  • Do you want to publish a book?

This is an early call for manuscripts. AVFM Education, LLC is opening a publishing house in the near future. Zeta Press (under construction) will house a wide range of literature addressing issues faced by men and boys. It will include literature not acceptable for mainstream sensibilities, which means it is the stuff you want to read. It will also host an array of other interesting nonfiction and fiction offerings.

Simply put, we want to build the red pill library from hell.

We have agreed to contract with a highly experienced editing team and will provide cover art graphics for those who desire it.

Our contract with authors will be very competitive. We will provide you with extras like an editing progress account (RT) that allows you ongoing communication during the editing process and automated...

I had to phone her friend to state my case
And say she’s lost control again
And she showed up all the errors and mistakes
And said I’ve lost control again
She expressed herself in many different ways
    untill she lost control again
And walked upon the edge of no escape
And laughed I’ve lost control again

    She’s lost control again
Joy Division – She’s lost control

    MEN – Wainwright

When a ship is sinking and they lower the lifeboats
And hand out the life jackets,
The men keep on their coats
The women and the children are the ones
    Who must go first
And the men who try to save their skins
    Are cowards and are cursed

Every man’s a captain, men know how to drown
Man the lifeboats if there’s room, otherwise go down

And it’s the same when there’s a war on:
It’s the men who go to fight
    Women and children are civilians,
When they’re killed it’s not right
Men kill men in uniform, it’s the way war goes
    When they run they’re cowards,
When they stay they are heroes

Every man’s a general, men go off to war
    The battlefields a man’s world,
    Cannon fodders what they’re for

It’s the men who have the power,
It’s the men who have the might
And the world’s a place of horror
Because each man thinks he’s right
A man’s home is his castle so the family let him in
But what’s important in that kingdom
Is the women and the children

    A husband and a father, every man’s a king
But he’s really just a drone,
Gathers no honey, has no sting
Have pity on the general, the king, and the captain
They know they’re expendable, after all they’re men

Thanks for posting that, Nancy. I have been looking for it on youtube and for some reason have missed it.

It is a shame about these two songs. They both cut right to the core of MRM issues, but were sadly wasted on a culture unprepared to “get” their meaning.

Another tune, another lament for a man

I’ve always been partial to Mr Guilty. I think of it as the anthem of many of the men who frequent the Shrink4Men site:

Wow. I can’t believe I have been a fan for 20 years and have not heard this.

      Great stuff! Thanks!

Where can I find Loudon Wainwright’s “You can’t say ‘no’ to a woman”. I’ve looked and looked. It once was the theme song for my (f**ked up) life. I’d like to find a copy. Thanks!

Holy cr*p! Mr. Guilty is all about my wife. Can’t wait to show this to my therapist, lol.
