Update: This essay, read by its author, was flagged as “Hate Speech” on YouTube within hours of it being uploaded. A revised version of that video noting the censorship effort has been uploaded, and those who wish to fight the censors who marked this as “hate speech” are encouraged to mirror it. Here it is:
–Dean Esmay
There was a time in the history of my country, when an entire demographic group was regularly pushed aside and disregarded – legally and socially. That group had some but not all of the rights that were granted to the rest of society and the rights they did have were ignored and denied with shocking regularity. Each member of the lower class was socially valued by how well they were liked and how useful the were to their superiors, the privileged class.
Members of the lower class were best advised to mind their manners around their betters. It was best not to say things their superiors wouldn’t like and in some cases it was advisable to avoid looking directly at them.
The lower class of people were expected to accept their treatment and some of them seemed to. It seems odd that anyone would accept their systemic mistreatment and abuse, but who could blame them, it was the safest thing to do. Those who fell in line and did their part to keep the superiors happy suffered less abuse than those who did not. It was easier to keep your head down and if asked a question or spoken to, it was safest to smile and say whatever the superior wanted to hear.
As is the case with any oppressed people the lower class became angry. Some of the lower class people became disobedient. They had the very laughable goal of equality. Those of the lower class who complained were troublemakers. Any member of the privileged class who supported those troublemakers were traitors.
There were words the upper class used to keep those lower beings in line, and check those who’d forgotten their place. One of these words seemed more effective than the others.
Nigger.
That was what they were, after all.
Niggers weren’t the same as human beings. They were legally and socially less than the privileged class. Niggers could be harmed and the police probably wouldn’t help them. Niggers were subject to vigilante justice.
I don’t know if it happened on a conscious level but I do not doubt that when a nigger was reminded that he was in fact a nigger, he realized he had stepped out of bounds and if a privileged citizen decided to punish him, there would be no help for him. That little reminder must have done wonders to shut an uppity nigger up.
The word was used so often that, it seems, it lost its effectiveness. Niggers learned to ignore the word, it didn’t hurt as much and sometimes it simply made them angry. The magic was gone and it was just another word, like stupid, or ugly.
In that time of social unrest there was a member of that lower class named Melvin B. Tolson. If you don’t know who that is, look up the ‘Forensic Society Debaters of Wiley College’ and you will learn that he was a troublemaker who dared to think that lower class people should be allowed to hold civil debate with the privileged class.
It was a rather unpopular idea which met great opposition. However when he did succeed in arranging for the oppressed to debate their superiors, the lower class people won. Looking back that is not surprising, the lower class were morally correct. What I find most interesting about their victory is the amount of struggle it took for the matter to reach debate.
The privileged class seemed to believe that the lower class were just dumb niggers, but I believe that was an excuse. I think that the privileged people knew that the societal norms were wrong and that everyone would realize it if the lower class people were ever allowed to show their intelligence. If the lower class showed the public that they were not dumb and dangerous, the injustices against them would be unnecessary and cruel.
It would be revealed that the privileged upper class were the ignorant, dangerous fools.
The opposition to a simple debate came from a fear of exposure.
You may believe that such societal norms and treatment are a thing of the past. That sort of thing could never go unchallenged today. People are more enlightened now… Right?
But I see it.
I see an entire class of people who can be harmed by a member of a privileged class and there is no help for them. They can be legally abused and everyone looks the other way. There are those members of the lower class who try to make themselves as useful to their superiors as possible or keep their heads down unless spoken to and then he’d better say what ever pleases his superior, that is the safest way to behave.
I hear the privileged use a few words to try and keep the troublemakers in line. One seems to be a particular favorite.
Misogynist.
Misogynists aren’t the same as other human beings. You don’t have to listen to anything a misogynist says. They aren’t allowed the same rights as everyone else. Debate with the superiors? Pfft, what for? They are just a bunch of angry misogynists after all.
Don’t talk to me because you hate women…Nigger.
Their misogynistic posters got torn down? Serves the niggers right!
Debate? No, they are dangerous nig- oops, I mean, misogynists.
Of course this refusal and opposition to the very idea of debate has NOTHING at all to do with the knowledge that the people they call misogynists really do have something to complain about. This opposition isn’t fear this time… right? It’s legitimate concern that the people you so flagrantly antagonize, openly taunt and yet who have done nothing at all to harm you, will suddenly go ape-shit and assault a helpless innocent member of the privileged class.
It’s okay to wave weapons at them, because they’re misogynists.
Its okay to silence them. They are just misogynists.
It’s totally cool to disregard them cause you know… they’re misogynists, and everyone knows it.
You don’t have to treat the misogynists like human beings, so it isn’t bigotry. Everyone knows misogynists don’t get rights.
I can only hope that using this word to silence and shame someone you disagree with someday reaches the same public regard as coming right out and calling your opponent “nigger.”

The truth, told with unabashed directness and moral authority is often a kick in the teeth, even to those that hunger for it.
Absolutely brilliant.
Whoever this Nurdy bloke is, he’s bloody stupid. Didn’t he see how it was some of the world’s few good and decent MEN who participated in the brave poster-tearing-down effort? Wasn’t their effort at free speech blocked by the hateful Johntheother when he tried stop them from expressing their freedom to stop him?
This debate must be stopped, and this man “Nurdy” is also clearly a racist because only a racist hateful man says the “n” word.
I see he hides behind a fake photograph showing a lovely wombyn and claims to be a sheila but I don’t believe a word of it! Also he can’t be black because no authentically black person would use this word in such a twisted way!
I think the new “N” word being used is now the “P” word that targets males. “P” is for “Patriarchy,” which the vast majority of males aren’t members of and don’t benefit from. Every hate movement, be it the Klan, or gender feminism, has to have real pejorative terms for the targets of their vitriolic rhetoric in order to whip their followers into a frenzy of hatred. I’ve actually seen this ceremoniously performed at women’s studies lectures, and I’ve seen it at taxpayer funded, D.V. conferences.
Yep, it’s largely as shown in “Witch-Hunting Males” at Youtube, although the “P” word is little used in “W-H Males.” I still would like to do a whole video on all the gender feminist lies about “Patriarchy,” the “P” word.
Great article and food for thought. It’s also very appropriate since the second wave of feminism rode on the back of the civil rights movement.
I believe one of the reasons that the word “nigger” stopped being used was that black people start claiming it for the themselves… which is why Elam’s handle “The Happy Misogynist” now seems stranglely appropriate.
Another reason it stopped being used was that people, both black and whites, started realizing what the term actually entailed and that it was ultimately empty. Richard Pryor stopped using the term after popularizing it in his stand up act, after he went to Nigeria (where the word originates).
Can we do the same with the word misogynist? It’s more complicated, I think, because unlike the N-word which originates from a country and refers to a group of people with discerning physical characteristis, the M-word originates from history and refers to a group of people with certain behaviours.
But it’s definetely doable. One start is to start making clear that feminism is an ideology and does not represent women, There are male feminists as well as female one -though the latter hates the former’s guts. The other is to emphasize that misogynists are not born, they are made, and frequently for good reason.
Of course it’s going to take much more than that, but, it’s a start.
What’s up, my gyno?
While nigger did start off as a neutral term referring to a people (actually a skin colour of people) the definition evolved to include imputed behaviours – nigger behaviours. In that sense the application of ‘nigger’ is very similar to ‘misogynist’ in that both connote imagined behaviours.
For decades, since reading Warren Farrel’s stunning treatise on male disposability – The Myth of Male power, I’ve thought men are the new niggers and ached to hear a black woman enunciate that.
Thank you Nurdy.
You just made my day.
And of course the biggest lie of all that they perpetrate is the one they repeat and repeat in Hitler style repetition in the hope that it is absorbed by the sheeple prior to them knowing anything about us……is that we are misogynists.
We are not. So even their label for us is a lie. Everything that comes after that is also a lie.
I don’t trust women as far as I can kick them, up hill and against the wind. After seeing my neighbor and a couple of friends from school destroyed by their ex-wives, I am very wary of women as a group. How could I not be? I default to suspicion and mistrust of women, if a woman wants my respect or trust, they must earn it first.
As well as mistrust and suspicion, the other word I would assign to my concept of women is disappointment. All that extra help above and beyond what I got, and this is all they can do?
I believe there must be women worthy of respect, trust and maybe admiration. But I haven’t met any of them yet.
Misogynist? You bet I am. It’s based on observations I’ve made over a period of many years, and the irony of ironies, is that it was feminists that convinced me that misogynistic is the only way to be.
Talk about an own goal.
Wow. Perfect response to a postponed debate.
Ahhhh fuck, Nurdy. Let’s dance. While I tend to this peculiar saline drip emanating from my left ocular..
Nurdy, Sister-at-arms. Thank you for writing what us white folk can’t say.
I’m starting to point out to folk who I know support(ed) civil rights and anti-racism movements that we’ve been caught napping and it’s time to step up and be counted over gender equality. Your will be a beacon post I will refer to.
Brilliant.
I wish John Lennon were alive to read this essay.
Ironic, I just had the same vision.
“Woman is the slave of slaves..” Reeally? Woman is the slave of slaves? Reeally? You mean the one doing the laundry is the slave of the one pulling the plow? Hmm, that’s an interesting sorting mechanism you have there, Dr. Lennon.. exactly how do you arrive at that?
I love this line…You mean the one doing the laundry is the slave of the one pulling the plow? Sums up the whole Feminist hypocrisy.
His wife.
Hail Perseus. So true bro’, and I’m a big Beatles fan….especially their innovative period. I mean, the album Revolver was so incredibly innovative for it’s time.
If you look at Lennon’s early days, you see a tough, street wise kid (Liverpool had some pretty rough areas) that was an aggressive and strong willed leader of the Beatles. Yet this woman was able to completely own and manipulate him. Even though the surviving Beatles have standing truce with Ono (probably for the memory of John), you can tell that they still can’t stand her.
Poor John Lennon….poor, dickless John Lennon, Yoko Oh-NO’d!
Rest In Peace.
Lol….
He’da said “Move over Ms L, you know I wish you well”
As a John Lennon fan, I can say the man was fucked up in a lot of areas. Child of a single mom, with a dad who abandoned him (or was alienated? Hmm we’ll never know but sometimes I wonder how many historic figures reported as having been “abandoned” weren’t actually abandoned), he was a sensitive, emotional soul, and had all sorts of opinions I don’t share, or once did share but don’t anymore.
I’ve long contended that, circa late 1960s/early 1970s feminism was a far more intellectually defensible position. It still rested on some flawed assumptions, but it was in its infancy. It wasn’t that women didn’t have some legitimate complaints about social arrangements that no longer made sense or did not fit the way they wanted to live their lives. The problem wasn’t (all) the complaints, it was the theoretical underpinnings of WHY they had those complaints. They just accepted the same bogus assumption John did: that it was females who were oppressed, period. That’s always struck me as a sexist assumption in two ways: yes, it’s sexist toward men, but it’s also sexist toward WOMEN, assuming our grandmothers and great-grandmothers willingly accepted a state of “slavery” because, even though they were the majority of the population and raised most of the children, they never rose up against their supposed “masters” for thousands of years.
But if we go back to the heady days of 1972, well, certain mistakes are easier to overlook.
But it’s 2012, and those mistakes are now glaring. As Suz once observed, if you start walking only 1 degree off-course, it isn’t even noticeable at first, but when you’ve gone a thousand miles, you’ll realize you may be hundreds of miles off from where you thought you’d be, from just that one degree of wrong.
Those who continue to insist that women in today’s world are “the second sex” and oppressed are so far removed from reality it’s hard to know where to begin. The whole culture is now working under assumptions that don’t make any sense anymore.
The men’s movement is a natural reaction to that. I’m increasingly telling people I know who are uncomfortable with it to get used to it, we’re not going away, and we’re growing, and there’s a reason.
Feminism’s core Assumptions are that men are agents and women are victims. Once you look through that lens everything is distorted.
but it’s also sexist toward WOMEN, assuming our grandmothers and great-grandmothers willingly accepted a state of “slavery”
My grandmother and mother both fiesty woman must be turning in their graves. The idea that they were slaves would have reduced them to fits a laughter.
If anything feminism has done more to remove choices for women than the so called patriarchy by preaching that they are “victims” and as such bear no responsibility for their acts and what happens to them.
This is illustrated by a quote from Simone de Beauvoir
“No woman should be authorized to stay at home
to raise her children. Society should be totally
different. Women should not have that choice,
precisely because if there is such a choice, too
many women will make that one.”
“Abandoned by their father” It is interesting that hollywood reenforces this in their movies.
I struggle to think of a movie where this is not the norm along with “drunk”,”layabout” “nasty brutal”, “wife beater” etc.
Thank you Nurdy for a brilliant video, one that gives much food for thought and is just so true.
I knew my grandmothers, and three of my great-grandmothers. The disrespect to them that it takes to call them “oppressed” really galls me.
Many thanks Nurdy, absolutely brilliant!
Whilst the abuses suffered by men pale in comparison to the abuses suffered by men and women because of the color of their skin, the principle of the situation, exploitation of one group to benefit the other is closely analogous.
And the “privileged class” thinks everything is OK because that’s the way they have been educated, given a distorted morality and a false perception of reality , indeed they see themselves as not yet privileged enough, after all there are thousands of years of misogynistic oppression to catch up for, so lets go and screw a few more misogynists to improve our position.
Powerful message comparing misognynist with nigger, especially coming from a black woman…. they can’t ignore this one. It’s a FTSU right there.
The ancdote about Melvin B. Tolson and the impact of the debate made me think immediately of the debate scheduled by JTO and crew. Will the priviledged face the mirror of debate with him?
wow
it needed to be said.
thank you for saying it.
I mean, some of my best friends are misogynists.
Considering the amount of work feminists have put into it, how could they not be?
You get a standing ovation for that one, Nurdy.
Brilliant observations, and you’re absolutely right. There is no difference in the systems at work here.
“Sorry for speaking up, Massa, I’ll go back to my misogynist corner of shame, and bow my head in obedience.”
Pardon my french, but.. fuck that!
It’s not “massa”, it’s Missus.
The last sentence’s won’t ever happen because the idea behind the status of a nigger originated in injustice.
The concept of misogyny didn’t. It has validity as misandry does, and some people actually are misogynists, like many of our “friends” at Manhood Academy. It is the breadth of the modern application of this word that is incorrect. Misogyny is now a catch-all for anything feminists don’t like that emanate from men.
The word nigger did not grow out of injustice, it is an alternative pronunciation of negro. The word originated as a term used in a neutral context to refer to black people, as a variation of the Spanish/Portuguese noun negro, a descendant of the Latin adjective niger (“color black”).
It was only later that nigger -just like misogyny- took on added discriminatory meanings and applications, and was “misapplied” as you say.
Nurdy is right on with this parallel IMO.
I had the same ambivalent feeling about this as Rad at first, but Tawil, you have the right of it. The word “nigger” originally had no built-in negative connotation, it was merely descriptive. It came to have those horrible connotations when it was weaponized, used as as a way of “othering” an entire class of people, especially those who gave the rulers any real trouble or challenge.
No analogy is perfect but this one hits home in a way that stings. At first I didn’t even feel the sting because I was thinking “this is a stretch.” Then, they flagged her opinion as “hate speech” to get it off the internet. Then I knew: it’s the fucking truth, and it stung hard.
We’re less than human to these people, less than animals in some ways.
I am aware of some difference of opinion between here and Manhood Academy, however, I have found their offerings to be quite good. How do you find them ‘misogynists’?
Excellent. Shared on my blog at http://kevin-wayne.blogspot.com/
BAM! Home run…out of the ball park!
It must be painful for them to hear you say “I’ll be back… you’ve only made me more determined”
I could almost hear the anxiety travelling down thier spineless backs.
“If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine….”
Nurdy, Is this article the one that got flagged on youtube? – Pat
Yup. I’m not concerned it’s already been mirrored several times.
Right on!
What was the video that got flagged?? Was it a reading of this article?
This should absolutely not matter, in fact it’s wrong that it matters, but, it does matter: was your own photo on that video? I suggest that on re-postings your photo be the first image people see for five seconds or so at least, and maybe the last 5 seconds or so.
It’s sick that it matters but it does. Just an observation. Makes it way the fuck harder since if you’re black you get a pass to use the “n” word and if there’s no doubt you are the YouTube monkeys will have more trouble getting your videos flagged.
Interesting point, Dean, I had not thought of that. However, I prefer she make no effort one way or the other, rather than feed the disease. Stay true. Fuck em.
Naw, the new version not only sends out the message, but makes it more powerful by making it clear that people tried to CENSOR THIS than let it be heard.
This demonstrates the type of people we’re up against: bigots who harass, threaten, shame, demean, and do their very best to silence in any way they can, including censorship.
Bigots are as bigots do.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gUTyJhJ48U
Am currently working with Nurdy to put up an only very slightly revised version of her video that will be much harder to flag as “hate speech,” though I have no doubt some will try anyway.
We’ll want to folks to mirror this “new” version if they can. This is obscene censorship.
Everyone please feel free to mirror this new version:
I think in this case, the video is mightier than the pen. Powerful stuff!
What can I say? Standing ovation on that one. ND is an intellectual force to be reckoned with. What an amazing team we have in AVFM. I can see it now… in decades to come, our grand-children will be proudly boasting to their schoolfriends “my grandma/grandpa was a member of AVFM. What did your grand-parents do during the holocastration?”
… and the white knights and manginas are house negros. Great essay, Nurdy!
This article is spot on. The recent news story of men not be allowed to sit near children on aricraft is an example of males being ‘niggerised’ by society. I believe males are socialised into accepting their lot, i.e. to just accept that they are not ‘fit’ human beings to be near children and moving to another seat. It was shocking to me when I began to realise just how deep the rabit hole goes. Thank you for writing this. It’s vital that we get this message out.
Yes it caused quite a stir in Oz when two recent cases were brought up. Most comments condemed the practise.
Sharing on my blog!
If I were a man, I’d be falling in love with you, Nurdy!
It’s too dangerous for a “misogynist” to love a woman, Suz.
Guilty, as charged
Fantastic article! The only way to argue this piece is through censorship.
Congratulations, Ms Dancing. You have just delivered one of the most powerful condemnations of feminist bigotry. This will be cited and quoted for years to come.
The women MRAs who have added their voices here recently must seriously unnerve the feminists who monitor us. Thank you to you, and all the smart, articulate women contributors and commenters (Aimee McGee has brilliant insights). Your perspectives are as valuable as your commitment.
A special shout-out to Ms Suz who is currently canvassing outside Harrison County Courthouse to draw attention to the predicament of Lt. Col. Kirk and his children. Stay safe. We all look forward to hearing from you in the next few days.
Nurdy Dancing is causing some fine damage!
Agreed Andy,
Loud shout out from north of the 49′th, be careful out there Suz.
And don’t forget your video camera.
Dear Suz,
Good on you Suz. It’s people doing as you are doing that make difference. Keep well, keep your dignity up and your camera on.
~ Respect.
Sadly, the hardcore feminists aren’t unnerved by much. The women who actually speak on behalf of men are labeled as traitors, since it’s easier to assume that somebody’s betrayed you than to accept that the way you view the world is warped and in complete dissonance with reality.
“This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube’s policy prohibiting hate speech.” <— Youtube taking an extremely superficial and literalistic view of what is "hate speech". As in the case of feminist promoted "political correctness" all nuances of human communication and even context comes last to the mindless practice of literalism.
What's betting it was a feminist who made the complaint as censorship seems to be their favourite method of "rebuttal" when they have no valid arguments.
Just noticed Nurdy has already responded to the flagging. Great response Nurdy by the way.
“What’s betting it was a feminist who made the complaint as censorship seems to be their favourite method of “rebuttal” when they have no valid arguments.”
Oh, you mean like all the time, in every media?
Even after two years in the MRM, this was hard to read. In part because of where we are, and also because of where we will be if good people don’t stop it.
Brilliant work.
You felt the sting too.
Oh boy, now the fem-tards will attempt to use the title to show the MRM is racist…..completely failing to see the author is a black woman, LOL
Sad but true. Good ole “Fat Boy” will be all over this, once he has had his morning doughnut, of course. He probably won’t even take time to wipe the powder sugar from lips before he fires up his keyboard.
I do everything I do not just for my sons, but also as an “in your face” to professional hatemongers like that. They make it their mission in life to speak power to truth, and work tirelessly–for pay–to comfort the comforted and afflict the helpless. They are people who enjoy kicking a man when he’s down and bleeding, and they love kicking even harder when that helpless man cries out in anger and fear and pain. Quote-mining, nut-picking, distortion, and hurting people who can’t fight back: that’s what that guy does, and he’s discovered he can make good money doing it, which apparently just helps him enjoy his sadism more.
When I saw all that, I knew what I had to do: join the nonviolent human rights movement that opposes him and his ilk.
His day will come. Sooner or later, karma is going to kick him square in the ass.
A more appropriate song from John Lennon than the one mentioned above:
In fairness to the kiddoes here, I’m posting the aforementioned song.
(and yes, in Lennon vs. McCartney debates, I’m Lennon all the way).
While I hate the feminist-enablers as much as the next person, there’s absolutely no reason to attack somebody based on their physical appearance. A person’s weight, diet, hygiene, or lifestyle has zilch to do with the actual issues, and insulting them in an attempt to undermine their position of authority (or whatever position you want to call it) is no better than the hatemongering the other side does.
Plus, as a fat man myself, I take personal offense to this sort of thing.
So please, if you’re upset about something, take a step back and assemble a proper argument, instead of trying to attack a person’s character.
Nurdy,
First thanks for the efforts in writing this. The last 2 or 3 paragraphs really brought it home. You have one hell of a poison pen as the case may be, and it is sending quite the message our alleged ‘superiors’.
It is fire alarm ringing, eye opening literature.
Type the word “nigger” into YouTube’s search bar and you’ll get “about 39,800 results.” Shall we all have a flagging party?
(Of course not; we are adults who understand that free speech trumps butthurt.)
It’s not just MRAs who get falsely labelled misogynists nowadays, but virtually anyone who doesn’t cater to women or is a member of a group that doesn’t cater to women. That’s a good thing though, because the more ridiculous the word gets, the faster people will wake up to it. I’m confident that one day the definition of misogyny will be legally changed to mean anti-feminist instead of anti-woman.
You can add “rapists” to “Misogynists” as euphenisms for “Nigger”, as well.
“Rapists” and “Rape Culture”? Alllllll men are guilty, all men participate, all men need to be brought to heel, all men are here to serve us, all men are ours to dispose of as we see fit.”
“Misogynist” IS “the new black” this season and I’m wearing it with pride .
Frankly, even the word “rapist” is somewhat problematic; it is auto-presumed to be a male, and further, it presumes that any person guilty of said crime is no longer really human, but an “other,” a monster. It reduces them to utter irredeemability for life.
I have one friend who, when he was 18 years old, threatened to rape a woman. There is nothing excusable about that. It was a threat, and he was holding a knife. It’s not funny, it’s not excusable. However, before any clothing was ripped off or anything, she screamed and fought, and he chickened out, threw away the knife, and ran away, then stopped and waited for the police. When they found him, sitting quietly sobbing and waiting for them, he confessed to everything. The “everything” being, threatening with a weapon and threatening to rape, but not actually raping or cutting anyone and completely confused and wracked with guilt and sobbing and begging forgiveness.
It’s been almost 30 years. He’s still a Registered Sex offender. Over that 30 years, he’s become a husband, a father, always been gainfully employed, and in all that time has never gotten so much as a speeding ticket. He and his family have been forced to move more than once because of various laws that say where Registered Sex Offenders may or may not live. He’s been turned down for jobs. He has to register with local police departments wherever he goes. He’s lost friends, and had neighbors attack him and his wife and his kids when they found out about his Registered Sex Offender status.
When I once posted about his case on my blog, he had multiple people, male and female alike, say they had no sympathy at all, and one woman said he probably should have been executed, and that he deserved no sympathy whatsoever for his current status or for his family. 25 years later, and “threat to rape” made him a monster, a demon, an Other, not even worthy of continuing to live. Forever.
She literally said he should have been killed.
He wears the label “rapist” for life (though he didn’t, y’know, actually rape anyone, it’s the thought that counts right?). It’s literally been 30 years now (well 29 I think). His total crime spree was making a threat. When he was 18 years old. He’s pushing 50 now.
Meanwhile, the woman who sexually molested (under the law, raped) me? Isn’t even called a rapist, and people think that whole experience I had was some sort of exercise in learning manhood: yeah dude, you scored with a “Cougar.” Fuck you.
I can also pretty much guarantee that my revealing I had that experience will be used by some parties at some point against me to say that I’ve got “issues with women.” Cuz, you know, a woman who is sexually assaulted or molested has righteous rage at the opposite sex, but a man who undergoes that must be permanently damaged and a “misogynist” if he ever says anything remotely critical of women or of feminism. See, cuz I’m a man, and I’m privileged, and not deserving of the same consideration at all. And you know, no matter how many positive, rewarding relationships I’ve had with women in the decades since, as many women as I like, love, respect, admire, etc. I actually say men have rights too and women shouldn’t get free passes. Therefore, well, I’m not a rapist but I damn well must be a “misogynist” right? Because the proof, it’s right there! I hate women right?
There really is a rape culture you know. It’s the culture that says females are always accorded victim status and men are always accorded “potential predator” status. That’s our rape culture, and those who continue to espouse it should be called on their bullshit more often.
Ahh, I see it now. ‘Registered Sex Offender’ is the new scarlet letter.
This is a heartbreaking account, Dean.
The greatest objective is enlightened mercy for men and boys. Through this great process of gaining human status for males, we must seek not to reduce the compassion and mercy shown to females, but to show the same compassion and understanding for men and boys.
I got news for you, sour tits. Any female who flaunts her sexuality is a Registered Sexual Offender.
Humans are fallible. Have mercy on them. After all, they are only humans.
For fuck’s sake, DO NOT CAGE THEM. If necessary, put them on an island somewhere where they can do productive, creative work of some kind. What a shining example of this is the great country of Australia?
Thank you for “going there”, Dean, as I did not have the “balls” to do so.
As you might know, my own son is on The Registry over 14 years ago, (at age 16) from a false rape accusation *I* provoked by threatening to report my sister in law molesting her children.
The guilt and pain I carry from being the cause of his pain is enormous. It is why I am here.
I have participated on sex offender discussion sites in these past 14 years. VERY difficult for me, I was sexually molested as a little girl. “Throwing in” with people who are actually guilty has been a HUGE “hold your nose and take a big bite” endeavour.
Not a popular stand to take, as you know. I, too, am often accused or have it implied that *I* must be an offender myself if I don’t hate them or want them castrated or executed.
I have found the one and only stance I can morally and defensably take is that of defender of their Constitutional Rights.
There have been written VERY eloquent articles comparing sex offenders to The New Niggers, and law by law comparisons of sex offender registration, restrictions, and bans to Jim Crow laws.
Almost word for word EXACTLY the same.
You know, Dean. I confess, I utterly hate my sister in law. Not because she is a molester – for that she is sick and needs help (there IS help out there, btw). But because she intentionally made a false accusation of her own crime against an innocent person, forcing HIM to carry HER burden for the rest of his life.
For that I cannot get over the “forgiveness” hump, especially since she is free to continue to ruin lives at whim.
12 year old boys “mooning” out a bus window find themselves on public hate lists. My Grandfather married my Grandmother when they were 18 and 13 respectively. HE would be considered a rapist and pedophile, while SHE was the one who pursued HIM to escape working in cotton fields.
I KNOW this particular subject gets no sympathy from ANYBODY, male OR female, even though MEN are highly aware of the rampant false accusation epidemic in family court AND power plays by women and politicians in general.
aaaggggguuuuhhhhh…don’t get me started….!
I feel you, Cotton.
You bring up a good point. It has long struck me that the fundamental attitude regarding false accusations in this society is bizarrely and bafflingly benign. Such lies are so intensely morally heinous, they ought evoke the highest levels of outrage and condemnation. The witch makers in The Crucible, the false accusers in To Kill a Mocking Bird, these are the worst of the worst, yet the phrase ‘false accuser’ falls painfully impotent in evoking the proper magnitude of revulsion in current society. It is unclear to me whether it is due to the co-opting of the overall narrative and language by the Femistazi, or otherwise. But I long for a phrase that properly expresses the insidious nature of ‘false accusations’, or an elevation of the severity of that phrase in the common moral consciousness.
In short, false accusation is a huge fucking deal, but the phrase just doesn’t seem to evoke that, emotionally. Versus say, ‘rape’, for example, whereas the objective outcomes are on par.
Thou shalt not bear false witness
Let me offer up ‘filthy, demonic liar’ for starters?
I know traditional religion isn’t all that popular in some circles, but, I would point out that in all versions of the 10 Commandments, it doesn’t actually say you should never lie. It specifically calls out BEARING FALSE WITNESS. While lying in general is not condoned, those Commandments call out bearing false witness as being particularly heinous, right up there with murder.
We have a culture that no longer considers bearing false witness being worthy of more than a marginalized slap on the wrist, if it’s acknowledged at all.
Jesus wept.
And there you have it
Most excellent, Dean, thank you.
“There are no Athetists in the foxholes” was true for me. When you are stripped of everthing you have, and everything you are – I cracked a bible open willingly for the first time.
You are right, Dean. “Thous shall not bear false witness” does not mean you have to tell the nice lady her baby is ugly.
It means you don’t destroy another person’s good name, their family or their life with a lie.
False rape accusation is one of the oldest stories in the book – Genesis 63. Luckily for Joseph, he lived in the days before sex offender registries. He was able to get his life back through being the good guy he, of course, always was.
Then the was the unsatisfying (to me) story of Job. Lost everything, his health, his home, his land, his wife, his children. He was rewarded in the end for not losing his faith with replacements…but how do you not mourn your lost child, no matter how many more you have?
“Like a bird caught in a snare, we suffer from the nature of our times”…or words to that effect, I’m no memorizer, but this is the nature of our time…nothing personal, I guess.
The last half of Psalms is lament after lament after lament, begging for deliverance from the scornful mockery and horror of false accusations.
Even here on AVFM are the “don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time” mockers.
I’ve posted the Niemoller Nazi poem “…and then they come for me” probably a hundred thousand times over the years.
Until the day they come for you, the day it happens to you, you can’t – or won’t – hear, or believe it can happen to you….and then it’s too late.
Yes, words matter. They matter a lot. Anybody who has not yet looked over the history of the word misandry (which, you should not be surprised is misrepresented almost everywhere) here is a useful detailed reference.
“Misandry” the Word – Its Origin
http://unknownmisandry.blogspot.com/2011/02/misandry-word-its-origin.html
Thank you Nurdy for a great article. I think of MGTOW and the Zeta Male, the basic idea of refusing to participate in a system that treats men as disposable appliances, and it reminds me a little of the African-American Civil Rights Movement and actions such as the Montgomery Bus Boycott – refusing to support the institutions that discriminate against them. I wonder if any further parallels on that subject are worth exploring.
Excellent article Nurdy Dancng, you are an articulate voice.
Men’s Rights is now mainstream.
Evidence: We are beginning to see jail time for false rape accusers. The corruption of Big Pharma with its maiming boy drugs is being exposed. Monsanto (genetic engineering; dream-tool of eugenics feminists) is on the run in Europe this week. Sexual harassment and exploitation of boys by predatory women and alternative sexuality men is exposed and is prosecuted. Homeschooling is on the rise (State schooling deliberately uses non-phonics reading theories against boys). The recent lawsuit against Janet Napolitano’s misandric sado-masochistic gestapo regime is, implicitly, a men’s rights story. The fraud of “herstory” is crumbling under a tornado of uncomfortable facts escaping the control of the university censors.
Sure, the false accusations will continue (fake rape, fake abuse, fake terrorist associations, fake “hate” accusations) because the criminality of professionalized misandry is inside all the institutions, but the resistance to authoritarianism is on the rise everywhere and men are starting to realize that the corruption must be cleaned up.
Men’s rights is now mainstream. Get used to it.
I envision you with a mic in front of thousands. What a speech. Bravo!
Are you speaking of Europe, or America?
Because I don’t see women going to jail or being charged with false rape accusations in America unless they commit an additional crime as the main charge.
Whenever I read about a woman going to jail for false rape accusations, it’s invariably the UK.
Europe is banning GMOs and threatening to ban American food imports while Monsanto is spending MILLIONS to sway California voters to vote against GMO labeling.
It seems to me sexploitation of boys by WOMEN is becoming more exposed – and DISMISSED – than ever before, while innocent and uninvolved people are punished harshly for MALE sex crimes (the “winning football players at Penn state).
I love your optimism. Maybe you were speaking of a better day in the future?
Excellent response. Tue about US/UK Europe/California. Agree with everything but the Penn State bit. The kids aren’t punished. They are victims of criminals in the university industry and can easily bear the suffering of the sanction.
Am I optimistic? Not really. I am pushing for more informational conflict. Outcomes need not be predicted in specifics. More noise is happening and that means it can be exponentially increased. Sun Tsu (which I know little of, but remember a little) points out a tipping point occuring when the General’s troops realize it is fight or die, then they get the energy they need.
What is happening is the coalescence of issues that makes it clear that male passivity and trust of gov’t/corps/education industry is not merely harmful, but deadly destructive. Caged men, kidnapped kids, maimed and miseducated kids without fathers (or with fathers brought up as consumers rather than family leader/protectors).
We are getting critical mass of people who realize the fight is not optional. It is required.
The university system is now bloated with huge thought police deans and other PC stasi operatives under various job titles. The students are unprepared to study due to unions and dept of ed (a states rights, liberty issue). Student loans are unsustainable and they are the fuel of the control-freak social engineering professors who cook up their sicko authoritarian theories and policies. The univ. system WILL collapse. When the dollar collapses we will have prepared ourselves by thinking through the issues so that we will demand an end to many of the salaried positions, professorships, govt titles, etc. … or maybe things will collapse with no order. I don’t know, but I do know that the entire Ron Paul revolution was designed specifically to prepare the public for developing the means to retake the country when the time comes. I am not sure of the outcome to expect, but I am, sure of the many aspects of the nature and terms of the coming conflict.
“The kids aren’t punished. They are victims of criminals in the university industry and can easily bear the suffering of the sanction. ”
I gotta disagree with you there. My Dad’s younger brother was a High School football hero in 1947. Even now, when you google his name, you will find some mention of him some where and a picture of his Elvis-esque good looks.
He is ALWAYS remembered around town for that brief shining moment in his youth, and ALWAYS honored yearly by that small town.
Because yes. That IS a big fucking deal to him.
I haven’t heard the reaction of the Penn State players, but I suspect their wins were a big deal to them, as well.
Taking their wins/ truth away was an over arching, hysterical witch hunt reaction that does nothing to repay the victims or prevent such things from happening in the future.
Over dramatizing rape has been discussed on AVFM before, and it applies equally to men as women. I can’t help but wonder if this same “scorched earth” policy toward the football team would have happened if female sports coaches had been found molesting little girls, instead. Would they have sanctioned the girls basketball or volleyball wins because of female coaches misdeeds?
I hate stepping into this pile of manure, but I think part of the rage directed toward this case had much to do with resentment of men’s sports, since I NEVER see such viseral reactions of boys being molested in other school settings getting that reaction. Large scale epidemic scandals like this have occurred in male juvenile detention settings without so much as ruffling a few feathers, and THOSE boys were captives. (No Joke Trigger Warning – this is as bad as it gets:
http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19951214&slug=2157707)
Feel free to disagree.
I would just be more of a believer if just ONCE I saw this type of reaction to female or LE offenders.
http://1947bulldogs.ueuo.com/players.html
The sexual abuse of boys in juvenile detention centers is overwhelmingly(95%) at the hands of female perpetrators. So, that alone accounts for next to no uproar over that abuse.
I sympathize. I don’t even really disagree with that point of view. But the fact is the culture and economy are shot to HELL. The literacy level is in freefall to ZERO.
The “system” is not improving despite miniscule reforms. That is true. What I am talking about is THE AWAKENING. Boys are going to have to get REAL educations. This whole adult-boys thing the women complain about is going to have to end. We need to get knowledge of economics, food supply (poisons in it, rising prices, grow your own). Men let this happen and it will not improve until we reverse the passive consumer mentality and take more charge of basics and get the “experts” under control and oversee our public servants (FDA, water supply, schools, police) along with the ethical citizens among us. The rot is extremely deep and the economics numbers are impossible to reconcile without MASSIVE change.
Few even have a slight grasp of the constitution and basic civics, for Patrick’s sake (Henry, I mean).
The awakening means WORK and ACTIVISM, not the passive verbal complaints that feminists not completely incorrectly call “whining.”
So when I see profound vile corruption of the “civic leaders” being overlooked in favor of the men-throwing-balls-at-men thing, a fetish in the culture among adults (apart from real boys’ sport, which is good), I wonder how sick and passively oblivious to real life we can get. A decaying nation with severely increasing police brutality, corporate prisons — and our neighbors are obsessed with ENTERTAINMENT — as we sink, as our gov’t decimates Libya, and wants more and more blood (of decent people with solid family values!). Not a man’s world, to my way of thinking.
It is the cover-ups which are the even greater crimes.
Now is time for THE AWAKENING. Men’s rights is part of it. It does not stand alone.
Completely O/T:

There may be some new female sexual predators in this gallery. Sentence comparison would be interesting to say the least.

I hate Illinois Nazis

I grew up less than a half mile from those idiots’ headquarters by the way. It was called Rockwell Hall. They were real.
George Lincoln Rockwell (American National Socialist White People’s Party) had an estate two blocks from my boyhood home in Arlington, Virginia – on Wilson Boulevard across from Dominion Hills … he lived there and ran his organization from there in the 1960s, and the kids in my neighborhood were very strictly warned away from playing in its woods.
The State took it over in the 1970s. Now it’s built out as Upton Hill Regional Park.
I do not know the full context of that movie, so this is only in regards to that scene.
The police, outnumbered and sandwiched between fools, are the only dignified people there. Doing their jobs to prevent the breakdown of civilization, likely unthanked and perhaps even hated.
I have little doubt that to many watching that they are nearly invisible. A fence. Yet they are the only people in the scene worth identifying with. The others are either out of control idiots who think they can push for violence while remaining somehow protected, or genocidal bigots.
You are too Fuckin funny John!
“Mixed-race societies have throughout history failed…”
As opposed to a non mixed race society, right? A pure, ethnically based culture where ethnicity trumps commercial and ideological value?
Oh ya, ya.
Got news for you, I think pretty much everyone here knows about the failings of humanity, your kind being among the best examples.
You are not the first white nationalist to try to snake your way into the conversation here.
And you will have to go salute while clicking your heels elsewhere, vir. Or is it Hans? Never mind. I don’t really care. Buh-bye.
I don’t say this very often, but..thank you.
I just wrote a woman who claimed “equality between the sexes is coming close and closer” because more women have college degrees and their own bank accounts now.
I told her that there will NEVER be equality between the sexes until more women die in battle than men, more dams, bridges and roads are buildt by women than men, more women die doing the dirty work and heavy lifting than men, and more women do the designing and construction of technologies geared toward making THEM capable of surviving without male intervention.
Oh…and they need to figure out how to defend and protect themselves and quit expecting or blaming men for not doing it for them.
It’s “doable”, but it requires taking the bitter as well as the sweet. Relegatingthe bitter to men while women enjoy the sweet isn’t “equality”.
Right now, claiming “equality” while building a house of cards with entitlements and pandering political favors is going to come crashing down around them like the Twin Towers, and there won’t be any men sacrificing their own lives rushing in to save them.
Egalitarianism isn’t equalism.
Sane people don’t expect uniform results for all. Just equality before the law and fundamental human dignity.
“Race” is a pseudo-scientific concept at best by the way. It’s a sloppy shorthand for a very broad idea and has no precise meaning. Especially black, white, asian, etc. Totally stupid. We’re all mongrels in some fashion, get used to it.
The oldest hominid fossils found so far were discovered in Africa. I have friends who are Mexican whose skin is”white “. This particular couple has 2 daughters both of whom are dark skinned. The son however is fair skinned. My wife is Asian American. I am caucasian American. Our daughter has fair skin and light brown hair. She does tan easily. I however being descended of the Germanic peoples of Europe burn in a matter of minutes in the south Texas sun even in the winter!
Some 63.000 years ago, a super volcano erupted in the southeast asian area, which brought the total amount of humans on the planet down to something equivalent of 20 large families. It was proven by DNA testings everywhere in the world.
We’re all related in one way or another.
Well there is some evidence that we once mixed with neanderthals but since then it has just been US …you know the Human Race. Even if we might speak different languages we talk about the same things. We all want the same thing ie happiness and fulfilment in our lives. It would be good if we were wiser then we would not waste so much of our lives.
We have food in abundance yet millions go hungry every day. There are enough resources for all on this beautiful rare(ask the folks at the SETI project) and very special planet yet we have constant wars as if the opposite were true.
We have undreamt of wealth within us waiting to explored but we walk around as if we were deprived beggars.
Many have ideas on how to bring “peace” to this world yet no one has met the “world” and their ideas for peace usually mean killing others who have a different idea.
You cannot bring peace to this world because there is no world to bring it to. There is only US and it is each individual human being that needs peace in THEIR world and if enough individual worlds get peace then maybe that will make a difference to the collective.
Going for war as a “solution” is easy – we have been doing it for thousands of years but it hasn’t worked – all we have learned is how to kill each other more effectively. Perhaps the really courageous thing to do is to go for peace and set upon the path of being prepared to KNOW ourselves and not seek to change others until our lives have been transformed.
‘Well there is some evidence that we once mixed with neanderthals’
That evidence has been debunked, I’m almost sorry to say.
Every single time Homo Sapiens has entered a territory occupied by Homo Erectus or the neanderthals, their numbers has dwindled rapidly, and they have been driven away or been eradicated in those areas.
Homo Sapiens are really really nasty critters, because unlike the other human species we have imagination and are able to think in advance, which made us far better at setting traps for the other species.
We also work much better together than they did, because we are better at expressing ourselves vocally. There’s also the highly evolved use of our fingers, and the fact that our shoulders are excellent build for throwing stuff, which the neanderthals were unable to. Their palms faced forward due to this evolutionary dead end. It all adds up.
Also, Homo Sapiens didn’t need nearly the same amount of food to survive, because we were smaller and lighter build, so we could basically compete on far less ressources, than what the other species needed to sustain themselves. Throw the pack hunting ability and the high aggression level into the equation, and you got yourself an evolutionary winner, by comparison.
Highly off topic, but thought you might like to know.
‘Well there is some evidence that we once mixed with neanderthals’
That evidence has been debunked, I’m almost sorry to say.
=======================
Indeed this may well be the case but it was irrelevant to the point I was trying to make as I think you did acknowledge in your final sentence.
“Homo Sapiens are really really nasty critters, because unlike the other human species we have imagination and are able to think in advance, which made us far better at setting traps for the other species.”
My point is to ask are they really that nasty as you say or is that apparent “nastiness” really a result of ignorance? The wisest of the wise down the ages have indicated otherwise. One of these wise men managed to indicate in a mere two words how we could find out i.e. Socrates when he said “Know Thyself”.
Wow, you jumped really fast forward in human evolution there, didn’t you?
Consider this. Originally we were pack animals, which we still are to a very large extend, who had absolutely no quarrels when it came to eating our own. You don’t see that many other species of mammals that does that. I would say that this fact covers the term ‘nasty critters’ quite well, even though it was a mean to survive.
If you move fast forward to present times, there were something like 600 children that came out of the ruins of Stalingrad, after the battle was won by the russians, and they had been feeding on human corpses for a really long time. It is one of the dirty little secrets of history, that noone wants to talk about.
Especially the Russians, even though some tribes in the southeast asian area, and in the southamerican jungle, still practised this up to recent times.
Everytime somebody mentions our alleged ‘civilized behavior’, this is one of the facts I always like to throw on the table, because it quite clearly goes to show that even though you might ‘Know Thyself’, the alleged ‘civilized human being’ is a concept that only goes skin deep, and beneath it lies a very dangerous and opportunistic creature.
Btw. I completely got your point, I just had a bit of a problem with neanderthals being a part of the Homo Sapiens family. If you look at the herd-mentality that is still a very large part of some present day groups that shall go unmentioned, there’s no reason to believe that ancient man would have allowed someone in their midst, who were that radically different from themselves, due to the difference in size and massiveness, and who were barely able to communicate beyond primitive grunts, as indicated by the way their throats had evolved. They would have been deeply feared, and killed on sight whenever possible, just as it was the case with the gorillas, when the first white men entered the african rainforests.
So, knowing yourself would also seem to include ‘how far am I willing to go in order to survive, if the alternative is starving to death?’
Damn, who am I going to blame my octpypital lump on now? I had pinned blame in my Neanderthal ancestor
Ehhm..The Patriarchy?
Hands up! Who completely adores Nurdy? I do…
Nah, can’t stand her. I hate women, and I hate black people. I thought that’s what we were all about here: middle-aged white dudes who hate women and minorities who want all our privilege-cookies back. Am I in the wrong club?
Dean, enough of the blathering and pass me a goddam cookie will ya? Those ones with the white, creamy centers.
Thanks…
Perfect words. Perfect timing. Perfect author.
Beautifully stated Nurdy.
I’ve had the same thoughts myself several times but, I doubt that I could have stated them as well as you did with this article.
The similarities between racial bigotry and sexual bigotry are too numerous to ignore. I am convinced that if we look at the successes and failures in combating racial bigotry and apply our findings to this struggle we could increase the speed with which Now/Sow are as likely to influence public policy as the KKK is today.
Hey, Nurdy!
Thanks for the ‘not give up’ message (a bit o ni… I mean afro-American… history)!
I would say let the music speak. It could be a state song!
Some objectors to ND’s contribution to a cause could employ such a term as irony to detract from the writing.
That a member of the oppressed class in North America (female, black) would speak in defense or support of the oppressor class (male, predominantly caucasian).
But I’m not buying it.
Rather, I’d say that her writing above is reflective of an uncommon but good sense to recognize a certain dance of humanity as it most likely is – the one that many common men have performed in under-appreciated service to the greater household where doing so can often result in boredom, injury, shortened lifespan or death.
This coming from someone who has likely seen her share of imposed restrictions. One who knows, as would her similarly shaded brothers.
Thanks for writing your peace Nurdy (if I may). Your words will have a resounding effect that will reach even those living further north to where you reside. There are undeniable comparable truisms in your essay.
What an ally. Love to you.
I have a dream that our children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by their genitalia, but by the content of their character.
(Inspired by Dr Martin Luther King’s famous speech)
Nurdy I think we have a problem.
You see, you’re black, but at the same time you are actually uttering that word that starts with the letter that comes after M and before O. – Strike one.
You are a woman and you are using the word Misogyny. – Strike two.
Now, I’m white and I’m not female and if I say these two words in your message then I would be simply squashed in two seconds. But you Nurdy, yes you girl, have wandered into the inner sanctum of the chamber of PC.
I go there and I am to be scoffed at.
You go there and you are dangerous.
You are quite the gift that has landed at our shores and my goodness we like it. Thank you.
Signed:
Anglo-Sax Nigger.
Just as important, Nurdy has opened up another can-o-worms in the feminist argument. The vast majority of the violence, murder, and discrimination was happening to black MEN!
Stunning piece Nurdy!
“We all know that niggers, after all, when kept calm are quite useful, but they tend naturally to be noisy and dangerous expecially when gathered…”
The FFF
Fucking loved it. Great article. Thanks for existing.
OK here I go, adding my two cents to the well deserved kudos.
Great stuff. Please keep pouring it on.
Peace to you.
Nigger is a word like racist, misogynist, xenophobe, homophobe, et. al. designed to shame dissenters into silence.
It will not work anymore…
Luv you, NurdyD. But, as is my obnoxious habit, I must quibble over small things. Much as I appreciate your sentiment, I do not think nigger is quite the right analogy for misogynist. A nigger is someone who is regarded as inherently inferior by the dominant culture because of bigotry directed at their race. A s0-called misogynist is someone who is derided because of their opinions both real and–here be the bone of contention–implied. I think a more apt comparison is being called a commie back in the day when the idea of equal rights for blacks was still unsettled and you were with the good guys who opposed racism. Why the only reason a person would do a thing like that is because they secretly desired a Stalinist takeover of America, natch.
I almost always keep my trap shut until I disagree with a body. That’s one of the things that makes me such an ineffable charmball. Please consider the otherwise silent treatment I’ve given you as strongly implied consent for everything else you’ve ever said or written.
Kisses.
I’m called a misogynist AND a pedophile protector on a regular basis these days.
A person who spoke up against racism or bigotry back in the day was called a “NIGGER LOVER” for going against the status quo’s comfort zone.
A person who questioned the House Unamerican Activities was accused of being a “COMMIE”.(Stay tuned, as this one is resurfacing as “TERRORIST”)
A person who questions the verasity of the sex offender registry, or questions that children don’t lie is a ‘PEDOPHILE PROTECTOR”.
A person who questions or complains about feminism is a MISOGYNIST”.
. . .and when they came for me, there was no one left to speak up…
Children won’t lie, unless they’re pressured into it or lead on.
Depends on the age of the child doesn’t it?
It doesn’t even require “pressure”. Kids will do anything for love.
If my mother had wanted me to say something bad about my Dad, she could have gotten me to do it just by hinting or giving round about instruction.
My mother was very rejecting, and I would have done anything to win her favor, even as a very little kid.
The little girls who started the Salem witch hunts were only 9 years old.
No one pressured them. You think kids in an acrimonious divorce situation couldn’t come up with something a VERY accepting court system wouldn’t pounce on, expecially with sex, sex, sex on TV 24/7?
My son’s accuser based her “story” on a Keifer Sutherland/Sally Field movie, An Eye For An Eye. It was about an older teen stalking, raping at knife point and murdering a 9 year old girl while her mother listened to it on her cell phone while stuck in traffic.
His accuser described scenes perfectly from the movie. It was inadmissible, of course.
Do you really believe all those kids in all those day care cases were “pressured” to lie? Just like those little Salem girls, kids over hear stuff, their imaginations go into over drive, opportunity presents itself (my niece “disclosed” during a tantrum because she was being punished and couldn’t attend a party, “I’ll tell you what he did if you let me to”).
My son’s greatest defender was a teacher who admitted she made a false accusation as a child. She really WAS being molested, by her father and Uncle. When a school official brought her in for questioning over some of her “too knowing” comments, she blamed a neighbor man, to protect her father.
Kids do that too.
She said “God” sent my son into her life to realize what harm she had done to that innocent man. She hadn’t even thought of him, or the repercussions of her accusation in all those years, since the investigation was dropped.
a child once lied and said that my uncle had molested her. Fortunately for him witnesses knew he was no where near the home where and when she said the incident occurred.
She lied because she’d stolen something and he was going to tell her mother.
She was eight at the time.
Kids can and do lie…they learn from what they see done around them.
