It is now seriously suggested that women’s prisons close

Great Britain is about to lend new meaning to the pussy pass.

At least, that is the recommendation in a report issued by the Women’s Justice Task Force which has concluded that offering healthcare services, housing and drug abuse treatment to female criminals is better than holding them to the same standards of punishment to which they hold men.

In other words, they are about to eliminate the sentencing disparity that already favors women over men in the UK’s criminal justice system by just eliminating incarceration for women altogether.  The British Ministry of Justice has roundly accepted the report and is “carefully considering the recommendations.” It has also been endorsed by other police officials.

Lest anyone think that such a blatantly discriminatory and sexist policy is beyond the tolerance of the government and the British public, it should be noted that it was only last year that British judges were recommended to issue lighter sentences to women offenders, regardless of their offense. That recommendation was issued by the Equal Treatment Bench Book, published by the Judicial Studies Board (JSB).

Yes, that is correct, the the Equal Treatment Bench Book recommended that half the population, based solely on sex, should get lighter sentences for the same crimes than the other half.

It raised very few eyebrows and is now standard practice. And it looks like the policy is about to grow like a tumor.

The message here to female criminals is clear. Do whatever you want, you will not get punished. Indeed, you will be rewarded.  Need a food allowance? Assault someone.  Want to move into new digs? Kill your husband.  Hurt someone, steal from them, lie about your husband or boyfriend in court, embezzle money from your company, sell drugs to school children (then make videos of them having sex), molest your children, drown them in a bathtub or just put out cigarettes on them out of frustration when your favorite TV show gets cancelled.

Then, when you stand before a judge and get admonished for your depraved actions, tell him to go fuck himself. Tell him you will molest his children and put out cigarettes on them. Tell him you will laugh like Ligia Filler and do a victory dance when you do it because there is nothing he can do.

There won’t be a prison he can send you to, so he will have to throw the book at you by giving you more housing, healthcare, education and other perks.

It should be a boon for organized crime. They can enlist women into their organizations; give them direct responsibility for committing the actual crimes that earn the mob its living. When they get out of line have hardened women beat them with clubs, torture and kill them in order to maintain power and control. How’s that for equality?  The mob will operate in almost untouchable glory.

After all, when the police make an arrest, what are they going to do to make these women roll and give up their bosses, threaten them with more housing?

Are you a terrorist outfit seeking to bring harm and havoc to the British government? Ramp up the training for female Jihadists! They will be able to bomb, assassinate and even use WMD with impunity.

Its all part of the plan to make things more equal in Great Britain.

The day this policy passes and women’s prisons are actually torn down, and the country enters an age where female criminality becomes part of government qualification for the issuance of state benefits, it will be also be the same day that I implement a change in editorial policy for this website.

It will be the official policy of AVfM, which has a healthy readership in England, to support vigilante justice. I repeat, it will be the policy of AVfM to encourage British citizens to take the law into their own hands and punish female offenders themselves, outside the scope of British law.

When government forces justice into the hands of the average citizen, then the governments right to establish rules for punishment is defunct. Any government that robs the people of justice creates a de facto judiciary in the capricious and unpredictable hands of the masses.

And all the masses will need to do is train female vigilantes to execute their wishes, because the government will be powerless to stop them.

I do not wish this to happen. In fact, were I a praying man I would certainly be on my knees at this moment pleading with The Almighty to help the western world avert such a catastrophe. But in the almost certain event that there is no Divine Intervention, or no sudden reclamation of sanity on the part of the British government, and this policy proposal becomes law, I will do everything in my admittedly limited power to encourage the good people of England to defy it.

By whatever means necessary.

They say women don’t belong in prison but with their families.

“Lady Corston recommends a significant cut in the overall number of women who are sent to jail”

So they went through with it???

        • That was discussing a policy to give women lenient sentencing. That did go through (with few eyebrows raised). The removal of women’s prisons is still only being considered. But the fact it wasn’t rejected out of hand speaks volumes.

  3. Paul, as always, you’ve said it better than I could have.

If this effort moves forward, will this finally, and at long last, be the wake-up call we need to rouse men from their ignorance-is-blissful, white-knighted slumber?

We have been seeing these efforts to excuse women from custodial sentences for quite some time in the false rape area. Not only do members of the sexual grievance advocate for non-custodial sentencing, law enforcement in many jurisdictions is very reluctant to charge for false rape reporting. The result? A false rape epidemic, of course.

For every other crime, our criminal justice system is premised on the notion that criminal sentencing deters criminality. Generally, the more serious the harm caused by the criminal act, the more severe the sentence. Except when it comes to false rape reporting. (And, soon, except when it comes to women who commit crimes.)

In false rape case after false rape case after false rape case, judges and law enforcement personnel bemoan the fact that every rape lies diminish the integrity of every legitimate rape claim. Yet, some prominent feminists have made it clear that they don’t want any false rape accuser even to be charged for their crimes, much less subjected to a custodial sentence.

Lisa Longstaff of Women Against Rape in the UK has been quoted as saying the following: “Every prosecution [of false rape claims] puts women who have been raped off reporting it.” Another time, she called efforts to prosecute women for making false rape claims “a concerted witch-hunt.”

In New Zealand, when a 17-year-old New Zealand girl was arrested after falsely claiming that she was dragged off by three youths and sexually assaulted at knifepoint, Dr. Kim McGregor, director of New Zealand’s Rape Prevention Education, was quoted regarding false rape complainants: “I would recommend some form of therapeutic intervention rather than charging them.” Dr. McGregor claims that “someone needed to be ‘pretty distressed’ to make a false allegation of sexual assault,” and that “very few women made false complaints as a form of revenge.”

Law enforcement in some places openly admit that they don’t charge women for false rape reporting — it would “discourage” rape victims from coming forward, they assert (without a scrap of evidence to support them).

Women are permitted to lie about rape with impunity, and we’ve seen the result. And paradoxically, the integrity of every legitimate rape victim has been diminished, so more actual rapists are probably beating the rap.

And if women are permitted to commit crimes without punishment, you will see a crime wave of epidemic proportions. Crimes committed by women.

    • Not only do they not charge women in England for false rape reporting, every woman that reports being raped receives a cash bonus I believe.

If this retarded policy becomes reality, I can see the streets turning into rivers of blood. It will literally be the end of the UK as a functioning country. Men will not want to even be in the presence of women.

Can anyone still say with a straight face that feminists want equality.

This is why women ultimately turn out to be worse than men when it comes down wrongdoing. Generally, women already have the emotional maturity and intelligence of a toddler as it is and they’re rewarded and encouraged to persist in having such mentalities. It makes it very easy for them to rationalize to themselves that it’s OK to get in the gutter knowing that the Pussy Pass will save them unless they do something as bad as the Holocaust. The inequality perpetrated by the Justice System just got worse and in addition to the aformentioned potential upside for organized crime, women will get even lighter sentences, if any at all, since accomodations will have to be made as a result of gender based penal desegregation.

This is really fucking scary now. So no matter how badly a woman attacks me, no matter how innocent I am, there are actually proposing that women will not go to prison?

    Jesus.

This is going to bring about a proper dystopia in the UK.

But they won’t tear down the women’s prisons Paul, they’ll just fill them with men.

    • It is the last step in a systematic campaign. The war on men and boys is coming to its conclusion. The final, horrifying chapters will soon begin. Women will have complete control over the lives of all men, even complete strangers. Every women will be able to demand submission and obedience, and shoot to kill if the man won’t or can’t perform to her expectations.

I posted that other article a while ago and got into a lot of debates over it. Most people simply didn’t believe that the article could possibly be suggesting different sentences based on gender. Well… now we have it. I’m posting again. Repetition is the only think that can possibly get through to people. They’ll never acknowledge an unpleasant idea right away. They just need to see it a thousand times until it becomes an unpleasant fact.

I suspect that there are a great many men in the UK, who would gladly ex-pat, but they are trapped by feelings of love and responsibility to their family members and children. I am American, and I would certainly consider it, but for my son and father being left behind. I think the state would do a fantastic job protecting my female family members; so I would not worry about leaving them.

I am sad that once great and powerful nations like the UK, USA, and Australia are quickly dying from the cancer of feminism, affirmative action, and the PC demands of brainwashed followers.

As a side note, I will be attending the Arkansas Bar convention in this week, and I will be placing MRA flyers in the men’s restrooms at the convention center. This is my personal “fuck you” to the Bar members that allowed a speaker on the subject of inequity in fathers’ custodial rights to be booed off stage last year by a bunch of mouthy feminist lawyers. I, by the way, was not present on that day of the seminar or things would have gotten loud and ugly. My father attended the session and described the womens’ behavior to me. Had he not done so, I would not have believed that any attorney would behave that way at a professional convention. I will give American females one thing, and that is that they never cease to amaze me with their batshit craziness.

    • It really is amazing how men, as a group, are so intimidated by feminists not to stand up to them. I wonder how future historians will identify and describe all the different factors or causes that lead to the decline and fall of the West.

    Women’s Justice Task Force… hmm

Everytime you see an adjective in front of the noun in political context – look at the past examples to see where it’s going:

People’s Democracy/Republic (soviet russia, eastern europe, china)
Social Liberalism (from freedom (liberty) to nanny state)
Gender Equality (equality for one gender)

    now:
Women’s Justice – if it would ever be about justice it wouldn’t need an adjective

Till now I found Arthur Shopenhauer’s view on women to be unfair and extreme:

“As a consequence of her weaker reasoning powers, woman has a smaller share of the advantages and disadvantages these bring with them. She is, rather, a mental myopic …

One must say that the fundamental defect of the female character is a lack of a sense of justice. This originates first and foremost in their want of rationality and capacity for reflexion but it is strengthened by the fact that, as the weaker sex, they are driven to rely not on force but on cunning: hence their instinctive subtlety and their ineradicable tendency to tell lies … Dissimulation is thus inborn in her and consequently to be found in the stupid woman almost as often as in the clever one … A completely truthful woman who does not practice dissimulation is perhaps an impossibility, which is why women see through the dissimulation of others so easily it is inadvisable to attempt it with them.”

Now I feel so angry (I am UK resident) I don’t give a f*ck anymore if A.S. was radical in his views or not.

I am ashamed of being human – being of the same species that those WOMEN who come up with this idea and those pussy-starved MEN who nod in understanding and approval of even the most outragous and destructive ideas – as long as they come from a being with holy vagina!

I should finish now as I am becoming more and more misanthropic every minute…

  15. It won’t end with prisons in Britain. Feminists and their supporters don’t just want to take over Britain with their bigoted laws. They want the world.

    And they almost have it.

Besides the white knights and the ignorance of the populace to feminist bigotry, not just in western nations but all nations, there is another reason why it is so easy for womens groups to push such ludicrous laws and policies, such as not sending female criminals to prison, through their respective governments.

    C.E.D.A.W.

America is one of the very few U.N. countries that hasn’t ratified this piece of trash treaty. But it will soon. I have no doubt about that and when it does men can say goodbye to the small amount of freedom they have left in America. Once CEDAW is ratified here, they will be tearing down our female prisons right along with those in Britain. And on top of that audacity, organizations at the forefront for the push to ratify this treaty (N.O.W. F.M.F. etc) will finally have the absolute power they have been craving since their incarnation. The power to bring the government into your home and force you to live how they want you to live.

The saddest fact out of all of this is that this is what it will take for people to finally see what has happened to the “free world”. When police (read: feminist enforcers) come barging into your home and dragging not just you but your entire family off to be put in front of a judge who will then explain to you how the law says you must live.

This country might be headed for a second civil war. By the end of it, instead of female prisons being torn down the N.O.W. headquarters of bigotry will be the building to fall.

That day, will be a new definitive step towards freedom in America.

    • There is a tendency for new pro-feminist laws, programs, and values to travel from one side of the Atlantic to the other. I too see such or similar movements to do the same in America. Perhaps it will first occur in Canada.

Despite recent pro-2nd Amendment pro-RKBA legal findings All it is going to take is enough feminists and other progressives to reverse course and start a massive case of declaring various categories of firearms illegal. One by one.

All the genocides of the 20th Century were preceded by firearm confiscation.

Paul, you suggest that this proposed escalation of female non accountability “will be” a great benefit to organized crime. I disagree, but my objection isn’t with the concept of criminal organizations using a social class of legally exempt individuals to wage war on the public – rather, my disagreement is with the picture of organized crime as a collection of mobsters as depicted in a Martin Scorcese or a Guy Ritchie movie. The problem you predict is not in the future, but in the present – just that the mobsters all have jobs paid by tax dollars in the British home office, in women’s shelters, in tenured professorships at universities and every other organ of what passes for civil society.

So therefore women are equal to men unless it fits the situation that woman are superior to men or that women are not to be held as responsible as men or that women deserve special affirmative action programs and government services that men can’t have unless women are already ahead of men with men not deserving of similar support and programs to get men ahead. OK, I get it.

Yet, how far or productive and cohesive can modern societies continue on under such insanity as we are currently experiencing and what is seen growing on the horizon?

What’s the reason to get married then? Painless quick murder as opposed to slow, horrific torture.

Pr: “Do you promise to take … as your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, to serve as her ATM, to be a sperm donor, and pack mule, until your death? Remember, divorce is only one way, she may divorce you, but you will be her lawful slave after the divorce as well.”

      M: “I do.”

Pr: “Do you promise to enslave … as your lawfully wedded husband, use up like a piece of garbage, and murder him painlessly when you decide he should no longer live?”

Next step: throw the husband and sons in jail for the crimes of the woman.

In the USA we don’t have official government sponsored women’s agencies and councils. It’s much more insidious and covert than that. If Democrats were ever in power long enough there’d be one, and Republicans could never disband it.

There come’s a point where we might actually WANT them to get whatever they want and even support it. Society just may have to learn the hard way that government enacted and/or enforced social justice was a fool’s mission all along.

The unintended consequences of social security, medicare, the dismal failure of the great society and feminist hijacking of civil rights as a woman’s cause. Counterbalance is not a bad thing, but the liberal message appeals to the ignorant and uninformed, and they vote.

Within 50 years Hispanics will be the majority race in the USA. Perhaps the hispanic leaders they elect will have the wisdom to see through the folly of the caucasian liberal agenda. Or perhaps their women will also decide to hate men.

I think Britain will soon experience an even sharper increase in converts to Islam. The modern Western societies quasi democratic-republics along with the Judeo-Christian traditions will increasingly be seen by many more as failing men, and even women and children. It won’t just be men drawn to Islam, interestingly most of the converts in Britain are women who are turned off by modern society.

“A house divided against itself cannot stand’
That teaching is true of families, communities, countries, and organizations. It is even a true teaching about the individual.

    • America’s forefathers brilliantly saw that the individual man was a government unto himself, over his property, his family and his destiny. That’s always been the struggle, the free individual man vs state control and oversight over all men as a collective.

The individual woman can’t compete head to head with the individual man, but with the state’s help ALL women have a better chance against him. The individual man IS the enemy that must be controlled, neutralized and disenfranchised.

The state backed victim groups are organized against the rights of the individual man. He’s the #1 threat to their collective prosperity and government favoritism. If you’re not a woman, a negro, a hispanic, a homosexual or a guilt ridden white male apologist…you’re the enemy.

Yeah fucking buddy we sure have a free fucking ride with black fathers being ridiculed by our joke of a prez and being treated as non-existent while black women get more hand outs. oh wait, we aren’t non-existant, according to Eric Holder we are the #1 cause of early death for black women due to being wife beaters.

        Shut the fuck up.

        • The thing is Keyster, although feminists and leftists identify ‘the white male’ specifically as the enemy – with all others victims of their oppression – black men haven’t really been helped out at all, unlike women of all races.

I kind of think they get black men ‘on board’ as a rhetorical device.

Look how feminists hijacked the civil rights movement …

And ask yourself who was actually oppressed, black folks or white women.

Come on, it’s not even comparable … but still, it was (mainly white) women who got all the goodies. And they did this by subverting REAL struggles against persecution.

They love to link their own ‘hard-won’ privilege with the struggles of actually oppressed people, hence rhetorically they frame it as white men vs everyone else.

In reality it’s feminists procuring benefits for women at the expense of men.

And yes, it’s worse for black men, considerably so, for all the reasons Donn stated.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
      • @Keyster

All men, and I repeat, ALL MEN are looked at as the enemy. I am not White, I’m Hispanic, and even Hispanic men are looked at with suspsicion, especially if you turn on a Spanish newscast. Hispanic women are generally more supportive of the men in their lives, especially if they come from a family with traditional values, but many females who are born in America of second and third generation citizenship, generally become indoctrinated into feminist culture, and abandon the morals and precepts that they were brought up with as children.

Any female that resides in the West, regardless of race or nationality, eventually swallows the feminist tripe, and the Marxists also want to make race a factor in our agenda, as to create division amongst men. Especially with the anti-White propaganda aimed towards White men and their portrayal as idiots, and the depiction of Black men as deadbeat fathers.

All of us as men have to put our differences aside and band together. Marxist Feminism aims to destroy the family of all races, and what better way than to start with disenfranchising males, especially those who are fathers, out of their childrens lives.

        • @RichardG: Thumbed up but I disagree with you on the last part, I’ve gotten pretty damn tired of all these WN-leaning posts on the spearhead, Roissy(one post he did a while back brought out white supremacists en MASSE), and now it’s creeping to a voice for men with idiots like Keyster(hey buddy, instead of sniping me from nowhere why don’t you actually try to refute me on a point I’ve made). The MRM splitting up along race lines may be the thing to do, as plenty of these guys won’t take us seriously regardless of what we say/do. Hell, it seems the women commenters on here have more of a voice then the non-white heterosexual males here.

@Keyster: Here’s another thing for you to choke on, those “bruthas”(as you so eloquently stated in another post of yours), don’t even have the massive voting power you dream they have to keep white heterosexual males have. There’s a huge amount of black males in federal prisons, and these black males have these little things called “Felonies”. Now my dear Keyster, if you didn’t know, in most states, if you are a “Felon”, you are not able to vote until certain criteria is met(though two states still have life long disenfranchisement iirc). Add this on top of the black men who don’t bother to vote in the first place, you don’t have to worry about us bruthas having any significant political say in stealing stuff from white heterosexual males.

You have my attention, and I respect everything you said here except the “shut the fuck up” comment. Keep on posting!

This is truly a global gender war issue that is not limited in racial scope. I cringe for African men when I hear that Hitlery Clinton wants to establish domestic violence courts in Africa. I would say that would put black men on the front line of the gender war.

          • Thanks for the kind words Hayden, I try to be even handed with how I approach things, especially with racial matters, as without a doubt the black community has a lot of cleaning up to do and there comes a point when it can’t be blamed on other people. I do admit I have a sharp tongue though haha.

That’s very interesting about Clinton and I will be reading up on that, she’s a joke if she thinks any African country is going to let her pull that off regardless of how many soldiers she throws at them in her feminperialism crusade. She’ll create African MRA’s over-night, as many of them will just see it as another case of U.S. encroachment masking as a “good cause”.

          • Hey there, Donn.
I’m just reading all of this stuff here, and I must say, my eyes just sort of popped wide open, and I had to go back and read it all again to make sure I read what I just read here.

It nevered occured to me to who was ‘what’ in terms of race or religion unless someone has indicated such, or their ‘name’ may suggest their ethnic heritage. (I am Italian and Dutch. (Both of my parents are second generation Americans.) I have a retired Lt. Governor on my father’s side.

I have no issue with anyone here, except to fight the good fight without racial or religious divide.

But I respectfully have to ask what you meant by– Hell, it seems the women commenters on here have more of a voice then the non-white heterosexual males here. ?

Everyone has a voice here. I read every single thing here, that my time in front of a computer allows.
I work a seasonal job, and am currently roasting my ass off out here in the sun on the docks, and cannot always take the time to post to everyone’s articles. But I sure am reading…not knowing most times whom I am reading, except for their screen names. (articles, as well as comments)

When I have the time, you see me here all over the place. But I just love to read, as well as learn, so please put your voice out there…It surely will be read by me. As I have ready many of your comments.

And they fucking matter to me, as much as anyone else’s matters to me.

Sheeesh…we all know who the real enemies are, and they are not (shouldn’t be) each other.

I’d like to think that NONE of them are in the MRM.

And some of us happen to be women with something to contribute.

I’ve stopped reading a few other websites because of the racial slurs, the advocation of murder/violence, and the downright ‘soap-opera-like-gossipy-cliquish-drivel’ they spew.

I will take it as it comes. But I hope when someone says something a little ‘off’ that they at least have the chance to explain it, before we suddenly become everything that we hate and are fighting for.

I have to agree with Denis’ observation….but I adamantly agree with Paul’s statement.

            Fuck the divisions.
            We are one or nothing.

And what a big fucking shame it would be to end up a as a nothing

            Thanks,
            Izzey

I’ve always known there is a potpourri of men and women here, but never

          • “The MRM splitting up along race lines may be the thing to do”

If you really think that then what can I say. That’s as bad as Keyster’s comment above.

It’s up to us to unite people. For the record I am white, and yet I stuck up for you (a black guy) against Keyster (a white guy). Why? Well, because you’re right. But also, because dividing along racial lines is the stupidest idea I’ve ever heard, and any attempt to do so has to be shouted down as soon as it appears.

But hey, if you would rather judge all MRAs who happen to have pale skin by one example (Keyster) then nothing I can say is going to stop you. Go have your Black Men’s Rights Movement, and I wish you all the best. I won’t be joining any “White Men’s Rights Movement,” I’ll stick to the MRM. And trying to convince other MRAs to stop sniping at each other over irrelevant issues.

That’s not to say that there is no difference between the position of black men and white men. I think I made that clear already. There are clearly examples of feminist governance that disempower black men far more than white men. And that should be recognised and addressed. But within an MRM that welcomes all men and not only those of a particular skin tone.

I mean, we’re essentially fighting the same forces here. What good would it do any of us to break up into sub-groups and spend half our time attacking each other?

What Keyster said, on this occasion, was thoughtless, and that kind of thing needs to be called out. As you and I both did. But that’s how we deal with it, by calling it out, not by splintering into warring factions.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
          • Agreed 100%, I’m not stupid enough to think that splitting up into smaller groups, that’d make the mrm all too easy to destroy. But then again, I’m not the one who needs convincing, it is the idiots who cling to their own victimhood mentality(whether black, white, brown, or purple) while refusing to acknowledge the all too universal screwing going on here. It just pisses me off the ringing endorsements moronic statements like that get, when I see real life examples of men of different ethnicities being screwed over(by both women and other women-pedestalizing men, be they white knights or thugs.)

My recommendation for Keyster moving forward is that he opts not to comment about anything objective regarding the experiences of non-white men, as he has no idea what the hell he’s talking about.

          • Official policy reminder here, with courtesy to everyone’s opinions.

            FUCK RACISM.

            FUCK RACISM

I think there is a point or two Keyster made that is rooted in some truth, but I have to question its worth anyway.

Fact is, there is some truth rooted in feminist critique of men and masculinity, but it is so convoluted and distorted that it ends up being useless at best, destructive at worst.

There is no room, I repeat NO MOTHERFUCKING room for dividing men along racial lines in this forum.

We do need to explore the matter of race at times. I know, as a white male that the demonization of white men is not imaginary. I also know, largely because I don’t have my head up my ass, that policies from VAWA to primary aggressor laws to mandatory arrest laws are waged in the same way that the drug war has been.

First, they go in and bust brown and black and very poor white heads with impunity because there is no money to stop them.

Then they come for “the rest of us.”

We are all in this stinking shithole together, and we better learn to figure that one out.

Someone expressed concern that racial divisive comments could infest this site the way they have on other places.

            It. Won’t. Be. Allowed.

I think this thread has played out its worth. And if I see any evidence in the future that we are going down that sorry fucking road, I will do what I just did with the posts asking me to look at all the Jews as a separate problem aside from cultural misandry.

I will call it out. If that doesn’t work I will up the ante.

There will be only one division on this website. MRA’s vs the rest of the fucking world.

            The end.

          • I know what you mean. I was one of the people that stood up on the spearhead against the WN crowd. While the majority of people there aren’t like that, I refuse to associate myself with even a handful who are.

I know that whatever problems white men have with the family courts, police, familial disintegration, etc, are multiplied by 1000 in black communities.

I tried reasoning with these WN’s to no avail. They think think it’s “minorities” pushing this crap on whites. It’s not. It’s their own rich, white feminist men and women who they refuse to see as anything other than spotless. In other words, their women and men whom they are pedastalizing.

And just as in injustices already past, these women will ride that train all they way to the end,no matter how gruesome or morally repulsive the results. They will foster an attitude of man against man and vicariously thrill at the bloodshed that follows like sick vicious little beasts.

Speaking as a white man, I do not want the MRM to split along racial lines. The experiences of black men are important to me as an activist for Men’s Rights. And I’m not patronizing when I say we need each other. As separate and disparate groups we cannot address the problems of men, these are experiences that cut across racial, religious, sexual orientation and political lines. No man is safe in this climate.

It’s time for black men and white men to start building a bridge over the intolerance and hatred, and our shared experiences as men living in a society that hates us can do something good for us, they can be the cement that bonds us together so that we can project enough power as men that no little boy, be he black, or white,or hispanic,or native american, or asian, ever has to suffer the same injustices that we have again.

Obviously, I know that many in the white community and the black community have racial grievances with each other that aren’t going away overnight, but here we have the same problem. It is my earnest hope that there are enough men of reason left to pull together for the common good,if not for the future of men, for their OWN future at least.

I can say,in all honesty, if only black men made it out of this ordeal with their dignity and livelihoods intact, that’s good enough for me.

I’d like to see all men free, but I will consider it time well-spent if at least SOME MEN can be free. I’m not in this for me or my generation, we’re probably lost, I’m here to salvage the future from probably one of the greatest tragedies the human race will ever commit against itself.

Speak up, share your experiences. I consider you more my brother than any white man who refuses to address the REAL problem and lets his brothers, fellow men, suffer because of it. We cannot tackle this problem unless we all do it together.

Start a petition to help black fathers and I will sign it. Hold a summit to address these problems and I will support it in any way I can. Write articles and tell us about your experiences with misandry as a black man and I will link them everywhere I can to get the word out.

          • The answer to black mens problems with misandry is the same as for white mens or any other men. It is to get equal treatment laws for men and women, regardless of race or color, and then enforce them. United we stand, divided we fall. The MRM is nowhere near big enough to start splinter groups, we have to all stick together and fight this as one group……men

Hate movements throughout history have never been explicitly about hate.

There are no exceptions: have movements have always used FEAR as a cover for their crimes. This includes the atrocities of the NAZI, of Pol Pot’s Cambodia, and the more recent violence in Rwanda and Yugoslavia. The rationale for dehumanization, oppression and finally murder was always “it is them or us”. The victims of extermination campaigns are invariably murdered in the name of increased “safety” for the murderers.

The feminist war on men and boys is at state three of this progression:

    1) The “predatory male” bogey man is firmly entrenched in the national psyche of all Western nations. Feminists feel confident enough that they routinely identify all young boys and even infant boys as “predators to be”. The dehumanization of campaign is complete.

    2) Openly discriminatory legislation is the norm in Western nations. Meanwhile, government protection is provided essentially only to women. The agony and suffering of men is invisible. Most people are shocked to learn that the vast majority of victims of violence, disease, dispossession, poverty, substance abuse, and so forth are male. There are tens of thousands of programs designed to study and/or address the (trivial) problems of women, while the unendurable suffering and agony of millions of men and boys goes completely unrecognised and does not merit even one dollar of government money.

If this seems too “extreme” to you, please look back at history and find ANY EXAMPLE OF A SYSTEMATIC DEHUMANIZATION CAMPAIGN THAT HAS NOT EVENTUALLY LED TO AN EXTERMINATION CAMPAIGN.

Stage 3 has already begun. English women will be legally empowered to do anything they please with no consequence. There will be no female prisons or sentences, regardless of crime. Women will be able to begin killing men at will, with no consequences.

The final push of the feminist war of extermination has begun.

  24. The Scarlet Letter “A” was originally described in the book of that name, “The Scarlet Letter,” by Nathanial Hawthorne.

The story was more about misogyny, reproductive discrimination and Puritanical hypocrisy than it was about female adultery. Prim was cast as a tragic, noble suffering character, because she couldn’t hid the product of her adultery (the child), while her lover eluded detection and responsibility. He didn’t have to wear a scarlet letter, or be publicly shamed by the community.

My how the times have changed! Any male entering today’s legal system is automatically branded with “The Scarlet M.” His unavoidable, unhideable (is that a word) shame is his masculinity. No, males don’t have to wear scarlet letters, or armbands like the Jews did in pre WWII Germany. The male’s sex is readily apparent (in most cases), making the overt bias of the prejudiced misandrist less apparent.

I have never worn an actual “Scarlet M,” but I have worn these buttons in public places:

    A relevant link:

The original article is offline, but here’s Glenn Sacks’ take. “County Decides to Let All Women Prisoners out of Jail.”
    http://glennsacks.com/blog/?p=1588

I’ve also read of entire countries giving amnesty to women prisoners, but I can’t find links. Russia and Ireland come to mind. Maybe someone else remembers and can find a link. The article that I remember on Russia’s general release of women prisoners made no mention of the injustice to men or unjust preferential treatment for women. Instead it focussed on the hardships suffered by the women after their release.

    • Your cited article got me worked up. However, I noticed that the cited GlennSacks article is from 2007. This apparently did not go through in Wisconsin because I checked La Cross County, WI’s jail list and several female names are on the inmate list. However, it chafes my figs that it was even suggested.

My first job out of law school was as a public defender, and I had many female clients who were both the cause of other men and women going to jail and were physically dangerous psychopaths. Women are better at manipulation and hiding how violent they are, but brothers, don’t you believe for a minute that women are not violent and dangerous.

I don’t know if it is true, but I always heard that when the Apaches wanted to really do something bad to a prisoner, they gave the prisoner to the mob of women, who would bite off their fingers and toes among other nasty things. It would not surprise me if there is truth in that story.

When I first started handling divorces in 2001, I would often sit and talk with an elderly lawyer and friend who had been practicing law for over forty years. He told me that when he first started practicing he represented the wife in a divorce, where her husband alleged that she was dangerous to their children. My friend did not listen, and he won custody of the young children despite the claims by the husband. His client murdered all the children on the same night she won in court because of my friend’s excellent work. He told me this with obvious guilt and sadness forty years later. He also told me not to buy into women’s stories and tears. I incorporated that advice into my professional life but failed to do so in my personal life.

There’s a silver-lining to every cloud ;) And the silver lining here is this – the great thing about emotionally unstable people are that they are incapable of long-term thinking or strategy.

For a while feminists have looked like they’re attempting to commit suicide, as a movement. Now I am finally convinced of it. They really have a death-wish, and this proves it.

    Two things:

    1. If this doesn’t wake men up, nothing will, and maybe we get what deserve. I mean come on, how can men not WAKE UP if this goes into effect?

    2. If it does go in effect, what will happen is that market forces will make female crime the most sought after. Criminal organizations, higher-level, hitmen organizations will hire women, women, women. So, theoretical worst-case scenario is that will go through a second dark ages of a few decades where women do all the pillaging, murdering, stealing…

If anything it will prove once and for all, and leave major proof till the rest of history that women are not the angels they’re portrayed as, and just as fallible if the system gives them incentive.

Anyway you look it, whatever happens, it spells the death to feminism. Either the attempt to make it real will wake up men, or making it real will wake up men.

    • I also think they are possibly overplaying their hand and this will backfire in a big way, but not without enormous amounts of unnecessary suffering (to men) first.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • Men will never wake up. They will continue to excuse the actions of women, because they are brainwashed to look at women as children and sex objects to grovel to simultaneously, and the State is more powerful than ever, because of all the advances in technology, and a militarized police force that the common people bend over backwards for.

Once you marginalize the strongest force on this planet, that being men, the world plunges into darkness. We need to realize that we as men are no longer safe, and we must protect our selves.

WHEN TYRANNY AND INJUSTICE BECOME LAW, VIGILANCE AND REBELLION BECOME DUTY. Sadly, most people won’t care, and men will reinforce their own emasculation, subjugation, and death.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • First, people don’t usually rise up in large numbers to stop a law from being enacted – whenever they do rise up, it’s a reaction to law that is already in force. Britain’s poll tax in the late ’80s was probably the most opposed law I can think of, with widespread public demonstrations against it – still it came to pass. It wasn’t until after its passage through parliament, rampant nationwide disobedience and plummeting electoral approval ratings for the government that it finally was repealed. The force behind that law – Margaret Thatcher – went from a position of political impregnability to being out of a job, such was the strength of its unpopularity.

Second, men do not generally defer to women out of a desire for sex. They do it because of a lifetime of conditioning to do what a woman asks, instilled in them by their mothers. The behavior has been so fortified by repetition and example of others that it is almost reflexive. Try as we might, the effect of this conditioning never really leaves us – the best we can do is be wary of it and discipline our intellects against it. Men raised by women will always suffer this brainwashing from birth. The public education system ,commerce and media further develop the feminine hold over men’s mental development and perspective.

Personally, I do not believe complete exemption for prison for women will come about. It is a concession too far that the state will not allow. Sooner or later women will engage in acts of terrorism that threaten the state’s viability, and it would be unthinkable that these women be allowed back into society unmonitored. Many women’s prisons may be closed, but not all – exceptions will be made for certain crimes, particularly crimes that threaten the power of the state (can we really imagine women who fill police officers and judges going free? Especially female cops and judges?)

  29. This does not altogether surprise me. It frightens me, sure. But does’nt alotgehter surprise me. As it stands, do you realize that cells in women’s prisons have no bars? And the ones (women’s prisons) I have seen photos of have fences with no barbed-wire. At least the last time I saw a photo of a woman’s prison that is how it looked.

And why would their not be bars in the cells and barbed-wire? Why because they are women of course.

You know, what is almost ironic is that if this keeps up I will ALMOST fear for women. I said almost! What I mean is, if governments keep enforcing the pussy pass there WILL be vigilantism. You can bet on that. Which is fine, I have no problem with that. But also there really, really angry men all over the U.K. , U.S. and all of Europe who have been screwed over by women for so many years now may just …snap.Bigtime I am saying.

That won’t be good for women. A woman falsely accuses a man of rape or abuse, he knows she will win and she won’t do any time at all if it is proven she is lying? Well the guy does not have much to lose then does he….

From some old thing called the “Declaration of Independence.”

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

    • This is already in practice to a limited degree in Norway with regard to prostitution. Under Norwegian law, the prostitute herself commits no crime, and there is nothing the police can do to charge her. The full weight of the law is reserved for pimps, traffickers, the landlord of the building she operates out of, and the clients (I know – I doubt I’m the only one who wonders if a female client has never been charged).

Recently I saw a documentary on the prostitution epidemic currently underway in Oslo – they are now so aggressive that they grab men in the street as part of their sales pitch. The Oslo police response was fascinating. They comb through all the prostitutes openly advertising their services on the internet, calling them all posing as men wanting sex. Their intent is to find out their nationality and current address. If there’s a chance she’s renting a place, they have a landlord to arrest, or if she was assisted into the country in any way there are ‘pimps’ and ‘traffickers’ to deal to. The doco showed one of the officers meeting up with a Spanish woman in her apartment. She was openly flouting her business, and the cop was obsequiously respectful – the conversation between them was more like that between a cop and his superior. He spoke softly and politely, doing everything to be amiable and non-judgmental, even joking with her. Then when he spoke to the film crew afterward his face turned thunderous as he began to speak of the real evil-doers – the pimps and traffickers. At no point did we ever see any of these awful beings. It was a glimpse into madness.

A principle of law has always been that those who make it, and enforce it, are also subject to it. It is this prospect that offers some assurance that the lawmaker will show realistic restraint with the power that he or she wields. If women will not be subject to the laws they make, they will have no business drafting, practising or enforcing law – the offenders they create will see to that.

I’ve seen this coming for a while. No surprise to me at all. The more women get into government, the bigger the pussy pass will be.

And it won’t just be the UK either. If feminism is not stopped, you will see this happen in every western country. I don’t think women’s prisons will be abolished in the UK this time round, it’s too big of a bite to take. They will whittle away the offenses that women get custodial sentences for until there is only a very small women’s prison population, then axe women’s prisons altogether. This could maybe take another 10 years. But in the mean time, women will be getting bigger and bigger pushy passes, and more rewards for committing crimes.

People have raised eyebrows before when I’ve said that I’ve started to support Islams growing influence in these pussy whipped countries. Well I wouldn’t support it if it wasn’t for the fact that feminism will result in far far worse system of law and order and government then Islam would. And Islam is the only system I can see that is not weak and pathetic in the face of feminist demands. Too bad it has so many draconian aspects itself, but the fact still remains that it is preferable to feminist law and feminist governance. The only reason that feminists don’t appear to be as bad, or worse then Islam at the moment, is because they don’t have ultimate power…….yet. But they will, and this proposed policy is just a glimpse of what a totally feminist utopia will look like.

And people like Manboobz wonder why I hate feminazis and manginas. These people are going to bring down our civilisation. If it weren’t for pathetic yes men who grovel to please women no matter what they demand, it could never have come to this.

    • Disguisting story.

the mother says:”Nobody cares, nobody cares,” the mother said. “If this was my son doing it to a little girl there would have been lights and sirens at my door.”

She also says she don’t want the girls lives to be ruined.

Lets turn the tables: if it were two 14-15 yrs old boys doing this with an eleven yrs old girl, sluts should go to the street wanting public castration, but minimum a punishment what DOES ruin the boys lives for sure.
The (not so) invisible misandry strikes again.

    Fellas,

Here is the flyer that I intend to post above the urinals in the restrooms at the 2011 Arkansas State Bar Convention this week. I was inspired to do this by KARMA MGTOW. I challenge each of you to do something similar.

Not to sentense females for criminal wrong-doing?
Well, that does make sense. To feminists and those inclined to think like them.

Not that I wish to do their thinking for them. Lord knows they need enough help without my involvement, but I’ll try to binocular some of their dim light for a moment.

Their reasoning might be this: Given that verything done in the human realm has been a male construct (designed to oppress females immemorial – had to throw that in) these constructs shouldn’t have to apply to females. (Never mind that females exploit nearly every form of male construct for their own well-being – including parliament, that brave stance against tyrrany). That man’s rules shouldn’t bear regard to females.
IMO, that would construe the feminist line for perhaps why females should be spared equal jail time or prison itself. Jail is man’s construct and thus only men should be imprisoned for wrong-doing inflicted upon another.
    In English terms – madness.
The rush to equality , feminist style, wishes to create a sexual apartheid, the very concept they themselves railed against only a few short years ago.
However, and if some reader from South Africa could confirm, I believe that South African racial aparthied mostly restricted the movement of the lower caste indigenous black man population whereas the indigenous black female population was freer to roam the country and without Pass cards.
Shore looks as though there is a concerted effort to dismantle the old order for the new world. Feminists are being artificially puffed up as usefull. Usefull idiots, as it has been said.
Feminism on steroids – mostly men’s generated tax revenue – strikes again.

“…the the Equal Treatment Bench Book…”

It makes sense, considering that I was only in my early twenties when I realized that ‘Gender equality’ means “removing any (real or perceived) limitations or responsibilities for being female, while enforcing the same for males.”

    Hi Mr. Elam!
My wife bit some of my computers in different occasions with hammer in front and back just like this one which I kept it and all of my grad school projects’ software (my 2 masters and 2 years of PhD programs were in Instructional technology means computers, software, projects, web mastering and so on). Severity of my illnesses and disability stopped me to earn my doctoral degree. These were all my life long assets also dumped in dumpster by her for no reason.

If you saw my physical and mental conditions (using a wheelchair and walker and knew all about my illnesses & suffering, I am sure you wouldn’t ever criticize me for a minor things like grammar or whatever you saw irregular)

We out to look at the victims matters from their roots not just superficially judge them!

I’m an Englishman…although that was once a badge of honour I wore with pride, It’s now become translucent and meaningless for me. This year in the UK I’ve never seen so much promotion of women and their agendas, obviously driven by the feminists. It’s finally got to sickening levels of promotion but still seems to be growing! I thought the papers revealing the fact that women’s DV towards men having increased dramatically was a major step forward, but the excitement was soon quashed when the female prisons story broke. A lot of the women accused of DV and sentenced were indeed sent off to prison, but it’s somewhat a waste of time if they end up being released.

I can’t believe they are going to break out the candy jar and offer counselling to these criminals? I think Stu mentioned that he believed it won’t happen straight away, but will be brought in after a number of years, and I tend to agree, but I do believe these maniacs will push for it. There reasoning for this at the moment is because of the countries belt tightening measures…but who are the clowns that created the mess in the first place? the very ones who now tell us that women’s prisons may have to go. Along with the bankers, who have a lot to answer for, or should I say W—-rs.

I think several folk on here have mentioned about something will kick off if this carries on, and I have to agree that I think it’s only a matter of time before it does. I’m glad Paul mentioned about AVFM supporting us in that, come the day. With the amount of BS that men and boys have to put up with right now, the volcano is already hissing.

I concur with some of the posters above, this idiocy will go through into law
eventually, and I genuinely fear what will happen when it does.

My Rep. Of Ireland passport is due for renewal this year, it looks like I’m
going to need them very soon as I don’t know how much longer I’m going
to be able to stand living in the North of Ireland when this goes through.

This will turn the country into a living anti-male hell-hole and if I can help it
I’m not sticking around to see it happen.

I was born during the very darkest days of the troubles and have seen many
dark things as a result but this is too much, even for me.

  44. WickedVirtue

I sincerely doubt this is an idea that will fly despite our top judiciary coming up with hair-brained judgements of late.

More and more women are becoming violent towards men and women in the U.K. so even if a woman could by virtue of the ‘pussy pass’ escape punishment for a crime against a man it’s highly doubtful that the same would be true if the victim were another woman or child.

Public perception here for the most part realises that women too can be violent, abusive and sexually predatory towards adults and children and I doubt that most people if asked on the street would think that letting almost all female criminals free is a good idea. This is simply a case of wooly-headed, out of touch with reality gender feminists trying to socially engineer their ideal world and I doubt less than an uproar will pass if they attempt to realise it.

However, the closing might be a great time to have true penal equality with co-ed prisons once the dangerous evil bitches become too much trouble. Let them experience prison in the same way men do by sharing cells and showers with men. I know this would never happen because only women may initiate and acheive the moronic.

Why Gillard won’t go

The Australian government is currently run by feminist extremist Julia Gillard, who holds an iron grip on Australia's Labor Party. She has this iron grip despite the fact that her party is slipping badly in the polls. On the face of it, it would seem like Labor should dump Gillard, but Jim Muldoon explains why this is unlikely to happen.

UK Feminists: Let’s Keep Women out of Prison

Feminists claim they want equality, but British feminists in particular lately have been brazenly arguing that women should be given special preferential treatment in the prison system. Michael Reed takes a look at this disgusting hypocrisy and sexist double standard that, once again like so many feminist ideas, demonizes men and infantalizes women.
