A Pussy Pass in Italy

The murder conviction of Amanda Knox is about to be overturned based on important new evidence:  the convicted killer is an attractive young woman, and was not adequately advised of her right to a Pussy Pass.

At least, so goes the newest pampered princess narrative on CNN:

http://www.cnn.com/2011/CRIME/05/06/amanda.knox.profile/index.html?hpt=C2

The heart wrenching story begins with a series of baby pictures showing the killer as an adorable little girl:

1. Playing a guitar in a nighty at age 3
2. Wearing pink heart-shaped glasses at age 4
3. Dancing with her sister in matching red blazers at age 5
4. In a pink dress on her 7th birthday
5. As an 8 year old soccer girl called “foxy Knoxy”, with pony tails
6. Holding a puppy with her sister at age 9
7. Showing her “love of other cultures” in Japan at age 16
8. Surrounded by pink flowers, on her way to Italy at age 18

CNN could not be bothered to include a single picture of the evidence against Knox, or even of the victim.

The CNN article is called “Amanda Knox case resurfaces as key hearing nears”, but then makes only passing references to the upcoming hearing or the evidence involved.  Instead, the majority of the article is a sympathetic description of Knox’s early life, her love of animals and culture, and her innocence.  The article is so sympathetic to Knox that it can find only one sentence to discuss the evidence against her:

“Doubts over the forensic evidence used to convict Knox, 23, and Sollecito continue to linger. Knox has appealed her conviction and is awaiting the results of retesting of two controversial pieces of forensic evidence presented at her trial.”

The CNN article talks about the media portrayal of Knox, saying “the sordid saga has played out in worldwide media long enough to have broken into dual narratives.”  The article then makes a passing reference to journalists who “paint her as a licentious, manipulative young American still trying to get away with murder, despite an alleged confession, which she quickly recanted, and a conviction.”

This single sentence is “balanced” with fifty-eight sentences describing an innocent, endearing, beautiful, and quirky young woman who is “the kind of person who would pick up a spider and take it outside rather than kill it.”

So who is the real Amanda Knox?

According to Italian police, Knox was so spoiled and over-pampered by her doting parents that she was driven to murder when, for the first time in her life, she did not get exactly what she wanted.  Her best friend Amanda Kercher said “no” to Knox, and Knox threw a tantrum.  Knox slashed Kercher’s throat,  and watched as Kercher died a slow and agonizing death.  Unlike Knox, Kercher was not an over-pampered princess of privilege who spent her life jetting around the world on daddy’s dime.  When Knox decided she wanted a 4-way sex party with her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito and her love interest Rudy Guede, Meredith said “no.”

That word cost her her life.

Maybe.  Unlike the CNN article, I prefer not to worry too much about hear-say.  Is there a reporter at CNN who can still spell the word “evidence”?  Is there a prosecutor who is willing to examine evidence after a woman, or the feminist media, demands a Pussy Pass?  Thankfully, at least one Italian prosecutor thinks so.  So, let’s look at evidence.  If you don’t care, skip to “PUSSY PASS”.

KNOX’S CONFESSION:

Confession evidence is notoriously unreliable, except with regards to credibility.  So, let’s look at Knox’s credibility.

Knox confessed to the murder under interrogation.  However, under Italian law, confession evidence is only admissible under strict conditions.  The confession was judged inadmissible and is not available.  HOWEVER, on November 6, Knox voluntarily wrote a hand-written explanation for her confession, and voluntarily handed this to the police. This voluntary, hand written note contains veiled confessions to participating in part of the crime.  You can read the entire rambling statement here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/1570225/Transcript-of-Amanda-Knoxs-note.html

You may not be able to get through it.  Ninety percent of it is self-serving drivel and snot-filled demands for pussy pity.  Here are the parts that matter:

Knox was trying to deny her original confession: “In regards to this “confession” that I made last night, I want to make clear that I’m very doubtful of the veracity of my statements because they were made under the pressures of stress, shock and extreme exhaustion.”

Knox found her front door open and blood in her house and did not call the police, claiming to be in shock: “I know the police are confused as to why it took me so long to call someone after I found the door to my house open and blood in the bathroom. The truth is, I wasn’t sure what to think, but I definitely didn’t think the worst, that someone was murdered. I thought a lot of things, mainly that perhaps someone got hurt and left quickly to take care of it. I also thought that maybe one of my room-mates was having menstrual problems and hadn’t cleaned up. Perhaps I was in shock, but at the time I didn’t know what to think and that’s the truth.”

Knox was high on drugs and drunk:  “I admit that this period of time is rather strange because I am not quite sure. I smoked marijuana with him and I might even have fallen asleep. These things I am not sure about and I know they are important to the case …”

Knox admits to visions of the murder, but not to the murder itself: “However, it was under this pressure and after many hours of confusion that my mind came up with these answers. In my mind I saw Patrick in flashes of blurred images. I saw him near the basketball court. I saw him at my front door. I saw myself cowering in the kitchen with my hands over my ears because in my head I could hear Meredith screaming. But I’ve said this many times so as to make myself clear: these things seem unreal to me, like a dream …”

How could Knox be in shock about the blood if she thought it was nothing?
PHYSICAL EVIDENCE:

Rudy Guede’s DNA was not found on the victim or on the murder weapon.  His DNA was found elsewhere in the house, which matches his statement that he was at the home and attempting to convince the victim to have sex with him.  He was convicted, probably because he was male, black, and “a drifter.”  No pussy pass for him.

Sollecito’s DNA was found on Kercher’s bra clasp, which was cut from her bra.  He was convicted.  Hard to see how he could be innocent, given the evidence.

Knox was the sole contributor to DNA found on the handle of the murder weapon, and Kercher’s DNA was found in skin taken from the blade.  The blade was carefully washed, but microscopic pieces of skin and flesh were embedded between serrations.  Knox was convicted, but is now seeking a pussy pass re-trial.

REASONABLE DOUBT?

Confession under interrogation is unreliable, and I agree with the Italian court’s decision to throw out Knox’s confession.  Hundreds of thousands of innocent men sit in American prisons because of false confessions obtained under interrogation.  A good police interrogation team will convince anyone to confess to anything in 12 to 18 hours.  Coerced confessions are basically meaningless.

A voluntary confession delivered in a hand written note to the police is VERY DIFFERENT.  Why does Knox claim to have visions of the murder?  Why does her hand written, voluntary confession neatly offer two versions of events, (1) Knox was not there, and (2) if she was there, she was covering her ears and not a participant in the murder?

The DNA evidence is extremely damning.  Sollecito is certainly guilty, there is no plausible explanation for why his DNA would be found on a clasp that was forcefully cut from the victim at the time of the assault.

Knox could claim that her DNA was on the murder weapon because it was her knife.  If so, why did the killer take pains to thoroughly wash the blade, but not the handle?

Sollecito and Guede both implicated Knox in various confessions.  Again, jail-bird confessions are pretty much worthless, so who cares.

Guilt can never be established beyond all possible doubt.  Personally, I think that the evidence warrants a finding of “proof beyond a reasonable doubt” (prova “al di là di ogni ragionevole dubbio”), which is the standard in Italy.  This is a higher standard than “guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” which prevails in the US.  If two people descend alive in a small submarine, and when the submarine surfaces one of them is dead, there is no evidence of guilt, but clearly there is guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.  This is why Italy is so strict concerning confession evidence.  Physical evidence is the gold standard in Italy.  In the Knox case, there is strong, but possibly not irrefutable, physical evidence.  If I was on a jury, I would be convinced.  But I can understand how a reasonable person can disagree.

PUSSY PASS

There is one thing we know for sure.  Baby pictures and cute puppies have nothing to do with the facts of this case.  If the evidence is weak, Knox should be found not guilty.  If the evidence is strong, she should be found guilty.  The evidence of cuteness and huggability that is so important to CNN is irrelevant.

The fact that new trials are demanded based on such Pussy Pass Privilege, and furthered in the out-of-court arena of the feminist media, is a testament to just how sexist and bigoted the system has become.

Pussy pass articles are mainstream and completely accepted as a normal part of our process for determining guilt and innocence in the court of public opinion.  So much so, that CNN no longer bothers to discuss evidence in articles about attractive young female killers.  Instead, the “news organization” jumps directly to baby pictures and pink parasols.

Vomit.

        Izzey,

The man recording the video said, “She’s going to jail.” Really???

He’ll more than likely go to jail since anything can always be blamed on the man…

        She’ll get probation at most.

And maybe the whole legal gang will encourage and coach her to make false abuse allegations against him (then we’ll see who goes to jail) so she can keep and abuse the kids even more than the multiple counts of child abuse just taped, plus any and all the abuse we haven’t seen before this abuse…

After all, he was “being abusive” by documenting her abusive rage, right?

And if he had taken her car keys away from her to prevent her from driving in her intoxicated rage, he would have definitely gone to jail and had a protective order against him for that “crime” against women too.

Abuse is only a crime if you aren’t the proud possessor of a pussy pass?

        • Tom M

You can’t jail an abusive mom – she has kids to “protect.”

Unless there’s some Minority Report level shit that went down that nobody knows about, it’s a virtually a slam dunk that Amanda Knox is guilty as hell. Of course, since this is a foreign judicial system we’re talking about, there’s always the issue of whether or not fairness and legal consistency is going on. As we all know, that’s an issue in America and it goes without saying that the issue is much bigger internationally. On that note and on the possibility that her written confession was also coerced, I can understand a retrial. I think the Pussy Pass is going to help her in the Court of Public Opinion, especially internationally. She just might be able to get enough public pressure to get off Scot free or get a lenient penalty. It’s old hat though, since most cases where women get men to be the Hatchet Man through the Power of Pussy typically wind up with the woman in question getting let off easy, even though it’s clear that she’s responsible for the crime.

  • Nancy

Thanks for an excellent article. It is so true that a woman’s attractiveness is basically money in the bank. If it is a very hot woman, it’s LOTS of money. This is about power and control. If you are a hot female you have power and control. Why aren’t the fems talking about this? ;>)

It is amazing that the sentencing disparity for men and women is twice that of what it is for race and yet what we hear repeatedly is how race is such a factor. Even the researchers, who have done the studies and know without a doubt that sex is a bigger factor simply don’t bring it up. I have written some and they say the same thing: Yes, sex is a larger factor than race, my research shows that clearly but I have never been asked about it and I just don’t bring it up.

    Go figure.

    • Promoman

Damn good point. Gender profiling itself is worse than racial profiling. Even more troubling is the fact that both are covertly practiced, overtly disavowed, and still overtly accepted in society. At the end of the day, we wind up with a hybrid that makes the justice system an ongoing hypocritical joke where justice isn’t objective in its execution and subjective in its end result.

      • KARMA MRA MGTOW

Damn good point. Gender profiling itself is worse than racial profiling.

        Not worse the same.

      • Rad

        Profiling is profiling.

If the only people blowing themselves up are Muslims it make sense to pull mostly Muslims aside at airports.

Similarly, if there’s a clown killer on the loose we don’t generally haul in 80 year old grannies dressed in a long sun dresses…we haul in clowns. To do otherwise is a profound waste of resources in the name of political correctness which does not make anyone any safer, but exposes us all to greater violations of privacy and empowers the most irrational of our society, including gender feminists.

In law enforcement and private security, profiling individuals by their unchosen attributes is completely moral and necessary.

    • Tom M

Nancy, very true there. But it’s un-PC to point out any truth, lest you be “crazy” and must be sent off to the Gulag for reeducation! When they become un-PC then the research funds get shut right off right fast…

      • Nancy

Yes, I agree, most researchers are basically cowards unable to stand up for their own numbers. As a means to avoid having to stand up for their data they simply only study issues that are safe, or they omit the tough questions that contradict the PC worldview. One of the most damning reports I have ever seen about feminist researchers came from Murray Strauss when he nailed them. You can see it here:

        http://pubpages.unh.edu/~mas2/V74-gender-symmetry-with-gramham-Kevan-Method%208-.pdf

The psychological research crew is surely the worst. I have never seen such cowardice and cow-towing to mama. They make little boys trying to please mommy look like revolutionaries.

So easy to portray someone as a kind, adorable and swett lil pumpkin when theyre a child! werent we all cute as a button and innocent as kids? hello! did anyone ever watch the videos of the trial? This Knox girl was SMILING alot..as if she thought it was very exciting and entertaining. Only when she was convicted did she cry like a baby. Fucking dork. I think she did it. let her rot in jail.

    • Jimmy

      You think she did it?

But didn’t you see the picture of her with the guitar saying she also loved to read books and play outside, thus proving her innocence?

      • giselle

shit, I’ll bet you there several adorable pics of ted bundy and susan smith when they were kids too.

        • Tom M

Let Knox rot in hell with Susan Smith (et al) and all the femichivalrists, and their little attorneys too…

  • Collins

So let me get this straight: a woman gets a pussy pass for murder even if the VICTIM is also a woman. I guess this shows how much feminists really care about the rights of genuine victims of murder, rape or any other crime: ZERO. They care only about themselves & their own inflated victimhood. The Empress has no clothes!

    • Jimmy

If the victim had been a man, my guess is she wouldn’t even be in jail now.

    • Tom M

Exactly! The DV/Rape industry constantly orchestrates the deaths and injuries of lots of women and children, right while they say they are protecting them.

Those injuries and deaths are vital to propping up the DV/Rape industry. The fembots would not give up ANY of those deaths and injuries they work so hard to orchestrate for more agitprop to bolster their agenda (Look! BAD MEN everywhere!!!”). Femichivalrists actually protecting men and women for real would dry up their sympathy-money base. Fewer deaths and injuries means fewer blood-dollars.

This isn’t something I just made up. Google Patrick Lumumba. Knox pointed the finger at him. It soon turned out he had a rock solid alibi. Now why would a good as gold, innocent little girl who is not at all a vicious murderer do a silly thing like that?

      • Tom M

Yep, she’s already a known, proven very dangerous liar and abuser right there.

So, we should ignore that according to the pussy-passers…

Did we get to see cute baby pictures of the Hofstra boys that were falsely accused? They pull this bullshit with women because they can..and it works.
Nail her on the evidence. They put men in jail and on DEATH ROW with far less, or non-existent, DNA evidence than they have on this woman. Falsely accused men have been in jail for years. Every once in a great while, some get out because DNA evidence…not the lying bitch….exonerates them.

I’m all for the Innocence Project. DNA finally freed innocent people.

“Amanda was not at the house.”That was the statement that Rudy Guede gave to police in Koblenz,Germany on November 21st,2007.They’ve known ever since then that Knox and Sollecito were innnocent. As was pointed out by Dr. Torre at trial it would have been physically impossible for anymore than one person to have killed Meredith Kercher and Guede had already been convicted.Guede and Sollecito had never met each other and that disproves the prosecution’s entire case. The knife is also the wrong size which they admitted and then they made up the two knife theory which is self-evidently ridiculous.I agree that women many times get more lenient treatment but this isn’t one of those cases. It’s obvious Guede committed this crime all by himself.

    • Snark

“it would have been physically impossible for anymore than one person to have killed Meredith Kercher”

I could kill a woman…easily…all u need is the element of surprise and a weapon or a mean punch, ive got both, we all do. Its not impossible..it happens all the time.Maybe they mean that a owman could not possibly kill another woman, as its against their um, er, nature…..yeah sure.

    Don’t blame the news media.
A story isn’t a story unless there’s an attractive woman involved, because that’s what their audience wants. If she was over-weight, a bit plain and dowdy, white trash…it wouldn’t get any play.

Ted Bundy was just sick, period. Like Dahmer, he was sick his whole life…killing dogs and cats and masturbating compulsively, theyre just sick. Susan amith killed her babies because the guy she wanted to date (he had money) didnt really see a future with her as she laready had 2 kids and he had none. That religious woman who drowned all of her kids in the tub was psychotic as all get out. i never would have left her alone with them kids being she was always horribly depressed. Tex watson got married and fathered children in prison….wtf…who are these insane women???And one last thing, if a convicted murderer can get married why cant gays?

Great article Antz. I love reading your comments and didn’t realize you wrote any full length articles. Looking forward to more.

    • AntZ

It is my first article. I have been working on an article about Ritalin, but it has more holes than swiss cheese. If I can find the missing pieces, it would be a massive indictment of feminism. However, right now it reads like guess work, smoke, and mirrors.

For example, it is a matter of public record that the elder and younger Kennedy conngressmen spearheaded the effort to scuttle the Republican bill that would have given parents the right to refuse treatment when schools pushed Ritalin on their boys. I can also prove that large campaign contributions were made to the younger Kennedy the year after his work on behalf of the feminists. There are some damning posts on the feminist sites “feministe” and “feministing”. None of this constitutes proof. Perhapse is it just a mosaic of improbable coincidences?

I will keep digging. I consider demonstrating that feminist is responsible for the Ritalin war on boys to be my life’s mission. In my gut, I KNOW that feminism was involved.

Feminists are very aware that equality of opportunity failed to produce equality of results. This observation was an earthquake that rocked the feminist ideological edifice. Because most gender superiorit feminists genuinely believe that women are superior to men, they just cannot accept this. This is the event that caused feminists to turn towards the grim task of destroying a generation of boys.

The only way that the feminist religion could survive the fatal observation that “we built it and they did NOT come” was to inflict massive damage on a generation of boys, so that the accomplishments of the girls of that generation could exceed that of the boys. I just can’t prove it … yet.

This is not just a gender issue. Media are like this in everything. The reading/watching public only accept things that stir their emotions and are not interested in evidence.
Take the bin Ladin death. They DRAW A PICTURE and that is their evidence of his death and everyone is just accepting it without protest or questioning. And the “final proof” comes when the Taliban apparently confirms his death – and the media sells that to us as “more evidence” that he really was dead. Again, nobody protests. Politicians tell us that “whoever doesn’t believe he’s dead now, won’t believe it if they see a photo either” and this too is just accepted as if it’s evidence.
I’m not saying he isn’t dead. I don’t know. I’m just appalled and shocked at how dumb and naive the general public has become and seems to just believe anything that they’re told from above.
The CNN article you describe is yet another example of this.

My point is, pussy pass is not the root of the problem but a symptom of a much bigger problem. If we don’t solve it soon, our way of life is doomed.

I don’t know much about this case, but it appears that protocols for collection and testing of dna evidence are also in dispute.

Guede fabricated a story after being presented with dna evidence about an intruder. There was no evidence of an established relationship with Kercher or conspiracy with Knox or Sollecito. Guede is definitely guilty.

It’s perplexing that Knox maintains having fuzzy memories and can’t even establish an alibi. When she recanted her confession in court, she still maintained her false accusations against Lumumba who was later exonerated.

The whole thing stinks, she’s lying about something or everything.

“Knox’s family engaged the services of David Marriott of Gogerty Stark Marriott, a Seattle-based public relations firm, to address what they felt was misinformation about Knox in the media”

Antz this was really good work. It was very well written and written in way that no feminist could ever counter by calling you a hypocrite. This is just one more example that MRAs think with their straight guided common sense and proof that when it comes to truth and fairness MRAs will always have one up on feminist. :)

No, they can’t argue it, but they will continue giving everyone a thumbs down – so they are listening, and pisssssssed, at the truth.

  • Stu

But truth and fairness are male contructs

Yeah and nowadays, feelings are more important than facts.

You should do a pussy pass article about Lindsey Lohan.

The simple truth of this case is that a corrupt polizio-judicial system, under the control of a Public Prosecutor who is clearly a Primary Psychopath, targeted and frame two innocent young lovers. Anyone who wants to understand Giuliano Mignini should read Preston and Spezi’s ‘The Monster of Florence’ and anyone wanting to understand why it was so necessary for him to deflect attention from the sole killer, Rudy Guede, should read Mark Waterbury’s excellent ‘Monster of Perugia; the framing of Amanda Knox’.

What is this? “THE VOICE OF THE IGNORANT!” “THE IGNORANT MUST BE HEARD”? This writer doesn’t even know the name of the victim. He’d complete ignorant of the specifics of the crime, the people involved, and the evidence at the crime scene. Stop watching television and read a book if you’re going to write articles! The victim’s name was MEREDITH KERCHER. Amanda is the woman held in prison for three and a half years on no evidence. Geeze, read a current paper! Why did CNN do this story? On appeal examination, the prosecution evidence is coming completely unraveled. Get a clue. Or better still, get a job so you have something useful to do with your life. The blogging thing is completely beyond your ability.

I have blogged on the inadequacies of the DNA evidence of this case for over a year. Come on over and we can discuss it civilly.

??? Your blog is almost completely untraveled. Why should anyone retreat to discuss this with you backstage in the dark? The OP is here. Make your case. If there is any interest, someone will respond.

    Denis

You are wrong about Amanda and Patrick. She recanted her accusation against Patrick formally weeks after the crime and has never implicated him since. Her alibi is that she was with Sollecito, and he backed her alibi in front of Judge Matteini.

The investigation found none of Knox’s DNA — no hair, blood or fingerprints — in the bedroom where Kercher was murdered.

Guede’s DNA, along with Meredith’s blood, was found on Meredith’s purse. His shoeprints, set in Meredith’s blood, were found in the bedroom and in the hallway leading out the front door. As mentioned above, his handprint, in Meredith’s blood, was found on a pillowcase underneath her body. Most importantly, Guede’s DNA was found inside Meredith’s body. He was not been an innocent drifter as you’ve characterized but had been on a crime spree in the days leading up to Kercher’s murder.

Knox had decent to strong worth ethic. She worked during high school and saved money for this trip. She worked part-time while in Italy. Your characterization of her as spoiled is not accurate. Guede was given many opportunities and experiences by a weathy family but selfishly rejected them all. He has a history crime: “A bar owner in Perugia stated that Guede had broken into his home at 6 am one day in September 2007, entering through a window, and producing a jackknife when confronted; three credit cards were stolen.”

You’re correct that CNN showed a few childhood and adolescent picture of Knox. This was used to contrast her representation by Italian press as Satanic. You’ve ignored that the majority of media coverage about Knox has been highly sexist in an unflattering way (she’s a she-devil whore)- not sexist in the over flattering way you are concerned about (baby pictures, cute puppies).
