Ex NFL cheerleader blames alcohol for assault of minor

Ex-NFL cheerleader, Elizabeth “Leigh” Garner, is being accused of “sexually assaulting” a 12-year-old boy after she took him into a bathroom during a party and fondled him.
Garner, who is from Nashville, Tenn. is a former cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans and cheered for them until 2008. Now the only cheering she will be doing is the “I am an innocent woman cheer” in front of a judge, as she has been charged with sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for child rape.
Another sad twist to this story is that 42 year old Garner is currently married, and her husband is standing by her and defending her actions by saying

“she thought the boy was a man.”

He is not only condoning what she did, but accepting it and supporting a sexual predator. In fact, he is what feminists would call a rape apologist. I call him a spineless white knight as he obviously has no self respect.
The boy Garner sexually assaulted was the son of the host who had been throwing the party of which Garner was a guest.
The minor child told police that “Garner asked him if he had ever been with a woman before, and then she tried to pull down his pants.”
He was able to escape the bathroom and went immediately to his mother to tell her what happened. The mother called police upon hearing of the assault.
Garner told detectives that it was all a “misunderstanding” and that she was “drunk and was confused about the boy’s age.”
She has currently been released from jail on $30,000 bond and faces more than eight years in prison if convicted, as it is a class B felony. This means that she faces a possibility of more than 8 years in prison for her crime, but there are several factors that lead me to believe that she will get the pussy pass for it.
A class B felony in Tennessee carries a sentence of 7.2 to 12 years in jail, depending if there are mitigating circumstances or not. In this case there will most likely be mitigating circumstances.
“When a judge is presented with a sentencing range to choose from, she/he will consider the pre-sentence investigation as well as any mitigating circumstances surrounding the offense. Mitigating circumstances may lessen the sentence and may include the fact that the offense was unintentional.”
As Garner claims she was under the influence of alcohol and “thought the boy was a man”, there will most likely be mitigating circumstances to be considered by the judge. This reduces her maximum potential sentencing to 7.2 years, with a Release Eligibility Date (RED) of 2.7 years.
So in reality Garner, crying that it was not her fault because alcohol took over her ability to think clearly, will in all likelihood only serve 2.7 years, unless she manages to really turn on the waterworks and get even less time, or perhaps, none at all even though she trapped and began sexually assaulting a 12 year old boy in a bathroom against his will.
Feminists love to regurgitate the old line that being drunk is not an excuse when it comes to sexual assault or rape, but of course this line only applies if it is a man that is inebriated and doesn’t take no as an answer. Women who drink to excess are always touted as being victims of the alcohol they freely ingested and never held responsible for their actions, even if those actions involve sexually assaulting a minor who said no.
When you ingest alcohol and then say you can’t tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult, perhaps you should not be anywhere near any alcohol, since you are about as responsible as a child yourself. And this is the crux of the issue.
Women are allowed to get away with all kinds of bullshit because society treats women like children.
Look at how her husband defends her actions and is prepared to stand by her even though her actions were completely unacceptable. If she is telling the truth, then she knowingly attempted to cheat on her husband with another man. If she is lying she knowingly attempted to sexually assault a minor. How is either scenario acceptable to him? If the genders were reversed would she stand by him? I highly doubt it.
Men are held accountable for their actions and vilified at any opportunity. Women are coddled and given a pass based on nothing more than the fact that they are women. When will society wake up and hold all adults responsible for their actions regardless of their gender? If we can try a minor as an adult for certain crimes we admit that people are capable of being held accountable for their actions regardless of who had committed that crime.
It’s time to hold women like Garner responsible for their actions and stop issuing pussy passes to these criminals. The truth is, women do horrible things, not because they are incapable of knowing right from wrong, but because they know that their nasty actions will be excused because of a few well timed tears. It’s a lesson taught to girls at an early age that they are exempt from harsh punishment because they are girls, and girls need to be treated with kid gloves because they are delicate little flowers. Girls know they can get away with a lot of shit by whipping up some crocodile tears, and it’s time to change that.
It’s time to hold girls and women accountable for their actions. Their tears be damned.
