Tomorrow: The Beginning of the End for Mary Kellett’s Witch Hunt

Over the course of the past few days I have been made privy to a very large collection of information related to the Vladek Filler case and prosecutor Mary Kellett.  This information includes many court documents, rulings, a lengthy legal complaint against Kellett and even email communications relevant to the case.

That being said, let me share with you what we know to be true in this case, all of it documented. None of the following is assumption or conjecture, but actual proven events.

During the divorce proceedings between Vladek and Ligia Filler, Ligia Filler made an allegation of rape against her husband.

Mary Kellett, the Bar Harbor, Maine prosecutor decided to pursue the case, with absolutely no forensic evidence; solely on the allegation of the alleged victim. During that prosecution Kellett knew the following:

The couple was in a bitter divorce and child custody was being contested.

Ligia Filler was a known liar, having made previous abuse allegations about her husband that were proven to be false.

Ligia Filler was a known violent criminal with history of violence toward others.

Ligia Filler was physically abusive to her husband and her children.

Ligia Filler had a history of psychiatric problems.

Vladek Filler had sought, on multiple occasions, protection and relief for himself and his children from local authorities and was ignored.

Even after a first conviction for rape against Mr. Filler, state authorities determined that he was the person who would best serve the interest of the child and he was awarded custody.

Again, all of this is information that Kellett was aware of.

Normally, we might say that Kellett knew this information, or should have known, but in this case we do not need to qualify things by saying she should have known.

Why? Because this is precisely the information that she intentionally acted to keep from being placed into evidence at Mr. Filler’s rape trial.

Yes, Mary Kellett knew all of the above information and intentionally kept it out of evidence in order to secure a conviction on nothing more than the accusation of a rape by a known liar with a history of emotional instability and criminal violence.

Also known is that The Supreme Court of the State of Maine reviewed this case and in a very rare action overturned the conviction due to prosecutorial misconduct on the part of Mary Kellett.

And the last known fact is that Mary Kellett is coming at Mr. Filler again, after her actions have bankrupted him and destroyed much of his life.

The only speculations here are her motives.  Is it a “no drop” ploy, with Kellett mindlessly bent on a conviction regardless of the facts at hand?  Is it misandry? After all she has a highly suspect record of actions against men as a prosecutor.  Is it politics?  Is Kellett’s reported ambition to take over her bosses job as the District Attorney influencing her actions, making her seek to promote a tough “law and order” image, putting notches on her belt for the sake of public relations?

The answer to all these, I’m afraid, is another question.

Why should anyone give a damn what her reasons are?

Indeed I don’t.  The only thing that interests me is stopping her.

24 hours from now, here and on A Voice for Men Radio, you are going to find out how we can do it.

It is time to put the prosecutor on trial, and to make her pay for her crimes.

There is no doubt in my mind that this prosecutor is a lesbian with some major male hatred going on. I would be curious to know what skeletons are in her closet, such as what she did on her overseas vacations.

Yes, this is below-the-belt shaming, but do her actions warrant anything less?

BTW, over at whatmenthinkofwomen.blogspot.com, the host just posted his backup go-to site in the (likely) event his site gets shut down (similar to other recent censoring of men’s sites)
    hyyp://whatmenthinkofwomen.blogspot.com/2011/03/mens-rights-sites-disappearing.html

    Just sayin’.

Also, does anyone else notice how many commercials are for women’s beauty products? (skin cream, hair coloring etc etc etc). Does this contribute to women like Kellet (and her obvious horseface) becoming resentful and, when in power, to exploit it to the detriment of all?

    • Bring her sexual orientation isn’t below the belt shaming, its sort of irrelevant but she can, if she sees people talking about her sexuality as if it were shameful or some sort of crime change the subject when we want her to stay on topic, and IMO the last thing the campaign needs is for it to be misrepresented as some sort of homophobic witch hunt.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
      • Agreed. The speculation initially was a valid exploration of her possible motives, but any further interest in her sexuality, IMO, not only looks like an anti-homosexual agenda. It might well be.

Ok, so she is most likely a lesbian, people. Can we get on now with the fact that she is corrupting the justice system and imprisoning innocent men?

        • Some of my best friends have been (past tense as in I’ve lost touch with them over the years) or are gay or lesbian.

In fact, in all honesty, when I think of all the risks involved with intimacy with women in our society I wish I were gay — even though once upon a time I believed myself lucky to be straight since it allowed me to avoid all the homophobia that gay men have to deal with.

Nonetheless, I have to admit that, after studying feminism and men’s rights these past couple years, I don’t look at lesbians the same.

That has nothing to do with their sexuality though and everything to do with the fact that some of the most virulently anti-male feminists were lesbians that promoted their sexuality as the “solution” to “male oppression.”

I genuinely feel bad about it, as I recognize a form of bigotry when I see it, but anytime I learn someone I don’t know is lesbian I wonder if she’s one of the pathologically anti-male ones trying to get a piece of ass by selling straight women (and the rest of the world) the story that men and boys are all rapists.

Feminist heterophobia is real and I have a hard time ascribing it to the agency of anything other than feminist lesbians.

In posting this, I’m actually hoping someone will convince me that most lesbians are not like that.

Mate I will tell you something.

At the moment I am fighting this urge as I want to go into a friendship or association with a woman without the pipette of ink in the sink buggering up the water.

…but then again I am pretty new to this and taking the red pill has me crusty eyed and blinking.

Do I go in as before or do I hold my cards close and retard a possibly wonderful friendship/lover/mate ?

Yeah, the thing to focus on is not her sexual orientation per se but whether or not she’s a misandrist. If she is a misandrist, it’s possible that her sexual orientation arises from that, although not all lesbians are man-haters and not all man-haters are lesbians. (For that matter, not all man-haters are women…)

        • It’s not only her, but the all three judges assigned to the York County District Courts also have dirty hands. I just went through a nasty divorce and a magistrate heard all proceedings leading up to the final hearing. During those proceedings I provided evidence that my ex was a liar, had filed after withdrawing or using all marital funds, except for the $40K she placed from her social security disability funds into an account under her mother’s name. Because of her financial mismanagement I was unable to compile enough money to hire an attorney to represent me throughout the procedure. For the final hearing a judge, who was totally unfamiliar with the previous proceedings, sat for the hearing and issued a final decree that left me without a means to support myself. The judge, through direct and indirect support, ordered me to use 100% of my military retirement, and 100% of my VA Disability Compensation to fund the monies he ordered me to pay. Her lawyer raised issue that I was not working and told the court that I could work even though I am 100% total and permanently disabled. I filed motion to reconsider and of course it was denied, as judges DO NOT admit making mistakes. The judge was provided copies of the US Former Spouse Protection Act (USFSPA), copies of my disability statement from the VA, as well as many other documents that specify what the maximum amount of the disposable military retirement the court can divide, which by law is 65% including ANY AND ALL court orders. I also provided copies of 10USC1408, which excluded VA Diasbility Compensation from inclusion as marital monies and prevents the court from attaching said monies for inclusion as income for calculating spousal support or for use paying any debt or payments as part of the divorce. All orders combined expect me to pay just shy of $5000 per month, when my retirement and disability combined only provide $5337 a month. Who can survive on $337 a month?

The laws preventing action from being brought against judges and DAs who move cases forward that are obviously built on falsified evidence should be removed from their position and held liable to answer in a civil action. THE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK as it has become too corrupt.

    • Can we really take the position that we are against “fembot shaming tactics” if we employ them ourselves? You say “do her actions warrant anything less?” … but I guarantee: our feminists opponents (pretending for a moment they have enough insight into their own pathology) probably feel the exact same way about you.

So, to avoid hypocrisy, I think “below the belt” (literally) attacks are totally unnecessary and do more to hurt men (through bad PR) than they do to help.

When people behave cruelly and immorally, the last thing I’m worried about is who they’re fucking.

If all this is true (and I have no doubt that it is), Mary Kellett will be able to hurt this man over and over again, because the bureaucracy we’re all forced to pay for is designed for Mary Kellett. She doesn’t need to be right, because she doesn’t pay a price. Men who stand up for themselves are made to pay. The system is designed for compliance, not patronage. Like a casino, it is designed for you to lose. Unlike a casino, it doesn’t leave you alone.

I am eager to hear any and all life-oriented, self-defensive suggestions as to how to bring down any part of this bureaucracy, to make its adherents afraid once more of the forced, downtrodden “patrons.”

    • Excellent post.

Sometimes I feel detached when I think of how almost all of us are geographically separated. Then I remind myself of something and that’s that we are all tethered together electronically as it were.

So our fight is our brains and a keyboard for the most part.

Think of the guy in ancient Greece who used his brains and a stick to work out very accurately the size of the earth. Can’t remember his name but it’s true.

What keeps running through my mind is how this could happen to anyone including those who are dearest to us and that is how we should think of Mr. Filler. This poor “innocent” man has been through enough at the hands of a corrupt attorney and legal system. I stand ready to do my part to try to help and look forward to your radio show tomorrow eve.

If she has proven bias and prejudice in her personal life against men (well heterosexual men), why can’t this information be used to prove prejudice in this case. and possibly even remove her from being a judge??

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • Truth tell, it is this kind of schoolyard “reasoning” that makes me wish some days that I didn’t even allow comments.

Are you serious? Really? We should go after her because she won’t sleep with men, inferring that this results, in and of itself, in professional bias as a prosecutor?

      I won’t sleep with men either….

I liked you better when you were perseverating on gender raunch.

Seriously, keep this kind of nonsense out of here. I won’t see this forum polluted by it.

      • I must have missed something there.

I read elvis’s comment, he does not mention “sleeping with men”. He simply says, “prejudice against men”.

It seems like that is what Mary Kellett is guilty of?

If I went around showing prejudice against any group in my personal life – shouldn’t I be stricken from being a judge?

        I obviously missed something???

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
        • I read it that way at first glance too, but when I reread it after Paul’s response I think he got the right of it.

From what I’ve seen no “prejudice against men” has been documented in her “personal life” and all that has even been speculated is that she is a lesbian. To me that amounts to saying she can’t hold office on the basis of her sexuality and I agree with Paul’s response to that sentiment.

Worth mentioning that she’s not a judge, she’s a prosecutor and, believe it or not, prosecutors are increasingly gaining more power than any other role in our government.

Things like prosecutorial discretion and immunity (that is the ability to be capricious without accountability) in combination with a system of laws so vast and complex that, no matter who you are or what you are doing, there exists some crime under which you can be indicted are creating positions of almost absolute power (which, we are told, corrupts absolutely.)

What happens if, or when, this prosecutor decides to make deals with other defendants where she’ll drop charges against them in exchange for false testimony against Vladek? Things like this, and worse, happen all the time.

I don’t know how prosecutors are selected in Maine, but if they’re elected it’s time to campaign against this one, and if they’re appointed it’s time to go after the person that appointed her.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
        • With all respect, you are missing something, IMO. Clearly she is misandric, and operating in violation of ethics and possibly the law.

Dragging her sexuality into it is polarizing quicksand that won’t do anything but damage our efforts here.

Please red through the whole thread again.

          • I did not see how “elvis” was dragging her sexuality into it.

I saw others doing that (including my wise-crack – which was meant as just a wise-crack).

But – I did not see elvis dragging her sexuality into this.

          • It may have been a case of miscommunication. But I think the important takeaway is that Mary Kellett’s sexuality is not being and will not be condemned by us, it is her actions ,which are vile, underhanded, obscene, and which undermine any understanding or presumption of justice in this country which we are condemning.

It does not matter to me what this woman does in her own free time, it’s what she does in her capacity as a prosecutor,to innocent men no less, that concerns me,and I for one, will not stand for it.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
          • I for oen think it is understandable..to feel the urge to bring her personal inclinations into the picture ie “Just look at her, man hating-lesbian” but..using that as ammo publically is ammo that will surely ricochet and shoot us all in the foot.

Besides, here in L.A. the legal system is staurated with tons of youngishblazer-wearin women just out of college, blonde hair done at the best salons. Mannish looking? Nope. But do they use the same lousy, misandric criminal tactics to destroy men’s lives? Not to mention children’s? Every day man, every damn day.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
          • Correct.

For legal recourse, what we need to prove is personal bias affecting judicial cases. I’m sure some of you already have “files” on Ms Kellett. MRAs only need to argue the case for prejudice against men and negligence of evidence in court of law – let the jury decide whether that bias is because she is a lesbian. Because pretty sure, most of the misandric people aren’t lesbians, even if feminist leadership is largely lesbian.

What counts to me is that Mary Kellett is making a shambles of men’s lives, with this vicious witch-hunt. Her persecution – not prosecution, PERsecution – of Vladek Filler, and her earlier persecution of many other men under trumped-up charges inflated to “rape”, is unconsionable and vile. Her rabid-dog savagery needs to be stopped cold.

She is a disgrace to her profession – and when you think “lawyers” that is saying a mouthful. She deserves to be fired, disbarred, discredited – and maybe she should get some time in the spin-bin for “psychiatric evaluation,” in the name of protecting the public. I hope she’s busted so far down the legal food-chain that she’s not even permitted to watch Judge Judy on her home TV set.

Gentlemen, and ladies, I have personally never seen anything like this before.

A man is, by all appearances, being falsely accused and prosecuted by women, and other men are standing up and demanding transparency, fairness and justice.

As a man it is deeply ingrained in me that I must fight my own battles. Perhaps I can count on the help of friends and family but other men will not take up my personal cause no matter how just.

And so it is that many of our brothers fight alone against a system so systemically biased against them that the verdict is in before the jury is selected. But misandry is the enemy of all men.

I am proud to stand beside you all and demand that Vladek and Kellet both get their due.

She would hate Judge Judy. I’ve watched that women slap down some entitled bitches and call bullshit to false allegations. There is a very real danger that Kellet could move on to becoming a Judge. She has to be kicked out of the legal prof and branded publically as an evil person so nobody want’s to hire her for anything because it would get them branded the same. What she has done to Filler alone deserves a very long jail sentance. And I’m sure she has destroyed the lives of many good men and their loved ones in a similair fashion.

It just goes to show how misandric the MSM is. For all their love of big sensationalistic stories, something like this is not getting aired on prime time current affairs or news. If there was even a wiff of similair discrimination against a women it would be all the MSM. This story would send a stations ratings through the roof, but they won’t touch it because it shows a woman in power in very bad light……politically incorrect to do that.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • I pretty much agree. But, I think even more than worrying about “political incorrectness” they’re afraid of backlash.

Feminists are loud and shameless and irritating. If they even played ONE story about this this nasty prosecutor’s warlock hunt they would be bombed with calls saying that they’re blaming the victim and that they’re intimidating young women not to come forward etc… we all know the arguments.

I suspect there are a lot more rational people out there than it seems (even in the MSM) but they’re scared shitless of entitled female rage.

However, many religious people have more of a personal connection to god and not necessarily the church.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0

          • Isn’t A.A (and especially N.A.) a fundamentally Christian organization? I thought they basically said “you know that hole dope left in your arm? …let’s put some jesus up in there” :-) I didn’t think they even tried to hide it. In A.A. they say something about “accepting that there is some power greater than you” (fairly transparent but also fairly valid) . But in N.A. I think they say “accept Jesus”. I’m sure someone can correct me here.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
          • A.A. was originally derived from Christian principles, but was made specifically non-religious. That was the agreement. But there is still dogma in it that leaves possibility for members to be religious in that sense. Those ones tend to be very, very white-knight. The men think nothing of shitting on their own gender.

Bringing down this women for wrongfully prosecuting this man would indeed be a great victory, however there are many like her all over the country and should the mens movement get a solid foot hold on putting an end to this nation wide (and in time I think we will) the next step will most certainly be about trying to find a way to punish those who act in this manner by giving them mandatory jail time. I was just taking a well-deserved shot at this smug, ‘empowered’ feminist whose record clearly shows a bias against men. In the mountains of shaming directed against men, and MRAs in particular, tell me this: didn’t you get some satisfaction at my words? At worst, statements attesting to her sexuality could rile her and put her off her game, bringing out emotional response, thus weakening her resolve and focus.

But, on topic, Dr Palmatier said it best: if there was such a scourge of rapes/DVs in that state, why wouldn’t the Feds come in to investigate, or the ACLU? This is a dirty secret which is going to smear a lot of people, not just those directly involved.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • Speaking abstractly with no real information:

If there’s a “scourge of rapes/DV” in the state then there has to be some reason for it. There aren’t “roving female abuse gangs” that moved into town, upping the numbers. If what she says is true then it was probably true before she started as a prosecutor. <— We can find out this answer!

What could possibly cause a rash of rape/DV other than something bizarre like eating old rye bread or some chemical waste mimicking hormones or…

Very unlikely. But, like I said. I don't know the facts.

The truth sets us free and can anyone argue otherwise ?

To get to the truth it’s really important that the spheres of influence know about those who tamper with it.

We already know that influential people in the legal system know the truth already, but here I am referring to the average person on the street. I mean, is there a more influential sphere that the populace ?

In this particular case is all the more crucial for Vladek Filler and his children to be victorious as a template will be established, a touchstone that will buttress a swifter resolve for the next poor soul.

While I feel more enlightened as I read some postings here I wince when I read good people with our common passion penning stuff about the appearances and sexuality of our enemies.

Now if I was a verbose mangina or a woman with a motivation charged with hatred I would giggle with smugness reading these comments.

I can see them in my minds eye thinking “good grief, they are running on empty. Their arguments are spent because they are writing about looks and who will and who won’t bonk with a man ? ”

Conversely when I read junk on feminists blog sites (we read their stuff they read ours) I am delighted seeing any irrelevant material there as I feel all the more on track.

Jokes are needed for comic relief here for sure, it’s just that if they become woven within the discussion on hand vociferous feminist boneheads (oxymoron) pen more crap for future suckers to eat. They’ll write how MRA’s are so desperate with their flimsy argument they actually have to talk about appearances and sexuality to strengthen their ideas.

Noise against the truth begets a misandric screeching choir and this is noise against the truth. A perfect circle that spirals exactly where these shitheads want it to spiral, away from what really is real.

P.S. I am waiting with anticipation for tomorrow’s show as I reckon it may well be the strongest one yet.

    • I understand what you’re saying, and I also think we shouldn’t take seriously theories that reduce a SPECIFIC PERSON’S actions to physical appearance,

      BUT

this is just the comments section, which is informal and emphatically not official. If feminists and manginas are quoting us from such a source, THEY, not we, are the joke.

We should not tailor our words and behaviors based on how feminists might interpret them.

Also, I think there is nothing wrong with articles theorizing that a feminist hates men because they passed over her for a more attractive female. I’d hate to say it, but the theory has merit.

Again, in a case involving an actual person, we can’t officially appeal to such an argument, because it’s speculation. That would ruin our credibility. So we need to stick to facts, but not in the comment section.

      • I think I agree with what you are saying.

I for one don’t give a rat’s hoot as to the activity (or lack of) that goes on in between their ears.

What I do care about is the possibility of slack jawed (and humorous) comments here or anywhere that adds just one more white knight, mangina or budding feminist to the slathering smorgasbord of hatred against men’s rights.

Everything else is academic and on that note I agree one hundred percent.

When it comes to sex crimes in the area she’s certianly a busy lady.

“He said/she said” goes to court and she hopes for a plea deal because jurys seem to want evidence or at least eye witnesses.

Now what you do is contact Mr. Bill Trotter, who seems to be the go-to reporter on these cases involving sex crimes and Mizz Kellett, and you give him a story about a fight for her disbarment he simply can’t resist.

And then the shit storm begins…

Sure he might be corrupt like most of the press, but if the story is compelling enough, if it sells papers, he’ll run with it. These things have to be multi-pronged, and the local media is a prong.

      • Does gender politics play a role in Rape cases? You bet it does!

It has come to light that in a Rape case in Ontario, Canada the Jury consisted of 7 women and 5 men. Two of the older men did not want to turn in a finding of guilty which would have rendered a hung Jury. However, the 7 women pressured these two older men to turn in a finding of guilty. The action of these women caused an innocent man to be found guilty of a crime he did not commit.

        • Right right, I totally agree with you. But, my point is: the rape victim in this case was a young boy. That seemed like it might make it interesting.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
          • That does make it interesting. Here is a case I know of that is one of the worst false rape cases I have ever heard of.

In Newmarket, Ontario a father was accused of anally raping his own son 5 times a day for 30 days straight. No I am not making this up, prosecution actually brought this into court.

The man’s name is David Lehman who is a forensic structural engineer and a friend. He and his wife had a child with severe autism who they put in various places of care to help them with his medical condition. There was a woman in the US who thought she came up with a means to communicate with these kinds of severely autistic children which basically entailed a yes or no response to questions posed to them. Later it was established that the whole idea was pseudo science.

One day a female worker decided to ask, “Did your father ever touch you in an inappropriate way?” She thought his answer was affirmative which began the witch hunt. The whole town was in on the action to nail this guy. Social workers, cops, chief of police, politicians the whole nine yards. Most of his family and friends turned on them too. The cops threatened him with certain death in jail if he did not confess and they tried to have his wife turn on him as well.

In the end David sued for $27 million dollars. All the social workers were female, about 29 of them, that tried to destroy him and his wife. The process server reported back to him that most of these young female social workers went pale when they saw how much there were being sued for.

He won the lawsuit and refused to settle until the defendants removed the gag order they were seeking. Everything must be kept secret you know, especially when authorities make a mistake. He also cleared his name in the Criminal Case against him.

Makes you wonder why they would fabricate such evidence against an innocent father who already had enough on his plate raising a child that had severe autism.

David and his wife go on holidays every winter, using the money they got paid from the lawsuit. They also send a picture card of themselves to the acting York Region Police Chief telling them how much they are enjoying their holidays on their money! Actually it’s the taxpayers money who always ends up paying for everything. Most falsely accused and/or falsely convicted do not get compensated the way David did. Most end up ruined for life, monetarily and mentally.

In fact the Psychiatrist David went to for therapy told him that in his 30 years of practice his case was the worst twisted abuse he had ever seen causing tremendous mental anguish. Many men take their lives due tot he stress involved in a wrongful conviction of the kind I described here above.

Check out this quote! It’s the definition of witch hunt:

“Why the absolute denial?” Kellett said to the jury in her closing statement. “That’s an issue in terms of evaluating credibility.”

<– So let me get this straight. The fact that he denies raping the boy is reason enough to suspect that he raped the boy? I'm so confused. To me, this is like the adult version of when little kids say things like:

"Isn't that exactly what you would say if you WERE lying?!"

If only he could come back with "i'm invincible" or "the floor is lava".

    • Her schtick seems to be having someone make an accusation and then pressing charges, which then scares the crap out of the accused who then, not wanting to be dragged through court or not being able to afford a defense attorney, will cop some kind of plea deal.

Those cases that actually go to court, she ends up losing because she has no evidence, but meanwhile the man’s life is still ruined. To say “denying that your guilty of the crime, speaks to your credibility” is where a good defense attorney would loudly object as prejudicial, which she obviously is. But how many of these guys can afford $100K on a good lawyer?

She continues this behavior undeterred and with impunity because her boss has her back and the local citizens won’t dare speak up, many actually support her as well.

I wrote a short blurb to O’Reilly about it to see if his Is It Legal? segment would cover this. He likes this sort of thing so ya never know.

Yes, it’s just like the logic, there is no eye witnesses and no ferensic evidence in most rape cases, so the fact that we have no evidence is consistent with most rape cases, and as such, is evidence that you raped her.

To put another way. Evidence is proof of guilt, and no evidence is proof of guilt. Yep, a real witch trial, that’s what our courts are becoming.

On the subject of witches. The whole witch thing is about magic, spells, potions etc. It all revolves around the desire to be able to make reality what you want it to be. A witch, though magic spells, incantations and potions etc, might seek to turn a man into a frog, for whatever reason, but obviously she thinks being a frog is suitable punishment for the object of her hatred. She has an emotional desire to turn this guy into a frog, and she believes that she can achieve that with the right spell or whatever. That’s why she practices witchcraft, she believe she can make reality conform to her desires with hockus pocus and mumbo jumbo. If she can actually turn the guy into a frog, then of course she can do anything to him, because he’s just a frog now, not a human being. She could boil him alive, splatter him under her jackboot, cut his legs off and feed him to ants.

Mary Kellet is a witch, a real modern day witch. Women like her actually believe that if their spell is successful, the man will be turned into a rapist (frog)…..in reality. They will have made it true. In other words they will have altered reality, not merely passed off a lie. This is consistant with what radical feminists believe about logic and rational. They believe they were invented by men, that men brought them into existence, and made them reality, not that we discovered them. They believe science is a male contruct, in other words, male magic, not a natural truth, an invented truth, and the fact that all the scientific things that we build work, means nothing. The same things can be done be female magic, emotional science. They believe they can feel there way to nuclear power, electricity, space flight etc. No need to understand physics, thermodynamics, or any of that male contructed rubbish. If men didn’t make that reality with there brand of magic, and force it to be true, then it wouldn’t be. Thats radical feminist science, emotions. They have come up with this for a good reason, and that reason I believe is because women have more of a tendancy to think like that, emotionally. Ever notice how women have more of a tendancy to believe in things like star signs, tarot cards, all manor of super natural stuff. And I say more “tendancy”. That doesn’t mean no men do, just that I think women have more of a tendancy to listen to their emotional wants over logic, critical thinking, rational, you know, all that male constructed rubbish that is the enemy of hocus pocus lol

It’s far nicer if all we have to do is wish upon a star, and all our dreams come true.

Anyway, think it’s very possible the people like Mary Kellet know that this man is not a rapist, but that doesn’t matter, because he will be a rapist after her spell is completed successfully. He will not be an innocent man convicted of rape, he will have been transformed into a rapist, in reality. She actually believes that she can “make” the truth, because after all, the truth is just a construct in the radical feminst mind. This fits with all the PC moral relativism that seems to be an offshot of feminism.

    Anyway, I know what I mean……….I think.

    • Thank you Stu. Here is the problem; I see what you read, and agree with it. Then I see what is going in in the world with women like this. I see the defenders of feminism in places like The Gestapo-Mafioso Parliment-TGMP and…well..I get angry. And since so many women are against what we say, and most women here in L.A. are that way, I get angry-it seems-at women in general. I know I don’t win if I am angry. So what do I do? What do you do?

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
    • Cousin Dave in reply to Stu

I’m not sure I’d credit Kellet with actually being able to think that metaphysically. To me, the short answer is that she sees that getting rape convictions is good for her career, so one way or the other, she’s going to get them. And she doesn’t concern herself with what she has to do in order to accomplish that. It’s the classic political sociopath.

Thumb up 0 Thumb down 0
      • I don’t think this has much to do with political aspirations as much as it does something very personal she feels about. She’s a female white-knight with a vendetta against men, and this is how she chooses to enact it. She’s Gloria Allred lite with a prosecutor badge.

There is one sure fire way to the truth.

1/ Get a witch and stick them in a cage on a pole over a river.
2/ Dunk and see if the witch drowns.
    3/ Dead = innocent Alive = witch

Funny thing is though, how come we never hear of what they then did to the witch… I mean did they ever find one ?

You can never drown a witch, only the innocent, but we sure will give it a go huh ?

A very interesting read. As a female and a Forensic Nurse Examiner, I can tell you this is happening far more than the “common man” or woman realizes. Our current laws require us to investigate every claim regardless of how ludicrous that claim may be, and treat it as if it was the truth (at least initially). The only hope there is for someone being accused, is the professionals they end up coming in contact with, having a fat bank account so they can afford the defense lawyer and NEVER TALKING TO ANYONE WITHOUT A LAWYER. The Sane nurse, the detectives and last of all the prosecutor are the people who can put a stop to a false accusation, the first and foremost being the SANE nurse.

This woman is what I fight against every day. I could care less what her personal life is like as that is not germaine to her actions as a prosecutor. I do care however, that people like her take all the hard work for people in my profession and make us look like idiots.

If I speak out about the actual number of false rape claims I see, I get two responses. One from the feminists who proceed to try and convince me that men/women/children never lie and from the other side who claim they all lie. The truth, needless to say, lies somewhere between those two views.

Common sense has flown for many since rape is a big dollar business. It really rakes in the money if you can claim a child was sexually abused. We as a people, regardless of gender, need to step up and rein this in. It is destroying so many families, so many lives and all in the name of the holy dollar. It is obvious that prosecutors such as this woman, are simply using this as a springboard to bigger and better things ala Janet Reno.

    I shudder at the thought.
