is this:

      ————-
      “About the author
I do not claim to be the King of Funny Faces because my face is any funnier than anyone else’s. It is an inherited title.
      Ask me anything.”
      ————-

      Holy narcissist Batman.

That’s right. A reference to your face first and always, and some other stuff about men’s rights following behind like a tail to a mighty kite..

Face important. The rest almost as much.

Can you imagine this site having a picture of Mr Elam on the masthead with something like this:

      “About the author.
I do not claim to be the King of Voices for men because my voice is any louder than anyone else’s. It is an inherited title.
      Ask me anything”

You absolutely reek of self flagellation and your comments here reflect the vapidity of the ether between your shit plugged ears.

Ask you anything… What the fuck for ?

There, that’s my question, as a genuine one directed to you implies you are interesting while in fact you are fascinatingly dull.

Thumb up 5 Thumb down 0
    • I couldn’t care less if Tom doesn’t acknowledge my paltry donations. He’s drawing much-needed attention to a matter that is much, much bigger than himself, and doing it at great risk to his own reputation and well-being.

In standing up to LSE he is making a point that so desperately needs to be made. He has drawn a great deal of personal criticism for it, often as vicious and toxic as the lickspittle of a demonic spider that liquefies and dissolves its prey, and he is the one that wears it with a smile. I’ve never seen him grandstand for himself, just for the issue and the task at hand. In fact, I’ve found him to be as gracious and humble as any man can be when preparing to go once more into the breach under heavy fire. He is a hero to the MRM and men in general.

I sleep well, and wake with a feeling of tremendous hope knowing that courageous men like Tom Martin are in the world. He is a warrior. You funnyfaceking are merely a court jester.

I’ll donate again soon – so should you. Do it. $50….go on. Do it. I thank you on behalf of Tom.

Hello all, been reading this site since just before it was updated to the new format. Registered a while ago, first time comment. The site is excellent and the work you guys are doing is incredible. My story is mild compared to some, but I did lose my child to her mother, who lives 400 km away, and though I have not been ostracised from her life, I have missed out on a great deal, as has my daughter, so we have shared much pain. The work being done here is so important and I take my hat off to you all, especially to those of you who have not come to this from a background of pain and suffering, but just a realisation of the injustice that is happening, and are willing to fight. That is not that easy to discover in a blue pill world. Once again, great work. Oh, bought a couple of T-Shirts just naw, they look great

  16. Thanks to Paul for posting this news. As part of my daily routine I have been hitting the comments sections, placing ‘adverts’ for people to donate, because I have to get more of a debate going, and get more donations so I can pay for barrister advice and improve my chances of winning. I sent 150 emails yesterday, and have had one £5 donation today, since this article appeared. I appreciate many of you have already given generously, and how annoying it must be to keep seeing requests from me, but please appreciate, the court hearing date got delayed three months, then got put pack another month after that, and these delays cost money. Most would-be donors seem to be in a ‘wait and see’ mode, when the chances of us seeing a victory depend on people donating now.

A debate like this would never be permitted to exist in the USA. Feminists control the podium, and therefore control the debate here. They have untold power.

An American version of Tom Martin would need body guards to protect him from all the white-knights, just to get to the venue safely. (I’m not exaggerating.) The SlutWalk I attended had enlisted about a dozen guys to watch over the feminists and sluts. They were given special arm bands and roamed around the crowd looking at any men with a suspicious gaze.
