Hiring Feminists

What they really think of male feminists

Megan Milanese is a feminist with a BA in Women’s Studies. She thinks its great when men identify as feminists. However, her idea of a male feminist is a guy who will simply sit down, shut up, and do as he’s told by the women who know better. She’s totally ok with being labeled a man-hater, but misandrist is probably more descriptive and slightly more polite. So, what’s it take to qualify as a male feminist?

First and foremost, he may never interrupt a woman when she’s speaking. She claims this behavior is rude (it is) and is more common in men than women. To support this claim she cites an apparently unpublished study (published only online) from 2000, citing research from the mid 1970’s to late 1990’s that demonstrates that not only concludes that gender is a factor, but status was as well. Of course Ms. Milanese doesn’t mention this.

her assertion that gender-based slurs can only be used against women is ludicrous. While women may be denigrated by language such as “whore, bitch, or slut” men may also be denigrated with language like “bastard, fag, creep, womanizer, pig, etc.

Further, the study cited appears to be a literature review and not an actual study and it cites primarily only studies that support its conclusion.

Nevertheless, the paper contained one quote that appears to indicate that this is not necessarily due to “male dominance” or “male privilege.” “Women’s language was described as weak, unassertive, tentative, and women were presented as losers, as victims. (Coates 1998:413).”

In this light, the tendency of men to assert themselves more than women may be a by-product of feminist-victim ideology wherein both sexes view women as losers and victims.

The author concludes “There is evidence that the vitality factor in the female subculture is increasing resulting in growing assertiveness… Gender and status rather than gender or status will be the determinant categories.” (Kunsman, 2000). In other words as we progress out of the 1970’s and into the 21st century, women are becoming more confident and assertive and the tend is expected to continue. The difference may not have been due to any discrimination or gender bias, but to a lack of confidence by and in the women entering into formerly male dominated workplaces.

Milanese continues with the “sit down and shut up” directive for male feminists. A male feminist should never “mansplain.” According to her this is condescension that occurs when a man explains something to a woman that she thinks she already knows all there is to know on a particular subject.

What I find interesting about this position is her condescending attitude towards men as if men cannot have a conflicting view of reality. Further chuckles are had when she asserts that men were not necessary for feminists to win the “vote, Title IX, Roe v Wade, legal access to contraceptives, a single woman elected to office, the small narrowing of the wage gap that has occurred.” Funny thing, if men had not changed laws, policies, procedures, rules, working conditions, and been willing to step aside, what would have been gained by feminists?

Then of course she objects to gender-based slurs. Although I occasionally find them useful, for the most part I have to agree. But her assertion that gender-based slurs can only be used against women is ludicrous. While women may be denigrated by language such as “whore, bitch, or slut” men may also be denigrated with language like “bastard, fag, creep, womanizer, pig, etc.

Then there is her sexist view of the “tone argument.” “However, when men use it against women it is especially pernicious.” Why? Because somehow this becomes the use of “male privilege” to silence women and win the argument. Funny thing, righteous indignation (the tone argument) tends to have that effect no matter who is using it, man or woman.

To be hired as a male feminist you must sit down, shut up, do as you’re told, castrate yourself, and prepare to be abused. Even then, I doubt you’ll have done enough.

Now that the “sit down and shut up” portion is behind us, we come to the “do as you’re told” argument. She begins by chastising feminist groups that place men in positions of leadership “before he’s ready for them.” The argument against this practice is sort of like the argument against affirmative action. Men aren’t qualified to hold such positions and shouldn’t be put there as a PR strategy. Oddly, she does seem to be arguing against the feminist exploitation of the male, though she seems to think it’s the other way around. Her message to the male feminist is “get to the back of the bus.”

And what about the menz? For Milanese, feminism is by, for, and about women. Men and their issues don’t matter. So much for equality. Men’s problems are their own fault. “It is a systemic devaluation of femininity that creates the rigidly defined masculinity by which men must abide. If men have a problem with masculinity as it currently exists, perhaps they should consider increasing the social status and viability of femininity in all people.” If we worship the feminine, all men’s problems will simply disappear. It’s simply a matter of giving up misogyny. Besides, men problems pale in significance to women’s problems. “So yes, men have issues. However, in no way, shape, or form are they of the same caliber as the problems and oppression facing women.”

And of course, men must put down their pictures of scantily clad women while at feminist rallies. Male sexuality is verboten. To think of a woman in a sexual manner is to objectify and degrade her. Never mind that sexuality is the basis for all human interaction.

It is the most basic of all social needs and ensures the survival of the species. Men and women are biologically programmed to be sexual beings. To view another person as a sexual being is to view that person in the most human way possible. It is anything but degrading.

Then the male feminist must realize that the feminists they work with don’t trust them. Males, feminists or not, are seen as rapists and violent or emotional abusers and of course, a man “has no right to tell a woman that her distrusting attitude toward men irrational.” This is an issue of entitlement and “No one is entitled to another’s trust.” But then she claims that the male feminist must “be understanding” which is in itself an offering of trust, which she claims no one is entitled to. But obviously the woman is entitled to the man’s trust, regardless of his past experience and history. Her past matters, his does not.

The male feminist must be a “mangina.” Yes, she pretty much says this. He must endure being called this because women have all endured sexual assault, violence, and verbal abuse for “standing up for their rights.” Although she stops short of requiring the risk of life and limb, she believes the male feminist must be willing to be abused.
And finally, the male feminist is not entitled to his own feelings. If he is pissed off by her article, he cannot be a feminist and should be expelled from the movement.

It’s probably a good thing that I am not a feminist. As she says, feminism should be “large, powerful, and diverse. But obviously it should not be so diverse as to include half the population of the planet and not nearly powerful enough to equally address the needs and concerns of that half the population. However, that neglected and cast out half should be willing to give up its masculinity on behalf of feminism. So there you have it. To be hired as a male feminist you must sit down, shut up, do as you’re told, castrate yourself, and prepare to be abused. Even then, I doubt you’ll have done enough.

So… is she doing us a favor by making it a) easier for fence-sitters to wake up the situations and b) pretty much disabling (through emasculation) any male participants on their side?

    • I like your first idea. Feminists are so philosophically disgusting that exposure will destroy them. The problem is that they so successfully disassociate in the public mind “radical feminism” (I.e. politically effective feminism) from “mainstream feminism” (casual misandry). So when I share info like this with blue pillers their response is invariably NAFALT. Furthermore they manage to conflate feminists with women, a trick I’ll never understand. People are seriously stupid.

Thanks for a great debunking of her nonsense. It’s great to see the comments following her article. MRA’s are hammering her every point and she is claiming to be a victim of trolls etc. The tide is turning. People are starting to see the hatefulness in her message. FHSU! LOL

Thanks for writing this article, and very many. I agree with all points in this one; I can’t say I agree with everything you write in every article, but some of the recent feminist articles I’ve read and seen comments on have made me feel seriously distressed and emotionally marginalized as a man. Not that it matters; I’m just supposed to suck it up, because nothing big was said…

Also, thanks Nancy, for being a woman that agrees that the article Megan writes is hateful. I’m sure there are plenty, and I’m sure that many who claim not to see how really don’t want to (either because they usually support Megan, or thought one or two of her points were true and decided they would have to defend their own shit).

Honestly, I just wish people would give up identifying themselves with “ideologies” – I’m not even a fan of coming up with an ideology for “men’s rights” that’s like what feminism claims. People should just get better at two things:

-Be kind while speaking to other people, and empathize with them, even if their view differs from yours. While online, it’s really easy to speak harsh words. And I’ve seen a lot of harsh, sometimes borderline inhuman comments, on feminist as well as MRA websites. It’s painful, and usually a lot of the comments are just devoid of logic, yet insult others for some supposed flaws in their logic.

-Aspire to think logically, and humbly. This doesn’t mean you need to be an atheist, nor does it mean you need to be anything associated with any damn ideology. You just need to try to understand why one premise leads to one conclusion, and be willing to accept and sort out flaws. This requires scientific thinking, something society as a whole is still coming to terms with even after hundreds of years since its introduction.

      • Thanks for the comment. No one should agree with everything I say. anyone who does is a mindless automoton. People should learn to think critically. This is one of Megan’s flaws. Undergraduate programs typically present theory in a very uncritical manner. the goals is not to teach the student to think for herself, but to simply teach the theory. This is especially true of Women’s Studies programs where questioning the theory is more or less off limits. Bachelor’s programs tend to teach lower to mid level critical thinnking skills, knowledge, comprehension, application and sometimes analysis while frequently omitting synthesis and evaluation. Women’s studies programs are designed to indoctrinate, one may question theory, but only if one stays within the feminist framework. Think of such programs as religious schools. If one questions the basic principles of the religion, one isn’t going to earn good grades. some principles may be questioned, but only if one stays within the basic tenets. In other words, if one is a Christian, one may not question that Jesus was actually the son of God and not merely a human being or state that he was just another prophet. To be a Christian, one must believe that he is the son of God, i.e. Christ. To be a feminist one may not question the basic tenets. Feminism can only be debated from within its own framework.

This rigid adherence to ideology prohibits any “scientific” study of feminism by its adherents and turns it into pseudoscience.

        • Feminism, ‘women’s studies’ in our public schools, is a flagrant violation of separation of church and state. Feminism IS a religion. Feminism is ‘taught’ AS a religion. Feminist indoctrination, as a religious endeavor, should NOT be funded by taxpayer money. Similar to the recent observation that Media Matters should be stripped of tax exempt status due to is obvious political activism.

          • the tall one in reply to Perseus

I think it would be of value to articulate that feminism, however evangelical it may seem, is not a religion. By definition, religion is a set of beliefs that either allude to a higher power, or in some way try to describe how the world came to be (a la science, with magic!).

Feminism, I think, would more appropriately labeled as a philosophically dark, politically powered engine of destruction. Granted, it’s shorter to say religion or cult or things of a similar nature; but I think if we look back through history, we will only see reflections of the worst villains in history. Not the villains themselves. Feminism is a ‘new’ thing for humans *(I mean the degree of spread, at least)

To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if the entire feminist movement was hijacked by some elitist super-group planning a major world war in order to lower the population on the planet. What else would america do with 2.5% of its population in prison?
I’d save all of those prisoners until a draft was needed. Conspiracy? Yep. No real facts? Yep. It still wouldn’t surprise me if I were right though. But, that is a discussion for another time, I think.

Politicians will do nothing until forced into action, either through fear of losing power (or worse, I suppose) or because they see political opportunity in supporting mens issues.

Considering the white male vote has extremely low participation rate (actually all male, but white male is by far the lowest), political strategists have been trying to awaken (and get) that vote for decades. So it’s entirely possible that it could go either way:

  3. It’s really sad that hundreds of colleges and universities teach thousands of classes in women’s studies, indoctrinating tens of thousands of naive students in the art of male bashing and man hating. Very few have ever actually confronted women’s studies, a major cause of all the systematic prejudices that men are facing in Western society. Of course, there are even more campuses that teach Sociology curriculum, which in many ways is as bad as women’s studies in its disingenuous vilification of innocent men.

Good point. I was thinking the same too after reading Megan’s post.

All the money and time she spent in college has taught her to hate men to the point of wanting to make them into some sort of slaves with no valuable opinions at all – unless it meshes perfectly with hers. Her article (and replies in the comments section which followed it) illustrates a deeply disturbed mind.

I like how Feminists complain about silencing tactics and then use terms like “mansplain” the moment somebody questions their hallowed, sacred interpretation of their “lived experience”. Their own ideology primes them to see threats and discrimination everywhere and then they get touchy once somebody tries to moderate or introduce an alterative interpretation into things. MANSPALIN! MANSPLAIN! Also, if you aren’t in the Manual of Oppressed Groups and want to debate them on something then fucking forget about it.

I just saw a female news anchor say very sexually suggestive comments about “men in tight pants”, referring to baseball players. She had a male co-host. Could you imagine the outcry if he would have said something equally sexually suggestive about, say, women volley ball players? He would have been fired for making sexist comments. Normal male sexuality is not only criminalized, but men are required to pretend that part of their identity doesn’t even exist. Feminists, along with nearly all the women on television and in society in general, like the one you mention in this article. Let’s keep fucking their shit up.

If she reads Cosmo she is or Ms. she is ALL ABOUT FEMALE OBJECTIFICATION, OBJECTIFY HER. Actions here people, words are empty. Females do NOTHING BUT objectify men by their wealth and social status. Dear Feminists,

Drop the inferiority complex. I have had enough of all of you and your victimhood cult. Women aren’t anything special. You are all human, just like men. Wouldn’t you agree the world was a better place for everyone when men and women appreciated and acknowledged the strengths and weaknesses of the opposite gender. It is too bad women decided to not only burn the bridge between both genders, but they decided to launch flaming arrows at men as well. Now we get to live in a world where women have become such spoiled brats that it is impossible for men to have any type of relationship with them, whether it be platonic or romantic. I hope all you women enjoy the world you created for your sons.

This really is good advice. When you wind a feminist up it just spins around in front of you until it wobbles over and falls down. Then after it crashes, it either thinks it has been victimized or that it won the argument. Why wind them up in the first place? Let them sit there idle. Let them ache for that chance to whine. The worst punishment for them is to not be engaged. Without an audience or someone to complain to they’re just social zombies. Let them get so hungry they eat their own brains for a change.

I can only speak for myself, but I’ve no intention of worshipping any feminine…I’m content and happy in myself and have no time for pussy begging. If the right woman comes along and can meet me half way, then I may procure some interest, but if not “Just Fine” by me.

I think the feminist set are deluding themselves as to their amount of importance in this world, I don’t know what they are smoking, but it’s definitely clouding their minds. Certainly I see no benefit to humankind from these sad excuses for human beings.

Which is precisely why I posted this here and on my own site instead of engaging her on hers. It would be pointless. Megan’s idea of “giving up misogyny” is for men to simply bow to the will of the feminist. She is too blinded by her ideology to see the misandry in this. On one level, she’s aware of it, but in denial of her own sexist attitude. She states she doesn’t mind being called a “man-hater” probably not even realizing the sexist bigotry in such a statement.

This is what feminists are out to destroy, because it’s deemed a weak trait, (except when men exhibit it).

There’s a softness that acts as a counter-balance to masculinity that’s sadly being lost. It’s now vogue for women to act more like men and celebrated when they do, “you go grrl!”.

The female is at her feminine peak when she’s pregnant and embraces the mother role. Men didn’t make women the gestational carrier of the sexes, God or evolution did. It’s not men’s fault women are women!

They were feminine and proud of it but at the same time saw themselves as partners with their menfolk supporting and complimenting them just as they expected men to do for them. They knew that together as partners they could achieve more than either men or women could do alone. Something that has sadly been lost.

If feminist require slaves in the workplace maybe men will get the picture that women don’t like them and don’t want to work with them.

Our little feminist who could, Megan Milineses, is too young to have any original ideas. She is a recent womans studies graduate and is mouthing what she was taught by her baby boom womans studies professors.

In the latest incarnation of feminism, wave 4?, women don’t want to be around men at all except as slaves. Men will not thrive here and will leave, our womans studies professors miscalculate. They think these men are their husbands who stayed in unhappy marriages for the children.

They are not. And staying in a job is not the same as staying in a marriage.

I work with women and find that they are just like this. My attitude is that I don’t care. As long as I do my job and stay away from the hags they can’t touch me. But you must stay away. If you go near them they will make a claim.

I am starting a business and will only employ men. Men are no picnic but are far more productive and have far less risks of liability.

Men will have to learn and the next feminist leaders, like Megan, will teach men that what Herstory taught us about the ancients was a lie.

Men will learn that one of the things that made Rome great was that it’s soldiers could not marry.

One of the things that let the Catholic Church weather centuries of ignorance and sustain the beatiful cultures of Rome and Greece was that women were not allowed to infect the beaurocracy or hold positions of power.

They are not fit for it.

That a liberal man like myself, after so many years of pushing for equality, comes to this conclusion not from dogma but from experience, speaks to the truth these ancients possesed.

Feminists have over played their hand. Feminists like Megan will make it much easier for young men to come to this conclusion at a much younger age.

If I had a daughter today, I would encourage her to get an education and get a job, no man in his right mind would take the risks for the temporary and fleeting benefits women bring to men today.

If she wants to eat she will have to work. And no man will help her. No slaves think kindly of their masters.

I was with you up until you advocated “pictures of scantily clad women” and equated that with “male sexuality”
I don’t know what the public display of “scantily clad women” has to do with male sexuality any more than a man in a $5000 suit with a wallet hanging out would have to do with female sexuality.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • In her article she objected to the male feminist who keeps pictures of scantily clad women on his computer as wallpaper or screensavers stating that this is demeaning to women. In other words a male who is aroused by such material is objectifying women. But such arousal is actually an expression of male sexuality. Men like to look at women because men are sexually programmed to do so and they express this sexual programming by looking at them or by looking at pictures of them. it is perfectly natural and the feminist pretense that it isn’t is merely an attempt to gain control of and power over male sexuality by demonizing it.

Further re my above comment, this ludicrous, appallingly uneducated wench’s highest degree is a BA from University of South Florida.

Now, before I proceed to bash her alma mater, a few disclaimers:

    1. Yes I have three degrees, including two postgrad degrees, all from top-tier universities in USA and UK, HOWEVER, it’s precisely BECAUSE I have presitigious degrees, that I know that,

    2. EVEN at the TOP TIER American and British universities, other than degrees in the hard sciences or technology, IT’S ALL BULLSHIT!

    3. To that I will add, that I learned more about history and the humanities in my (admittedly wealthy) HIGH SCHOOL than I ever learned at any university!

    4. For good measure, I’ll add the fact that my great-grandfather who was born in Victorian England and left school at age 15 (he stayed in school longer than most Englishmen of his time) was more highly educated than me. HE studied Greek and Latin and Classical history when he was 12 years old; his education was better than that of most Doctorates today, INCLUDING ME!

Okay, so all that said, now please allow me to bash this stupid uneducated wench and her so-called “university”:

Here, HERE is an “introduction” to University of South Florida: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6w1-GsQrjwk

…most of whose so-called “students” are, to my mind, the kind of lumpenproles who are INFERIOR to men (AND women) who actually know how to PRODUCE REAL THINGS OF VALUE, such as British and American men AND women used to do under conditions of REAL suffering! Eg, this historically realistic clip depicting the factory conditions of circa 1852: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CnLWYkMlFIs

And bloody “University of South Florida” knows NOTHING of that, and thus knows NOTHING about social justice nor the ancient struggles for it! And that is why this ignorant wench from University of South Florida will end her life as a slave.

I understand that, but the thing is, while we rightly demean women for objectifying men for all the wrong reasons, there seems to be a double-standard.
If we don’t want women objectifying men for their “wallets” and being “Alpha” then why is it ok the other way around?

Women who objectify men for the wrong reasons probably have this “whats-good-for-the-goose-is-good-for-the-gander attitude.

Thumb up 2 Thumb down 0
    • It may be possible you have the wrong way around.

Women will do what they will do, history proves that men have little or no control over women and governments, until recently, threw there hands up and said “you sir, are going to jail if she breaks the law”, thus penilizing women by removing her slave, a source of income, to induce some degree of civility.

I beleive Mr. WomanStudy Major is mouthing the words she was instructed to. She’s like a stooge for women who want men to not look at attractive women. At all.

It may be the case that these older feminists specifically don’t want men looking at Ms. Milenase, such is their twisted sense of humor and power.

They want slaves to enslave themselves in their own minds. Such is the megomaniacal truth revealed here and that we would question whether men are aroused by images of naked women is telling of how far down the rabbit hole we are today.

I’m not saying that I favor public displays or pornography because I don’t. I do favor legalized prostitution with regulation for a number of reasons.

I do not think men should have randy pictures of women displayed at work, especially with the number of women in the workplace. If Ms. Milinese’s handlers had stuck to this restriction, that would be fine, and it is the law, but only recently.

No, as usual, there is the shit test and publicity grab which, if not checked turns into the VAWA.

Maybe women are not fit for pubilc discourse?

    • The term “objectify” has gotten a bad rap. We all objectify others in one way or another by viewing them for their utility, sexual or otherwise. But there is a huge difference between sexual objectification and most other types.

Humans have two types of basic drives, those that are essential to individual survival and those that are essential to species survival. Individual drives are hunger, shelter, thirst, etc. these ensure individual survival and can be accomplished on a individual level. Species survival is ensured via reproduction as the “sex drive” which is the base level drive that requires social interaction. Thus it is the sex drive that causes us to “objectify” or view others for their sexual utility. it provides the basis for all human interaction and is therefore the “most human” way of looking at each other. Feminists fail to grasp this nuance and consider it a negative instead of a positive. by so doing, it becomes a method for them to control and demonize male sexuality.

Viewing a man as a “wallet” on the other hand is not to view him for his sexual utility, but as a means for provision of basic individual survival needs. These are needs she should be capable of meeting on her own, just as a man does. By “monetizing” him, she begins to view him not in a human sense, but as a servant or a tool to ensure her survival. The exception is the need to provide for the offspring. In this sense it is natural and not negative and remains a normal part of human existence as long as there are children to care for. This is female hypergamy. As long as it is for the children, it is normal and natural and positive. when it becomes about fulfilling her needs, it is a negative and quite deplorable.

However, the negative aspects of this have long been overlooked as social convitions such as religion have worked to create lifelong partnerships in which the women have given up the ability to provide for themselves in defference to caring for their children. but since social convention no longer serves to protect those partnerships, hypergamy becomes servitude on behalf of the male.

    • “Yes, I know, women are not going to stop objectifying “wallets” and “Alphas” but another wrong just does not equal a right.”

Wait a minute, so what you’re saying is that guys, who are universally attracted to slim women with large hips and tits, are somehow committing a “wrong” by following their biological instincts to fuck hot chicks, even though it’s a medical fact that these women are more likely to produce healthy offspring and men are probably programmed (by Nature) to seek out these women for this exact reason?

You think men should mate with fat ugly chicks and risk deformed flipper babies to erase some invisible “double standard”?

The female wallet attraction is entirely born of vanity. Women exercising pussy power in an age where the wealth they generate from their vagina is completely superfluous because they already earn more than men in cash in some classes, and always earned more than men in benefits, perks, and the money they spent on themselves out of their husband’s paycheck.

So women get ALLLLLLL the money, ALLLLLLLL the perks, and all the shamefree sex they can handle and men get fat ugly broads and litters of flipper babies to feed,or it’s a double standard. Is that what you’re saying?

  33. Feminism is RACISM.

Race: an arbitrary classification of modern humans, sometimes, especially formerly, based on any or a combination of various physical characteristics, as skin color, facial form, or eye shape, and now frequently based on such genetic markers as blood groups.

    rac·ism
    [rey-siz-uhm]
    –noun
    1. a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
    2. a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
    3. hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

Sexism is a less useful term. Sexism is simply a class of RACISM.

    nig·ger
    [nig-er]
    —Usage note
The term nigger is now probably the most offensive word in English. Its degree of offensiveness has increased markedly in recent years, although it has been used in a derogatory manner since at least the Revolutionary War. Definitions 1a, 1b, and 2 represent meanings that are deeply disparaging and are used when the speaker deliberately wishes to cause great offense. Definition 1a, however, is sometimes used among African-Americans in a neutral or familiar way. Definition 3 is not normally considered disparaging—as in “The Irish are the niggers of Europe” from Roddy Doyle’s The Commitments —but the other uses are considered contemptuous and hostile.

    –noun
    2. Slang: Extremely Disparaging and Offensive. a person of any race or origin regarded as contemptible, inferior, ignorant, etc.
    3. a victim of prejudice similar to that suffered by blacks; a person who is economically, politically, or socially disenfranchised.

Feminists have resurrected niggerdom and directed it at males. Males have been made niggers of the Western world.

  36. raunch, this is a good comment you bring up. a frequent poster of whom I am a fan, andybob, has done a fine job of discussing the relationship between homo-sexual males and feminists. It might be summarized by the politics of the acronym LGBT, where gay was explicitly made second in rank to lesbian. While feminists may not overtly attack homo males the way they do hetero males, I see this as simply political expediency. Homo males and feminists are not natural allies any more then hetero males and feminists are. But to focus their assault on hetero males while leaving homo males in relative neutrality has served there aims. So when we discuss the crimes against MEN, I’m not sure if itis worth discriminating between hetero and homo men, breaking them down into groups. Does it serve any useful purpose other than playing into the feminist narrative and agenda? I am aware that homo men have plenty of contempt for the atrocities committed by feminists, whether they have been directly targeted, or indirectly through relatives and loved ones.

As a cancerous ideology of hate, feminism will eventually come for you.

Do you know those dividers that are by the cashier that are used to separate a customer’s food items from another customer’s food items when the store is very busy? Well, a guy who was bagging slid one of those dividers down the belt towards the cashier so she could put it back in its place. It ended up hitting her hand on accident. She picked it up, approached him, and hit him in the balls with it as hard as she could.

The advertising industry caters to consumers. Watch those ads with the view that men are too smart to 1. Be manipulated into buying stuff they don’t need and 2. Too smart to waste their time watching tv.

Women make 80% of the purchases and without a guy to guide them are this easily manipulated into purchases.

Isn’t it obvious why the Powers That Be ™ want women divorced from men, keeping the money he makes, and plopped in front of the tv?

That’s why feminism is well funded in the west and in countries that are less hard core capitalistic like Mexicao and France they have feminism with a small “f”, IMO.

      • Yes, advertising is directed to women, if I am to judge by the few ads I view. I’m glad to say that I don’t own a TV – damned useless contraption. That being said, I don’t think the furniture company necessarily endorses such mentality, it just wants to sell stuff.

You have to be kidding me.

How do you not see that there is a serious flaw in the thinking of any man who believes he knows more about what it is to be an woman than a woman? I’m sorry if it ruffles your patriarchal feathers that you may not be inherently more knowledgeable about a subject that a woman, but unless you are a woman, you can’t speak to the female experience. As a Caucasian person, would I even dream of telling a person of color what they should feel and think in regards to their experience as a racial minority? Never. The very thought of it is ludicrous.

Perhaps you should actually try reading and considering the message of the next feminist article you read; it does wonders for one’s perspective.

A man who identifies himself (asexually, “person” with no gender) with any “race”, is no man in my estimation.

You’re not a man, not a woman, not a person. You are a sack of useless protoplasm who has willingly become a passive receptical for vapid ideas of callow academic whores.

A REAL Man OR a REAL Woman does NOT identify with any abstract “race” like “Caucasian.” What the f— were your ancestors? English, Irish, Italian, Sudanese, Japanese, Bantu, Congolese, perhaps scholars of the University of Timbuktu 800 years ago in what is now the African nation of Mali?

You don’t know, and what is worse, YOU DON’T CARE! YOU don’t give a FLYING FUCK about ANY culture – European, Asian, or African – all you care about is being “anti-white” and “progressive”, as long as you get some temporary benefits from doing so.

    • While you might not know subjectively what it’s like to have larger tits, unless your a transexual or a uterus, not that that defines a woman, many women have them out and stay female, or ovaries, even those fail half way through life.

And this idea that we can”t know females “experience” as though the estrogen haze makes women an altogether different species is bullshit.

Women are men with alittle more estrogen. The brain structure is identical. The way thoughts are processed, identical.

Proof is that men and woman can and do work side by side, live side by side, when it’s financially advantages, raise families side by side.

It is more likely that we can’t know a tribesman growing up outside an urban area more than we can’t know the woman sleeping in the bed next to us.

The idea we can’t know a woman is a very convient invention of the last 40 years meant to close down mens voices in conversations about man/woman relationships.

That bullshit time is over….men will have their say and we say F you to our lovely little flowers.

Apologies to anybody that has already mentioned this.

Here’s a very illustrative interview with Lorena Bobbit that is simply required viewing for all participants in the manosphere. Notice how many shots of her sorrowful crying face and the cheery disposition of the female interviewer. Lorena states that when women say they want to do the same thing, she warns them against it by pointing to the pain and suffering SHE went through as a result of those actions. SHE went to counseling for many years but now SHE is okay, SHE has forgiving her ex-husband for the abuse she suffered at his hands hand’s but SHE hasn’t forgotten.

    Off topic, but entertaining…

From Craigslist Missed Connections in Toronto (but applicable in many North American cities):

    WOMEN OF TORONTO – m4w – w4m

There is a serious problem in this city. Women here are severely dysfunctional, to the degree that they are making life miserable, both for themselves and for the men around them. The typical Toronto woman is a graceless, mindless byproduct of modern feminism, who vehemently believes what she has been taught since she was old enough to listen: that she is a beautiful enigma — an enchanting yin-yang of unimpeachable virtue, and endearing imperfection. She is cripplingly vain, yet deeply insecure. She speaks too much, and too loudly, and is oblivious to her own banality. She has slept with far too many men to be considered relationship material, because she knows nothing about herself, about men, or about love itself.

As men, we see it every day. Toronto women walk around as if they did not notice men were present. They talk on their phones on the streetcars as if in their living rooms, airing the weekend’s dirty laundry in loud, irritating voices. They become perversely absorbed in their reflections in elevators, or even shop windows. They do not move for anyone on the sidewalks. They stomp around with anything from subtle sourness to outright mannish aggression. They believe that modesty, class and decorum are antiquated, sexist notions, and therefore behave in the extreme opposite manner.

This is the monster that feminism has created. It’s inescapable in this city — it has infected public education, parenting, psychology, television, universities, and all forms of social expression to the point where its effects can be observed in body language alone. Canada in particular is one of the most feminized countries in the world, and Toronto is the flagship of its ugly paradigm. Look at any TV show, any radio commercial, any magazine (for men or women), and the message is the same. Men are pathetic, bumbling fetch-dogs, and women save the day with their finesse, poise, confidence, etc. A woman is told by a million voices in every direction, every day, that she is a Venus, an unsolvable mystery that should be worshipped because she is, apparently, every conceivable contradiction of character, co-existing in one divine shell. Delicate, yet strong. Meek, yet self-possessed. Sexy, yet pure. The list is never-ending. Every action a woman takes, every minor hardship or imagined struggle, is painted as an epic crusade for Womankind.

Have you noticed how many Seduction Artists originate from Toronto? Who is to blame for these moronic cheeseballs, with their theories and techniques on how to beat women at their own game? Their twisted tactics are employed by men who are baffled and bewildered by women’s general and unaccountable antipathy towards men, but who would rather adopt a phony, carefully constructed persona to get women than throw in the towel. More of us, however, have just stopped flirting with Toronto women, and are spending what are meant to be the best years of our lives bitterly navigating the atmosphere of sexual combativeness that pervades this city like a fog.

Some of us seem to be catching on, despite being brought up to revere women by default. Like Pavlov’s dog, experience is teaching us that beneath their tenuous sexual appeal, Toronto women are overwhelmingly devoid of substance, character, humility, and intelligence, and are much too narcissistic to tolerate for more than a one-night stand. Most know nothing of love, how to love, or how to be loved, and their lives are spiraling out of reality into the house of mirrors which has been constructed for them by the industries of fashion and cosmetics.

Women of Toronto — feminism has failed you. You direly need to rediscover your sexual identities from the ground up, because you are destroying the bond between men and women which is the foundation of the world. You can use any manner of defense you wish — call me bitter, misogynistic, whiny, old-fashioned — whatever. I know the truth about you, as many men do, as you yourselves will bitterly have to face when you inevitably realize that what you hold dear only serves to make you unhappy. Learn how to be feminine, to think for yourselves, to compliment men instead of compete with them. Tear down the disgusting sham, the epidemic doctrine that says men and women are the same, and please stop reading magazines altogether. Realize that the cavernous rift between us is complete fiction, and is mostly intended to keep our wallets empty. We will do our part, as men, if you simply let us.

Re: The Women of Toronto – m4w – 33 (Toronto)

To the original poster: I couldn’t agree with your comment any more and found it well written and in good taste.

Now there are lots of beautiful, kind and amazing women in our fabulous city, “BUT” something has truly gone way off between the sexes in the last ten years or so and it’s getting worse.

As my cousin from London said; “you have a flawed group dynamic between the sexes in Toronto.”
It’s as if the girls don’t trust and respect the boys and the boys don’t respect the girls and are frightened to approach them.

From a guy’s point of view, I know one thing and that is the classic Malboro man wouldn’t stand a chance in modern day Toronto.

Being that I worked in the service industry as a bartender and server in a variety of establishments such as luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, cafes, pubs and night clubs, I had what can be termed ‘a bird’s-eye view’ of the social interaction between the sexes and can with an informed opinion say that most attractive young women in Toronto ‘today’ have the tendency to be unapproachable (in social situations), overly materialistic and have entitlement issues.

Now to be fair, I acknowledge that young women feel the need to go about with their ‘bitch shields’ fully activated, but ask yourself how is it that the women in European countries such as Spain, Italy, France and Greece are so receptive to their men (socially) who are by comparison quite aggressive and chauvinistic?
And yes Toronto does have its fair share of male ‘shit-heads’…I myself have encountered lots of that sort – you know the ones who belong on ‘all fours,’ but the fact is there is a rising number of men ‘today’ who have abandoned the chauvinistic ways of the past and have embraced their sensitive side; while sadly it appears that young women are going in the opposite direction – ‘talking about a role reversal.’

I went on a date with a professor from York who had been doing some counseling at the university; she claimed to have buried her traditional feminist views because of the prevalent attitudes of the females students she had been working with – so many of them being superficial and overly materialistic.
My date said her heart went out to so many bright, ambitious young male students who would come to her to confess there frustration with not being able to date quality young ladies while their drug dealer friends from high school with ‘bling’ were surrounded by women from all walks of life.

When I worked at the night clubs the number one complaint from European and American male travelers who were interested in meeting women in this city was that the women here were impossible; even the female tourists would observe as much.
    .
At one of my bartending gigs I once spoke with a Colombian woman who had been here on an extended visit who said; “the women in this city are ‘cunts’, not real women”…”they have no respect for the unique qualities of a man and that they were out of touch with their femininity.”
She went on to say that she felt sorry for the guys in Toronto because all the women she was meeting tended to be backstabbers, only interested in men for money and that all her gay friends in Toronto pitied straight guys for the crap they had to put up with women.
She was also shocked that I was single and joked that the women in Columbia would line up to ‘rape’ me, a good looking guy with personality.’

The funniest was the young and handsome drunk American tourist who proclaimed that “even the fat and ugly girls have attitude in this town!”

How did it get to this and where do we go from here?

Yes, the women of Toronto are delusional bitches with hearts as cold as snakes. Take a walk around town and look into the eyes of females passing by.
If you come across a warm and caring aura chances are that girl is not from Toronto.
Shows like Sex and The City is the bitch instructional manual to life. What a shame; so many overly ambitious and shallow women buying into the fantasy…all chasing Mr. Big…

WOMEN OF TORONTO & THE WORLD

I am a young man too often embarrassed by the traits, motives, worldview and past identified with my gender and of course the expression of these here is no different. While I believe that equality can only be achieved when we stop subscribing to these preconceptions about how our biology defines our social practices and the idea of gender is completely removed from our culture I feel the need to take ownership of all the best and especially worst qualities I am bound to by categorization.

The original posting I am responding to characterizes almost all that I hate about men in this city and in general and I would like to try and inform the author individually of observations he has perhaps failed to take the time to make while he was busy beating off to his grade 9 teachers or sexually assaulting a woman walking home from the club after dark or stringing along a sincere and faithful girl 5 years his junior for her sex…

Everyday I work with and see women as proactive people in our community: parents, teachers, librarians, students, community program coordinators etc. In these specific positions I only ever notice women as the ones constantly on their feet, reassessing their work and performance to ensure that they’ve not just met a standard for their job but that everyone they work for and with are taken care of physically, emotionally and intellectually.

I constantly watch men get by while doing as little work as possible. Myself included.

Everyday I see some of the multitudes of highly attractive and well-dressed women in this city walk down the street with a self-respect and confidence that averts my glance from a stare. I know that if they were looking for external validation they would not walk that way and I would be invited to stare. These women inspire me to have more confidence in myself and my appearance, whatever it may be, and not to crave their attention to feel good about myself. They know their own beauty and I may know mine.

I listen to moronic dickholes in cars and construction sites catcall and whistle and watch amateur body builders walk down the street pouting when a local goddess shows no interest in his abs.

Everyday I think of the woman who is my world and how she treats every living thing with the same respect and tolerance and caring and kindness she has in her heart for me and for her family and I feel inspired by the happiness and positivity she has planted in me to work my hardest to aspire to such a place of harmony and understanding of the world around me, around us.

Then I think of the strife and fear and grief and danger women experience here and everywhere, and have for centuries, because of their gender. I think of thinking about how you’ll get home late at night or whether or not you might accidentally be pregnant or who you can turn to about your boyfriend’s abuse of you or the time you were raped as a teenager… I think, “why is it that the pillars of our society, the temples of our origin, sowers of our race, should face potential consequences to tear their worlds, their lives apart on a daily basis.” I suppose that is the sacrifice of those that care for our kind make.

Meanwhile you take out your pubescent sexual handicap on them with one hand on your keyboard and you know where the other is…

SHOW A LITTLE FUCKING RESPECT YOU IMPOTENT ASSHOLE

        Re: WOMEN OF TORONTO & THE WORLD – m4w – w4m

I wonder if that post was actually written by a man, but with the state of city men these days, I wouldn’t be surprised. Just another ‘sensitive’ milktoast in a generation full of pussified men, who have actually been feminized to the degree that they are ashamed of their own gender. Women tolerate them as friends (because they are as sexually non-threatening as a housecat) and occasionally as boyfriends/husbands, because they are meek and obedient.

This type of ‘man’ is a spineless little worm, jumping on any opportunity to praise and defend the struggle of women everywhere, while insulting and apologizing for all men as if he was his sex’s only civilized ambassador. He does this for two reasons: because it is a sure way to gain favour among women (which he is desperate for), and because he is profoundly frightened of his fellow men.

This particular twit pontificates on the apparent professional infallibility of every women he’s ever seen. In his world, every women he’s ever met is like a surrogate mother — kind, nurturing, tireless, thorough, and essentially flawless.

On the other hand, his primary characterization of men seems to be that they are mostly lazy, boorish sexual predators. His oversexed mind runs through myriad fictional scenarios involving the abuse of women at the hands of evil, beastly men. Hey pantywaist, when’s the last time you heard construction workers cat-calling at a woman, other than in the commercials you watch between reruns of Sex & The City?

A real man, or a real woman, is under no illusion regarding the superiority of either gender. Nor is he/she duped by the idiotic claim that we are the same. The ‘idea of gender’, as you so moronically put it, is far less detachable from ‘culture’ than your sophistic university professors would have you believe. Your worldview is severely dysfunctional, and can probably be attributed to an ineffectual or absent father. Sadly, if you ever mustered the balls to impregnate a woman (assuming you don’t consider that physical abuse), your child would no doubt deepen the rift between the sexes by perpetuating your infinitely clueless, castrated ‘philosophy’.

To anyone who hasn’t yet read this idiot’s gem of a post, please do. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry near the end, when he gets real ‘pensive’, and contemplates the plight of women everywhere, and the unspeakable acts they so nobly endure daily at the hateful, barbaric hands of their boyfriends/rapists/oppressors/etc, etc, etc… A more ham-fisted and banal attempt at poetry I have not before seen.

To the poster: You appeal to our respect; I’ll assume you mean respect for women. Listen up, you spineless twat — it’s YOU who has no respect for women. You fear them, worship them, cower in their shadows, flatter them, bare your weakness to them in a vulgar and insulting way, and airbrush their imperfections without their encouragement or permission. You do not respect them. You are an enemy of real women and real men alike.

To the men out there wondering how things got so bad: There’s your answer. Every woman in this city has at least one friend like this little weasel, who will stoop to shameless sycophancy and ingratiation to stand between her and you.

        Re: Re: WOMEN OF TORONTO & THE WORLD – m4w – w4m – Bravo !!! – w4m – 28 (Toronto)

Nice to have happen upon an erudite man with a spine who so intelligently and eloquently put his talent to use in defense of the severely damaged image of men.

The money quote for me – apart from the shrewd yet concise shredding you accomplished – was this:

“Men and women are biologically programmed to be sexual beings. To view another person as a sexual being is to view that person in the most human way possible.

It is anything but degrading.” With emphasis on this line.

I have been involved in communication research for while for Artificial Intelligence purposes. My Group gets payed to get it right. Here are some points

    (1) Men and women actually have very few proven speech pattern differences, if a paper says A is true you can find one that says A is false.

    (2) Most researchers will agree men interrupt very slightly more than women.

    (3) Observers of conversation tend to see that which fits their preconceived notions and not those features that contradict them.

    (4) Interruption is a very small component of any attempt at establishing dominance.

    (5) More common tactics to establish or express dominance are

    (a) Allowing other speaker to defer to you.
    (b) Non reinforcement of other speaker.
    (c) Tactical termination of conversation or subject change.
    (d) Low frequency of one word interjections eg “yes”, ‘hmm”, “ah”
    (e) Use of more formal and grammatically correct language.
    (f) Failure to aid speaker when verbally stumbling.
    (g) Non reflection of language, eg saying “USA” when they say “The States”.
    (h) Patronising agreement.
    (g) Body and facial language.

    (6) Of identified speech features, there are greater variations between members of a given gender than there are between the genders as a whole.

    (7) We know very little with any certainty about gender speech differences. The idea that in general Women’s speech is an expression of cooperation and their feelings and Men’s about dominance relationships is bullshit.

    (8) This whole area is way too politicized.

I had an English teacher back in my 4th year of high school(I think) and he told us that we “should all be feminists, especially the guys. Otherwise you have some real problems in life”. Not an over-exaggeration, that is pretty much exactly what he said.

It got me to thinking, aren’t teachers supposed to teach us about history, politics etc. not solicit these ideologies to us? If instead of feminism we replace it with say, Christianity, he could get into trouble.

“You should all be Christians, especially you Jewish and Muslim kids. Otherwise you have some real problems in life”. Sounds messed up to me either way.

He also at one time said that he didn’t see (skin) colour. But I remember him referring to old poets(etc.) as “dead white guys”.
