crying woman child

Ex NFL cheerleader blames alcohol for assault of minor

Ex-NFL cheerleader, Elizabeth “Leigh” Garner, is being accused of “sexually assaulting” a 12-year-old boy after she took him into a bathroom during a party and fondled him.

Garner, who is from Nashville, Tenn. is a former cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans and cheered for them until 2008. Now the only cheering she will be doing is the “I am an innocent woman cheer” in front of a judge, as she has been charged with sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for child rape.

Another sad twist to this story is that 42 year old Garner is currently married, and her husband is standing by her and defending her actions by saying

“she thought the boy was a man.”

He is not only condoning what she did, but accepting it and supporting a sexual predator. In fact, he is what feminists would call a rape apologist. I call him a spineless white knight as he obviously has no self respect.

The boy Garner sexually assaulted was the son of the host who had been throwing the party of which Garner was a guest.

The minor child told police that “Garner asked him if he had ever been with a woman before, and then she tried to pull down his pants.”

He was able to escape the bathroom and went immediately to his mother to tell her what happened. The mother called police upon hearing of the assault.

Garner told detectives that it was all a “misunderstanding” and that she was “drunk and was confused about the boy’s age.”

She has currently been released from jail on $30,000 bond and faces more than eight years in prison if convicted, as it is a class B felony. This means that she faces a possibility of more than 8 years in prison for her crime, but there are several factors that lead me to believe that she will get the pussy pass for it.

A class B felony in Tennessee carries a sentence of 7.2 to 12 years in jail, depending if there are mitigating circumstances or not. In this case there will most likely be mitigating circumstances.

“When a judge is presented with a sentencing range to choose from, she/he will consider the pre-sentence investigation as well as any mitigating circumstances surrounding the offense. Mitigating circumstances may lessen the sentence and may include the fact that the offense was unintentional.”

As Garner claims she was under the influence of alcohol and “thought the boy was a man”, there will most likely be mitigating circumstances to be considered by the judge. This reduces her maximum potential sentencing to 7.2 years, with a Release Eligibility Date (RED) of 2.7 years.

So in reality Garner, crying that it was not her fault because alcohol took over her ability to think clearly, will in all likelihood only serve 2.7 years, unless she manages to really turn on the waterworks and get even less time, or perhaps, none at all even though she trapped and began sexually assaulting a 12 year old boy in a bathroom against his will.

Feminists love to regurgitate the old line that being drunk is not an excuse when it comes to sexual assault or rape, but of course this line only applies if it is a man that is inebriated and doesn’t take no as an answer. Women who drink to excess are always touted as being victims of the alcohol they freely ingested and never held responsible for their actions, even if those actions involve sexually assaulting a minor who said no.

When you ingest alcohol and then say you can’t tell the difference between a 12-year-old and an adult, perhaps you should not be anywhere near any alcohol, since you are about as responsible as a child yourself. And this is the crux of the issue.

Women are allowed to get away with all kinds of bullshit because society treats women like children.

Look at how her husband defends her actions and is prepared to stand by her even though her actions were completely unacceptable. If she is telling the truth, then she knowingly attempted to cheat on her husband with another man. If she is lying she knowingly attempted to sexually assault a minor. How is either scenario acceptable to him? If the genders were reversed would she stand by him? I highly doubt it.

Men are held accountable for their actions and vilified at any opportunity. Women are coddled and given a pass based on nothing more than the fact that they are women. When will society wake up and hold all adults responsible for their actions regardless of their gender? If we can try a minor as an adult for certain crimes we admit that people are capable of being held accountable for their actions regardless of who had committed that crime.

It’s time to hold women like Garner responsible for their actions and stop issuing pussy passes to these criminals. The truth is, women do horrible things, not because they are incapable of knowing right from wrong, but because they know that their nasty actions will be excused because of a few well timed tears. It’s a lesson taught to girls at an early age that they are exempt from harsh punishment because they are girls, and girls need to be treated with kid gloves because they are delicate little flowers. Girls know they can get away with a lot of shit by whipping up some crocodile tears, and it’s time to change that.

It’s time to hold girls and women accountable for their actions. Their tears be damned.

  • Theaverageman

If a man started fondling a 12 year old boy people would be calling for the death penalty but since it’s some crusty old whore people are going to mock this boy for preventing himself from getting raped

    • justman

Or imagine if it was a 40 year old man and a 12 year old girl. He would be hanging from the nearest tree, but Elizabeth Garner doing the equivalent will likely go free.

        The excuse would be

“she thought the girl was a woman.”

  • JJ

The sad thing is, IF her husband had any balls and took her to family court; she would get even more sympathy as her “evil” husband would be “abandoning” her in her greatest time of need.

Also, if she were a man, every American in the cuntry of the USSA and FGB’s who run it, would have had their ears raped by feminists for it a hundred times already. Yet, since she does not fit the propaganda stereotype the media won’t cover it.

Besides, the “mitigating circumstance” is he is a boy; and we all know “boys just wanted it anyways” right?!

Tell Adam Sandler thank you for “That’s My Boy” the next time you see him okay?

  • justman

    Great article, Kristina.

  • JJ

Also, I just read the South Korea is in the business of Chemically Castrating repeat sex offenders.

So, how many 12 year olds does it take for a women to get castrated in S. Korea? How many of a man?

My guess is 2,000+mitigating circumstances (like she is a prostitute that sleeps exclusively with husbands) and 0 respectively.

  • Al Woods (TMOTS)

OK.. ok.. ok… lemme see if I got this straight….

IF a man and woman are drunk, and they have sex, he raped her.

If a man is sober and the woman is drunk, he raped her.

if a woman is sober and a man is drunk, he raped her.

if a woman is drunk and molests a male CHILD, he raped her.

    That about cover it?

    • Al Woods (TMOTS)

Shoot, forgot one…. If a man whispers a joke about dongles to another man, and a woman hears it, they rayped her!

      • Murray Pearson

Not exactly — in that case, they her.

(.py is the extension for Python scripts.)

    • JinnBottle

Nope, you’ll never “get it straight” because by the time you get your roster posted, it will reflect tolerance for double standards and injustice that will be at least a few minutes old, and thus not enough to meet up-to-the-minute lows.

Get with it, man! Ethics are no longer any discoverable list bound by logic or reliably consistent reference: it’s whatever comes out of any feminist’s mouth at any given time, and goes the rounds of the mainscream media echo chamber.

…Your and my job is just to *pretend* it has something to do with ethics.

  • Near Earth Object

    Nice write-up, Kristina.

Just_Us being what it is, at this stage in the game…

I will see it as a victory if she does at least some time, has to register as a pedophile, and is not permitted to be in the presence of children unless supervised by a “mature” adult.

  • Railstar

How does one confuse a 12-year old boy with a man?

So according to her husband, she was not trying to force unwanted sex upon a resisting child, she was trying to force unwanted sex upon a resisting teen instead? And that somehow makes it ok?

    • Sting Chameleon

He’s a fuckwit with a cuckold fetish. Let’s pretend she isn’t full of shit and really did mistake the boy for a man: She was willing to FUCK ANOTHER MAN WHO ISN’T HER HUSBAND. And the husband thinks it’s fine and dandy.

      • Bewildered

It’s idiots like this[her so called husband] who have brought on all the misery for men in general.

        • feeriker

For the moment, I’ll give the guy the benefit of the doubt and wonder if, just maybe, he at one time actually did have a pair of gonads, however undersized, and actually tried to assert himself. Odds are that she then promptly used the “you-even-so-much-as-look-at-me-the-wrong-way-and-I’ll-drop-you-like-last-week’s-garbage-and-take-you-for-everything-you’ve-ever-had” line. Being an ex-NFL cheerleader, she just might have the connections to make that threat a reality and that’s why her husband has been an obedient little neutered puppy thrall ever since.

    • YoungZer0

If you really believe that she mistook him for a man, then one has to ask what exactly she meant by asking him “if he had ever been with a woman before”?

Is that something women usually ask men? I doubt it.

Really, props to the kid and his mom for reacting so fast.

  • donzaloog

How the hell do you mistake a 12 year old boy for a man? This woman is full of shit. She thought the kid wouldn’t know any better and tried to take advantage of him.

    • Phil Davies

If she had really thought that this child was a man, why would she ask him if he’d ever been with a woman before?

      • Stu

Bingo. She is attracted to boys, young, inexperienced boys, that is all there is to it.

      • Near Earth Object

ummm…why would she ask him if he has ever been with a woman before, when she is evidently a “child”.

    • feeriker

How the hell do you mistake a 12 year old boy for a man?

Believe me, there are some zoologically stupid women out there. “Leigh” Garner appears to be one of them and also appears to be trying to prove the “brainless cheerleader” stereotype. She certainly didn’t do herself any favors by destroying with alcohol the few functioning brain cells she ever had.

  • Dean Esmay

One redeeming thing is that we’re seeing more and more stories like this making the news, which is at least helpful to starting to dispel the stereotypes.

I can’t imagine anyone accepting “I was drunk at the time” as an excuse if the situation were reversed. From my view, same standards need to apply, whatever they are.

Either that or we ought to just pass a law that no woman is allowed more than two drinks of alcohol a night unless accompanied by a sober adult who can supervise. Since after all women aren’t really adults like the rest of us, right? [/sarcasm]

    • Near Earth Object

“One redeeming thing is that we’re seeing more and more stories like this making the news, which is at least helpful to starting to dispel the stereotypes.”

True. And I will take most anything at this stage, which moves in that direction—dispelling the stereotypes.

However, something that I find to be a mere degree less disgusting, than what this women-child did to this twelve-year-old-boy is, the gender-specific language utilized by Main Street Media when reporting on female > male sex crimes, as opposed to male > female sex crimes.

For those of you who may be unaware of this, and would like to become aware of this, check out the YouTube channel: ViolentWomenAmongUs

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

What is “redeeming” about reporting these crimes if nothing comes of it?

All this does is advertise more broadly that women are free to molest boys and get away with it.

Didn’t we just see the Bengals cheerleader strut out of the courtroom cuddling with her “victim”?

It’s not like little girls can’t be trained to believe it’s “flattering” for an older man to be attracted to them. It’s a cultural bias being propagated that is “ruined for life” for an underaged girl, but “getting lucky” for an underaged boy.

It’s also not like there isn’t plenty of evidence that boys molested by women represent the majority of rapists and convicts.

If this 12 year old HAD allowed himself to be seduced, wouldn’t HE technically be the rapist for having sex with a drunken woman?

      • gwallan

It’s also not like there isn’t plenty of evidence that boys molested by women represent the majority of rapists and convicts.

Among convicted male offenders against women more than fifty percent have abuse by women in their backgrounds. However fewer than ten percent of those actually abused become perpetrators.

What is “redeeming” about reporting these crimes if nothing comes of it?

All this does is advertise more broadly that women are free to molest boys and get away with it.

Couple of years ago a US woman traveled to my home town of Bendigo in Australia to consummate her internet grooming of a 14/15 YO local boy.

The local media, well trained in “sensitive” coverage of sexual assault cases treated the woman as a victim. In any instance of sexual impropriety any woman involved is a victim by default, even if she is the perpetrator. Her punishment was being ordered to leave the country – the equivalent of an expulsion from school.

Barbara Case was eventually tried in US federal court and sentenced to two and a half years for a crime she actually committed in my part of the world. My state of Victoria would rather leave the protection of her own sons to a foreign jurisdiction. The judge in the local case, Tim Woods, has sat on numerous cases involving female sexual abusers and has never given an actual jail term to any of them. Of the dozens who have faced the courts in my state only two were imprisoned, both by female judges.

For those who are interested the Interested Participant site is by far the best archive of these sorts of stories.

      • Near Earth Object

“If this 12 year old HAD allowed himself to be seduced, wouldn’t HE technically be the rapist for having sex with a drunken woman?”

Plausible, given the times we live in!

  • apollion

“she thought the boy was a man?” Wow- they must grow them big where she’s from! LOL most 12 year old’s look like 12 year old’s around here. She needs glasses- what a stupid entitled little cunt!

  • JinnBottle

Now if hubbie wanted to be a *real* real-man, he’d volunteer to do all 12 years *for* her. (I’d even suggest it seriously if I didn’t know it might be *taken* seriously.)

Selected for her sex-appeal to *cheerlead* professionally, and yet she’s gotta go after a child?? Seriously jaded…or else wanted to give her husband the triple-treatment fuck-you.

    • August Løvenskiolds

He has internalized feminism so completely that he thinks he is somehow to blame for the unhaaaaappiness of her gaping, ravenous vagina.

      • donzaloog

I suspect you’re right about that.

  • The Equalizer

She doesn’t need glasses. Everyone in the justice system, media and blue-pill world in general needs to remove their Fem-o-glasses – and stop issuing pussy passes.

“If we can try a minor as an adult for certain crimes we admit that people are capable of being held accountable for their actions regardless of who had committed that crime.”

Let’s be honest here. Saying that “minors” are tried as a adults is misleading. What we really mean is that boys may be tried as adults. The simple fact is that our current disparities in criminal sentencing have created a perverse reality where boys are held to a higher standard than adult women.

  • Nightwing1029

“The truth is, women do horrible things, not because they are incapable of knowing right from wrong, but because they know that their nasty actions will be excused because of a few well timed tears.”

Well, not just women. Human beings tend to do horrible things, when they think they can get away with it. Especially when they don’t have a good sense of responsibility or compassion. Still, it is such an exceptionally good point, that I wanted to point it out.

“It’s time to hold girls and women accountable for their actions. Their tears be damned.”
Hey Fuzzy, can you come down to my home state, and convince my father of this? He seems to have an extreme case of “white knight” syndrome.

Okay, jokes and good points aside.
    Awesome article, Kristina.

One thing actually crossed my mind, after hitting post.
If this was a guy touching even a 16 year old girl, he would be thrown to the wolves, torn apart, and been a household name (not the good kind).
It always saddens me, when I see this happen. Seems like more of the same:
Save the women! Men??? What men?

  • Stu

What a crock of shit. She knew the boy was not a man. Have you ever seen a 12yo boy that looked like he was over 18yo? Even a girl, a very well developed for her age girl, with all the help in the world from makeup and padded bras and adult clothing wouldn’t be able to make a passable 18yo at the age of 12yo, and boys don’t have all those look older options…….so I call bullshit.

Fact is, she is attracted to young dick, the younger the better. That is all there is to it. Being drunk just impaired her judgement as far as picking her target and going for it in an environment that had a high risk of her getting caught. Yes, if she wasn’t drunk, she probably wouldn’t have done it, but only because sober she would probably realize that it was a risky proposition.

    • Near Earth Object

“Yes, if she wasn’t drunk, she probably wouldn’t have done it, but only because sober she would probably realize that it was a risky proposition.”

Another is that she is right-in-to risk.

Women are intrinsically such ‘good and moral human beings’ that they cheat only when they are drunk.
Poor ‘evil’ men have no such excuse !

It’s high time cheaters fought for equality.

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

I was at a picnic once where this very attractive woman was running around playing hide and seek with the kids, acting like a total idiot. I was just about to decide she must be mentally handicapped when the woman next to me leaned in with a sly smile and asked how old I thought the woman was.

I said 21 – to be kind. I thought she was older.

      “She’s 12″.

It’s not common, but it’s not unheard of. It’s not common but not unheard of for men to go to prison over a “woman” they met drinking in a bar with a fake ID that turned out to be 13. Ever see the movie “Raging Bull”?

  • Rex

I take objection to the line:

“Women are allowed to get away with all kinds of bullshit because society treats women like children.”
The child who faced an attempted rape in this case and many who face actual rape are told to suck it up, that is unthinkable if done to a woman.
Children who commit similar offences are often treated to much harsher sentences such as the 5 year old boy who was charged for playing doctor with a girl of the same age or “Nathaniel J.” who is forced to pay child support to his rapist.
We treat women with far less agency than we do children.

  • Paul Elam

    Bumblebee don’t give a shit. :)

How many times have we heard of some guy saying “I swear, she told me she was 18!” to a world that does not give a fuck.

I feel absolutely nothing as I read about her problem.

Well, I take that back. I want to tell her husband what a complete schmuck he is.

At the end of the day, this woman-child confined and attempted to rape a twelve-year-old boy. He managed to escape and r-a-n to tell his mother. He is a child!

Is he going to have to give testimony in court?
Is he going to be cross-examined by her dog—I mean lawyer?
Is he going to wind up doubly traumatized before he can even begin to attempt to put this behind him?
Is he going to need counselling?
How will he now view women? How will he view his teachers? What kinds of thoughts and emotions and physiological reactions might he now experience when alone with a woman, or if it looks like he might become alone with a woman.
How will he view women if she gets a pass on all of this?

I hope that we do a follow-up on this story.
It would be very welcome to learn that she did not get a pass.

    • Nightwing1029

Dude, I hope you’re right that she doesn’t.
Cause when you asked those questions, I had to think for a second, and realized that this kid is going to have an extremely hard time, moving forward.
      This was cruelty to children.

“He was able to escape the bathroom and went immediately to his mother to tell her what happened.”

Sounds like it would have been sexual assault even if he weren’t a minor. No charges would have been filed if that were the case, though. I mean, who’s gonna believe a MAN was involuntarily being groped by a WOMAN?

  • Clarence

Presently our sexual laws (and ‘child porn’ ) laws in particular are all over the place, contradictory, and often a bit insane.
For instance in Maryland (I’m 41 btw) I could legally have sex with a 16 year old because I’m not in the subset of adults with “authority” over a minor.
I’m ok with this law as I do think 15 or 16 is “old enough”.
But while I could legally have sex with her, if she sent me a nude photo … even if I kept it to myself and had been or even currently was in a relationship with her – well, there you go. Evil “child pornographer!”.

But while there are the occasional 1 in a million 12 /13 year olds who could pass as adults (far more 15 to 17 year olds!) none of what this lady says rings true to me and even if her opinion of his age was mistaken, she was still trying to cheat on her hubby.
I say if she doesn’t get a year in jail (minimum! and some sort of at least temporary sex offender registration (c’mon, we put guys on there for PEEING and a 12 year old isn’t even considered a teenager!) then justice will not have been done in this case.

    Equality is equality.

    • Bewildered

      ” Equality is equality.”

Ooops! Some people are more equal than the others !

How could you forget that ?

Her husband knows his place. He is a “good” man. She did not pull HIS pants down that night. That’s a woman’s right to choose. He will stand by like a good man and wait his turn for sex. In the meantime, he will defend her so that maybe he will be the lucky one next time.

    • Bewildered

      ” That’s a woman’s right to choose. ”

This must be one of the most dreadful phrases in the English language. The ‘right’ is granted without attaching any responsibility clause, hence it should correctly be called a ‘privilege’.
You don’t need nuclear bombs to annihilate a civilization just ensure that the bitches go out of control and the job will be done effectively.

    I mean check THIS out:
The former pastor of a northwest Indiana megachurch on Wednesday was sentenced to 12 years in prison for having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old parishioner.

Last summer, Schaap, 55, was fired from First Baptist Church of Hammond, the 40,000-member congregation of which he had led for 11 years. Upon his firing, Schaap admitted that he had a sexual relationship with the young member of his church.

Now the fact that he was married and a pastor makes this morally reprehensible to me in a way: he violated two sets of vows.

But it’s the age thing that makes we want to throw up. In what universe ..rational universe.. is giving this man the sentence of a rapist or murderer appropriate for having consensual sex with someone who (at the minimum) was 16 when it started, and seems to have been 17?

The double standards between the sexes and the sexual hysteria of these kinds of things make me sick.

In practice, criminal prosecutions in USA/Canada have ‘victim and witness supports’. I BET that State paid court service have been assisting this sicko woman perp. AS VICTIM, aiding her with testimony sufficient to signal the pussy pass of the assigned ‘specially trained’ domestic violence-special victims Court.
I BET the D.A. prosecutor WON’T do their level best to convict, failing to examine the boy, or his mother to the standard of evidential proofs, ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’.
I BET that the D.A. prosecutor WON’T press the accused on mens rea (intent of mind), or the chronological and assault details graphically, won’t actually ‘try’ to convict. I BET a lesser charge will ensue as a plea deal on 3 years probation only. Maybe a lewd act in the presence of a minor, drunk as mitigating.
REVERSE the genders and and HE’D be bitch buggered daily for 10 years in max. security, until HE hung himself.
QUESTION to the author: Is there any way of using some of the Internet PETITION processes and send it to the Tennessee Governor, for ‘publicity’… Justice or the opposite(*), tends to happen when the Court of public opinion is involved with the politicians.
HINT: Courts and the judiciary are NOT the independent third branch of government. No such ‘aminal’ kids; your civics teacher lied to you, on a State-supported salary…

    Great Text!

  • ImNotMraBut…

I do deal in facts when it comes to legal cases, so I have been quiet whilst I checked a great deal. The biggest fact I have uncovered is the silence.

Silence indicates that you do not object, and so silence by Talking Head Feminists and their followers on a 42 year old woman sexual assaulting a 12 years old child, and claiming it’s all caused by Drink … that silence ignores, trivialises and condones Rape Culture – or rather it supports Female Rape Culture and abuse by Females as a Special Privilege.

Is it that these feminists are sexist and anti-equality, or does their Rape Culture meme not stand up to the test of reality?

“Do As We Say, Not As We Do”, is a childish mindset and attitude – and whilst supposed educated adult feminists fail to condemn and scream about all rape equally, they have no legitimacy and no authority to criticise anyone.

let the likes of Amanada (I have blogging Touretes) Marcotte express her concern about rape Loving Bitches – how it’s just impossible these days for some 42 years old Barbie blond bladderd bimbo to rape a 12 years old boy without people complaining ( and evidently the boys mother is a traitorous bitch for reporting the Bladdered Bimbo to the police) … It’s so unfair and Boo Hoo Hoo!

I do wonder though – would CBS be reporting the case at all if the Bladdered Bimbo looked more like Marcotte than cartoon Barbie?

That sexism in the media, and objectification of Women, is terrible, so wouldn’t you expect the Truly Concerned and Truly engaged feminists out there to be making that clear too! Looks are not the issue, and objectifying a female rapists Bimbo Barbie and elevating her over other female rapists on looks is Sexist!

Why is it acceptable for news media to objectify a child sex abuser on her tits and looks and ignore any ugly rapists due to Objectification?

What? No takers form the True Blooded Feminists who exist to avenge all Patriarchal manifestations and slights against women in all forms?

So much for Ideology and honesty. The self aggrandised corruption can only be kept covered for so long – and frankly you can only fool yourself all of the time if you are already a fool and blind with it!

The ongoing silence of the Talking Head Feminists on rape of male children by women shows with 100% clarity how they have no interest in equality or even humanity. They just love power, control and little girls … and those three also are also manifestations of Rape Culture and the Culture of Abuse the talking heads endorse and thrive within.

She just wants her pussy pass.

“Men are held accountable for their actions and vilified at any opportunity. Women are coddled and given a pass based on nothing more than the fact that they are women. When will society wake up and hold all adults responsible for their actions regardless of their gender? If we can try a minor as an adult for certain crimes we admit that people are capable of being held accountable for their actions regardless of who had committed that crime.”
—This is exactly why feminists and indeed many women really do fear TRUE EQUALITY. What they want is SPECIAL equality…but of course, for us loving men not to notice the help they get that coddles them and really does treat them like children…but of course, do not notice that truth either.

Kristina, thank you for your ability to be unbiased.

On this note of croc tears.. Everyone does realize that Hillary Clinton produced some of those misty-eyed lies herself when she was about to be shut out completely and early on, during the democratic primary process last time? Some say, with cameras micro-positioned accordingly, that she had no tears…just acting.

One thing we should do is change statutory rape laws to reflect the well-known realities about the sexes. Girls mature physically and emotionally earlier than boys. Therefore, the age of consent for girls should be earlier than it is for boys. So for example, consent shouldn’t be a legal issue in cases involving a girl younger than 16 or a boy younger than 18. Maybe those aren’t the best ages, but you get the idea.

    • SJR64

How about 12yrs old? The first recorded age-of-consent law dates back 800 years: In 1275, in England, as part of the rape law, a statute, Westminster 1, made it a misdemeanor to “ravish” a “maiden within age,” whether with or without her consent. The phrase “within age” was interpreted by jurist Sir Edward Coke as meaning the age of marriage, which at the time was 12 years of age.

The American colonies followed the English tradition, and the law was more of a guide. For example, Mary Hathaway (Virginia, 1689) was only 9 when she was married to William Williams. Sir Edward Coke (England, 17th century) made it clear that “the marriage of girls under 12 was normal, and the age at which a girl who was a wife was eligible for a dower from her husband’s estate was 9 even though her husband be only four years old.”
Girls mature at a younger age, nope! “In other words, adolescents mature intellectually before they mature socially or emotionally, a fact that helps explain why teenagers who are so smart in some respects sometimes do surprisingly dumb things,”
Single mothers and girls; girls reach the age of puberty approx 18 months earlier, biological incest-inbreeding prevention if the father is present-around female children…

    Men are “predators”.
    Women are “seductresses”.

Men are coercive, aggressive and deranged perverts that “groom” their victims.
Women are gentle, kind and sometimes a little confused about boundries.

Unless you can get the mass media industrial complex to change their biased slant, the culture will always assume this.

    • justman

Very well put, Keyster. Controlling the language means controlling the cause.

At the American Music Awards 4 months ago, in front of millions of people, 40 year old Jenny McCarthy surprise-grabbed 18 year old Bieber by the throat, kissed him, and slapped his ass. His face spelled complete shock.

The common public response? Mocking Bieber for being gay. McCarthy’s response? Tweeting rape jokes. The hypothetical response to a 40 year old man grabbing an 18 year old gI DON’T NEED TO FINISH THIS THOUGHT.!/img/httpImage/image.jpg_gen/derivatives/landscape_635/justin-biebe-jenny-mccarthy.jpg×580.jpg–/YXBwaWQ9eW5ld3M7cT04NQ–/

I wonder what the response would be if, say, Randy Travis grabbed Taylor Swift by the throat, kissed her, smacked her ass on TV and tweeted rape jokes afterward? Think everyone would be cool about it?

  • Sports Droppings

Had a “wow”moment this weekend. One of the first to tweet on this was Jessica Valenti. . .

Of course, any hope that we were making progress with this trickle are offset by an OCEAN of tweets crying over Adria Richards

The boy is in fact a feminist hero for having the wherewithal to resist his beastial male urges and not rape this helpless creature who clearly was in no condition to understand what was happening. It was a good thing he did, when his first reaction was to run and tell his mom how he almost raped the fragile woman in the bathroom. He managed to avoid disaster this time but what about the next? Maybe now he can get the anger management counselling he so desperately needs.

  • scatmaster

Seems to be a trend with people involved with the Bengals . Is it something in the water?

  • justcasually

Lol poor kid doesn’t know the opportunity he just missed I would of jumped on that at 12, can’t see how it would be pleasurable for the woman but still, as long as I wasn’t physically hurt in the process, if this happend to me at a young age I wouldn’t cry rape or sexual assualt, just be really excited to tell all the boys. Her husband must have a Really small dick if she’s wanting a 12 yr olds. Haha!

    • Dan Perrins

Ahh a nice troll popped on by to show bigotry.
And if that was your son?
Would you apply the same idea for a young girl?
your just casually hoping to stir the pot but I think the ban hammer is in order troll.
I do believe its time for you to crawl back under the feminist subterranean rock you crawled out from under.
I do hope management keeps your comment around though it is a shining example of your lack of compassion for men and boys.

“So in reality Garner, crying that it was not her fault because alcohol took over her ability to think clearly, will in all likelihood only serve 2.7 years.”

The crime that this woman attempted (thankfully without success) is EXACTLY what happened to me when I was 13 years old. My two brothers, 11 and 12 at the time, were similarly “educated” by an adult woman. Our feminist mother arranged for the encounters (her feminist friends were the “educators”). My mother brought me to an appartment and told me that there was someone inside, and that I should do what she told me to do. The adult woman inside (about 40y/o) was drunk and provocatively dressed. I knew what she wanteed and I tried to escape, but there was nowhere to go. As a result, the woman assaulted me for about one hour. She was not physically violent, but her viciously cruel words still sting me today. She used words like weapons, and did as much damage as she could in that hour.

Five years on the registry, three year sentence, out in one with good behavior is justice for what happened to me. Why so little? Infrequent nightmares (<1/month), hangups, social awkwardness, and bad memories ARE JUST NOT THAT HARD TO LIVE WITH.

Sorry to disagree, and of course it is only my opinion.

      Feminist pedofile ring!

  • Janet Bloomfield (aka JudgyBitch)

I, for one, am biting my nails awaiting the outcome of this case.

I’ve been holding back from fucking all my daughter’s little boy friends, and quite frankly, it’s getting tiresome.

    Let her walk!

I’d like some 12 year old ass myself. Nothing says “sexual satisfaction” quite like “12 year old”, amirite?

12 years old? What the everloving fuck?

This woman is a pedophile. How can her husband support her? In what world is that possible? Who looks at a 12 year old and thinks “hot meat”?

    This is so disheartening.

Where do I turn in my pussy pass? I’ll admit I use it in card games with the guys (oh come on – I forgooooooot the rules! *pout*) but when it comes to raping children, I’m ready to surrender.

This is just sick. Sick, sick, sick.

  • SteveS

Aaand another case similar to this one just cropped up last week. What happened? 2 years probation. What the fuck is wrong with society?
