Tonia Martin, sexual predator, walks. Not really.

38 year old Tonia Hennessee Martin, former teacher’s aide at Rogers Creek Elementary School in Athens, Tennessee, has been fucking a 16 year old friend of her daughter. For this she was indicted on two counts of aggravated sexual assault and solicitation of a minor.

During the course of the investigation and in the courtroom Martin admitted to raping the boy.  But she did not enter a guilty plea as being in possession of a vagina is considered to be mitigating circumstances in our court system, if not outright exculpatory. Martin asked, on behalf of her vagina, to be granted a diversion from conviction. And the asshole judge granted it, lending some credibility to the term, “rape supporter.”

What this essentially means is that Martin will be placed on a kind of probation for two years. During that time she cannot go on school grounds or attend school functions, and she must refrain from contacting the kid she raped.  Court costs are also on her.

This wrist slapping is pretty typical in western court rooms, where the power of the law increasingly squares off with pussy power and the latter wins. Actually the latter puts the former in a Full Nelson till the former cries uncle and starts whimpering.

Ah well, you might think that at least some justice will be served, right? Surely the kiddy diddler Martin will be placed on some sort of state governed registry and at least barred from ever working in a professional capacity around children again.

That would be wrong to assume at all.  One court official reported that under the terms of the diversion Martin can apply to have her record expunged in just two years, thereby erasing any trace of evidence that she is a rapist.  This will free her to act as though none of this ever happened and all memory of her misdeeds will be lost.

But they may be wrong. :)

    I wonder if the number of female rapists getting the pussy pass is because you can’t make a boy pregnant, and it’s easier to publicly *excuse* a female rapist than a male.

    One of these days a female rapist is going to give a boy HIV, and then watch the fur fly!

      I don’t believe the fur will fly at all. I honestly believe that the female rapist will play victim to the man who gave her the disease if there was one, or she could simply point to any man with HIV and claim he raped her and it left mental scarring that forced her to rape a teenage boy. And that man will be charged with whatever crime it is to give someone HIV (I think it’s 3rd degree murder or something) AND rape. And the woman will be let off scott free because of crying out about “temporary insanity caused from PTSD”.

      No, it’s because boys are one step closer to being humans than men but not yet human enough to be raped by a superiour species, the Female.

      I’m just thankful that more women don’t decide to just start offing boys that piss them off, and boys most definitely piss women off. We would have no means of stopping women.

      I think this is absolutely necessary. Judges, DA’s, CPS personal and all others who aid and abet in these crimes should be included, perhaps in a category of their own. Cross referenced to those they have helped commit or ignore crimes.

        Totally agree. It was just brought to my attention by a friend going through a custody battle that two ADA’s (both female) in my area will not follow a state statue concerning Interference with custody of children because of their perception of how a jury would rule. They said, “could you see us try this case in front of a [COUNTY] County jury where we try a mother for steeling her kids?” He asked in response, “would you do the same to me if I, the father,stole my kids?” He was met with silence to his question. Unfortunally they were not willing to put this statement in writting, surprise, surprise. His phone calls to the male DA were also answered. When he consulted his lawyer about filing a formal complaint for this blatant discrimination with the state disciplinary board he was advised not to because the current DA is running for judge and has basically has the election in the bag because he won on both tickets in the primary.

    Women like this are scum! They choose their rape victims carefully, being a young naive lad. It would appear they believe they are above the law and in a lot of cases the law says so. Hypocrisy at it’s most extreme.

    My friend , you CAN get a boy pregnant, for up to 20 years. It’s called child support, and unlike male on female rape, a male victim CAN be forced to pay his rapist. “Course, you already knew that.

      I don’t mean to mince words, but getting a boy “pregnant” is taking a liberty with the English language on no less a scale than feminist are accustomed to do when describing “rape.”

      Please, let’s not descent to the level of feminists. We are better than that.

    Maybe a dual approach would be best? Like both a registry for sex offender women and a registry for elected officials that enable them? Add in a feature that list’s their electoral area so people can make more informed votes.

    Maybe some of the more educated members can add tutorials so us on the ground and learn how to critique Judges and Attorney Generals in our own electoral regions so we can find and point out misandrist bigots.

    Then from there all we would have to do is spread the website along the grape-vine. Use phrases like “Is your Judge a bigot?” to get guy’s and gal’s to look up and act upon sexist Judges.

    Because I think the problem with the MRM is that for most of us, doing activist type stuff is way outside our comfort zone so we shirk away from it. By familiarizing ourselves with the processes via tutorials it might seem less intimidating.

    Granted many alcoves of the MRM have different prerogatives and view points, but with all the legal expertise floating around it would be an utter shame not to put it to use in a way that would take advantage of our growing numbers. And by creating easy to do(and not so intimidating activities) it would further enhance loyalty and stave off the dreaded burnout.

    Finding the right forms to gain access to a Judges/Prosecutors records. Stuff like that could make all the difference in the world.

    Would like to find a news article on it or be able to look up a court docket for it, but a friend of mine, who is not an MRA and has no reason to lie (actually he has some mangina tendencies that grate on my nerves) frequently tells a story about his cousin in Michigan who got 6 years in prison for having consensual sex with his 16 year old girlfriend when he was 17. The girls parents were ok with it at first and then changed their mind and called the police. As the story goes, the kid is, or was, a tiny innocent lad with no prior criminal record who is not the type to do well in prison.

    I think about that and the way it contrasts with this…. and the most fucked up part is, I’m no longer even the least bit surprised. Just par for the course in the Land of Misandry.
