In a post recently written on her blog space at The Stir, Fabian-Weber said the following:
A 29-year-old Vietnamese woman, only identified by her surname, Pan, was sick and tired of her husband’s philandering ways and his physical abuse. So she did what any scorned, ballsy woman would do: She waited until he was passed out from drugs and sleeping pills and cut off his penis — with a pair of scissors. Then she threw the severed member in a Taiwanese river like it ain’t no thang.
Afterward, she turned herself into police and allegedly told them that she felt no regret for what she did to her unemployed, drugged-out dirtbag of a husband. Bad. Ass.
There is so much glaringly wrong with this post. I need to point out first that drug addiction is a problem for which many people need help. I know, I spent a significant part of my adult life counseling people affected by drug addiction and alcoholism. I never considered sexual mutilation as a possible intervention, nor do I think most of my peers would have approved of that. Well, most of them.
But aside from that I would also have questioned the circumstances of any male client so unfortunate as to be connected with a woman capable of doing what Pan did. Anyone capable of that, I assure you, was a terror in other ways long before she made this heinous attack. It is entirely possible that doing drugs and drinking was a coping mechanism the husband fell back on as a reaction to an abusive wife, and that his alleged violence, if it ever happened at all, was in self-defense.
In this I digress a bit, because it is Pan’s sick and disgusting American counterpart that is the real subject of this post. And I am not done with her yet.
After calling the victim of a sexual mutilation a “dirtbag of a husband,” and inferring that his lack of income was part of the rationale for severing his penis from his body and throwing it in a river, she further exposes her own psychopathology with the following:
Then again, I’ve never been pushed to such a point in my life. I imagine women who are actually ready to go through with … the deed have reached a place where they literally have nowhere else to go. They’ve been abused — physically, sexually, and emotionally — for far too long, and cutting off the thing that essentially gives men their power seems like the best option. And it probably is.
Notwithstanding this depraved rationalization, the only proven physical abuse in this case thus far was from this woman, who waited till her husband was unconscious and defenseless, then savagely attacked and disfigured him.
And the post reflects, some female bigots, disabused of the notion that there are any real consequences for violence perpetrated by women (that much is true), are moving past just committing such acts on their own behalf, but into open advocacy in public forums.
At the end of her blog post, she queries her readers with the following:
Do you think cutting off a man’s penis is a suitable punishment after enduring years of emotional and physical abuse?
It is clearly a question that this particular bigot wishes to be answered in the affirmative, as she illustrates with saying “I must admit, I’ve always admired a woman who has the cojones to cut off a man’s weenus. [sic]”
Fabian-Weber, in the spirit of Sharon Osborne and other low-rent versions of humanity everywhere, has just joined the ranks of violence advocates elevating their hatred into the public limelight.
Is this disgusting person going on to register-her.com? You bet your ass she is. Are we going to have a protracted debate on whether to take her off that registry, should she decide to remove her post, or apologize? NO.

I get angry when I talk with people outside of the men’s rights movement regarding crimes against children. These ignorant fools always repeat the same nonsense:

In Australia 85% of abuse is physical or negect and 15% is sexual. Mothers commit 70% of physical abuse and neglect. I know that the huge majority of men would say likewise. That is, if I know men at all. Try introducing that suggestion into a social gathering of men nearly anywhere, and watch it crash like a lead balloon along with your social standing. Two possibilities here: either women on average harbor such feelings more than men do, or the culture in general permits women to be OPEN about such feelings.

Yep, in all my years I’ve never heard any man joke or mention in any way the violent harming of a woman’s clit, or entire vagina for that matter. Why does it happen? It’s like you said and it’s goes back to the old thing, men are seen as disposable, which is based on biology and extended out to culture. I have a male friend whose wife is a drug addict and a thoroughly unimpressive specimen of humanity. She has cheated on him on countless occasions. She treats their children like the unfortunate family gerbil who’s left forgotten in his cage, only to be brought out on occasion to entertain company or what not. She is abusive and she is cruel. She is also a product of her addiction. Addiction changes people and destroys the lives of all around them. Personally, I think he should take the children and leave her. While this sort of crap might have been deemed somehow acceptable during in the dark ages before the Internet, those days are over. Too many of us are on to you, Fabian-Weber. You can’t publicly support mutiliating men (without due process, I might add) without a ton of people calling you on it.

“I must admit, I’ve always admired a woman who has the cojones to cut off a man’s weenus. [sic]”
After calling the victim of a sexual mutilation a “dirtbag of a husband,” and inferring that his lack of income was part of the rationale for severing his penis from his body and throwing it in a river, she then proceeds this bigotry and glorification of sexually mutilating another human being with this question to your readers:
“Do you think cutting off a man’s penis is a suitable punishment after enduring years of emotional and physical abuse?”
Taking the second example into consideration, it is quite clear what Nicole Fabian-Weber’s opinion on the subject is, and I would very much like to know if you condone this sort of bigotry and hate on your pages and if we, as readers, can expect more of this in the future??
Should you be unaware of the content of said article, you have now gotten fair notice, and I would also like to know what I am supposed to tell my boy, when he picks up filth like this and starts asking questions regarding it?

What women like Fabian don’t seem to realize is that violence is not the answer.

I am not sure what will become of this woman (Pan) but given where the crime was committed I am sure watered down versions of law will not be afforded to her, and rightfully so. She did plead guilty but says she cannot remember as they were drunk. The defence is seems to be attempting to downgrade the offence because there was violence on both side. They don’t say in the article but it seems she did not receive serious injuries (we would have heard about them if she had). She is to be sentenced at a later date.
“Violence was used on both sides” sounds like some spin on self-defence.
But, we can’t call it self-defence against a “helpless” female violent criminal. If the shock allowed functioning for a few minutes after I would not hold him responsible if she required full dentures after that attack.

After 10 years of police work, in which I was involved in domestic violence arrest after domestic violence arrest that bore more resemblance to a playground pigtail pulling than “The Burning Bed,” after a grand total of 1 (count’em, ONE) rape call that wasn’t laughably, provably false (and that case ended up being turned over to another jurisdiction – it was a mistake I even got assigned it), after sitting through in-service after in-service mandatory traing that bore no more relation to reality than a “Lifetime” movie, I went on with my life and tried to just live and let live.
But Nicole Fabian Weber’s celebration of yet another genital mutilation has made up my mind. I will continue to go on with my life. And whenever I hear about a man being violent to a woman, I will ask myself this question – is what he did worse – or not as bad as – cutting out her vagina? If he stands accused of anything less than that, I’m not even going to be bothered by it. And if I’m on a jury, and he is accused of anything less than that, I care not if God himself appears to testify against him – my vote is “Not Guilty.”
But don’t worry ladies – you will still come out ahead.
Because I won’t laugh about it.

Rabble rousing is easy but unlikely to get the job done long term. Fabian-Weber didn’t do the cutting crime so there is no reason for her to do the cutting time. Fabian-Weber did the bigot blogging (which is no crime), an evil which she needs to correct as soon as possible or be infamous forever but she isn’t responsible for the other cruel woman’s crime.
My complaint letter:

One wonders if you approve of such violence because it was perpetrated against a man. If so, on behalf of your sons, brothers and fathers, shame on you. I can only hope that they can forgive the smirking nonchalance of your naked bigotry. I never will.
Ms Fabian-Weber must post an unconditional apology to your readers within the next three days. Failure to comply will result in an unrelenting Internet campaign warning potential readers to avoid this blog.
