Andy ‘Man’ Thomas has written an open letter to the Camden Center regarding Radfem 2013. In his attempt to contact the Camden Center Andy has run into roadblocks which have prevented him from contacting anyone there. Of course AVfM will help him get the word out out and publish it here for all to see.
Paul Elam issues a statement regarding the recent meltdown at MRA London and where A Voice for Men will be going in the aftermath. This is one of those issues that comes up in the MHRM from time to time, and from which there is literally no escape. All opinions on it are welcome in this thread.
No one likes the sight of dirty laundry hanging out. This is especially true in the MHRM. But sometimes it is just inevitable. And sometimes, what looks like dirty laundry is actually laundry that has just been cleaned, and it is hanging out to dry in a cool breeze. Events now from MRA London
Perhaps one of the most offensive things about the Radfem group wanting to have a conference at the London Irish Centre is the reason that the place was built was largely to welcome Irishmen who were building the city of London, often dying in the process. MRA London reports.
Radfem 2013 was cancelled. And now it may be an animal welfare issue. We are betting that Cathy Brennan kicked her cat at least a dozen times while on the phone with Aer Lingus. Fortunately, we are still betting the cat ended up in better shape than Brennan.
Last year the radical feminist group Radfem wanted to have a conference in Conway Hall in London. Pressure was brought to bear over their exclusionary practices and the event hall ousted them. So this year they tried again. MRA London gave them the same results.
