All men are rapists and they are coming after you

… and they are, so get off your couch and do something about it!

There is a well-orchestrated government-backed effort underway to allow women who participate in any sexual activity with a man to charge him with sexual assault or rape – whenever they choose to do so. Every man, married or dating, is at risk.

This unprecedented attack on dating teenage boys and all men began with an April 2011 Department of Education directive. The directive was issued without prior notice or opportunity for public comment: “[I]n order for a school’s grievance procedures to be consistent with Title IX standards, the school must use a preponderance of the evidence standard (i.e., it is more likely than not that sexual harassment or violence occurred).”

In October 2011, Caleb Warner was allowed to return to the University of North Dakota after being victimized by the university’s low standard of evidence. The accuser had filed claims of sexual assault with both the University and the municipal police department. Two investigations resulted — the university’s according to the preponderance standard, and the police’s according to the usual “clear and convincing” standard — and they could not have turned out more differently.

Warner was found guilty by his university and banned from campus after a swift investigation. Meanwhile local police reviewed the very same evidence, determined that Warner’s accuser was lying, and charged her with filing a false report.

Don’t think it could happen to any male you know attending college? Think again. Vice President Joe Biden has launched an active campaign in support of the Department of Education’s new directive.

The character Val in the Marilyn French novel, “The Women’s Room,” said, “All men are rapists.”  If the definitions are broadened sufficiently, it becomes true. This might be seen as the somewhat laughable assertions of a radical feminist fringe, but the U.S. government is acting on their behalf.

It’s no coincidence that the FBI has recently changed its definition of what rape is. The previous definition was in place for eighty years: “The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will” The Uniform Crime Report Subcommittee has changed that definition to: penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

Has she had a drink or two of alcohol or used a drug? Then she’s “incapable of consent” even if she voluntarily became inebriated.

Los Angeles attorney Marc Angelucci says, “Think about what the new definition of “rape” means. Every exploratory “hands-on” teenager in the back seat of a car or on a sofa in the parents’ basement is now at risk of being branded a “rapist”.  They kiss. His hand touches (“penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part”).  She does nothing (“without the consent” means he has the burden to get consent; she doesn’t have to express lack of consent). He stops touching.  Too late. The hand committed rape and the only question is whether she will press charges. By changing the definition at the FBI data collection level, all jurisdictions will come under pressure to change their underlying statutes to make the crime fit the Federal definition.”

Are you a man? A parent with a son? Scared yet? You definitely should be. There are powerful mainly hidden forces at work. In this case, paranoia is not merely justified, it is overdue. There has been no news media coverage of these issues.

Surprised? Shocked? Now that you are informed what action will you take to change these federal initiatives? Will you just sit back and hope that a false charge of rape or sexual assault will not happen to any males you know? Don’t count on it.

Who’s gonna build all the prisons? What man isn’t going to jail?

    R.I.P. western culture and civilisation

    • Red Bones

      “R.I.P. western culture and civilisation”

That’s the idea. Let’s see….What other aspects of masculinity can we criminalize next? Maybe by this time next year it will be illegal to excel in science or mathematics, but only if you’re male. Hey,maybe we can make it illegal to play sports, but only if you have a penis.

How many of you think a woman will ever go to jail for not obtaining consent for every stage of sexual intercourse with a man?

      • OneHundredPercentCotton

        She didn’t go to jail:

DENVER — A Longmont woman accused of drugging and raping a male friend pleaded guilty to charges Friday afternoon.
Janice McCarl, 54, faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of menacing and third-degree assault, reported the Boulder Daily Camera.
As part of the plea she will not have to register as a sex offender. Prosecutor Catrina Weigel told the Camera the victim was disappointed with the result.
He “felt she should have to be required to register,” Weigel said.
If McCarl had not accepted the plea deal, she could have been sentenced up to 16 years in jail.

        • Stu

So she isn’t getting registered as a sex offender.

Where I come from even a denial of consent to a specific act isn’t sufficient for a male. Woman shoved large object up young man’s rear end after denial of consent to that act. Woman claimed “accidental penetration”. Judge dismissed the charge.

With one exception(!) dozens of women who’ve raped boys have walked out the front doors of our court. Given outcomes over the past decade it’s clear the state of Victoria will not honour male consent.

US woman who chatted up a local kid over the net and came here to have it off with him was freed by the county court. She’s now doing 30 months in a US prison for the act she committed HERE. My state would rather leave the protection of her own sons to a foreign jurisdiction.

Is the Department of Education directive repealable? If yes who do you suggest we direct letters asking for this to be investigated and overturned? This kind of thing brings out the writer in me.

These types of laws have been “in” for a while in Australia, though without the University / college component. Good luck trying to get the “decision” reversed. Remember: this was to “catch” people like the falsely-accused in the Duke Lacrosse non-rape case. That it has succeeded is merely re-inforcing evidence that the laws are good Feminist policy (ie: bad for everyone else)

I only see two options (sexually speaking), be celibate, or accept the rape bait, then await potential consequences?

I guess all of womanhood now qualifies for the term “jail bait.”

  • Robert Full Of Rage

Universities are extremely anti-male, especially with regards to male-female interaction. Female paranoia is through the roof. I attend a medium-sized college located in a low-crime area, yet a lot of women carry pepper spray and will always cross to the other side of the street if a male walks their way. The word ‘creep’ is used a lot by women. I have heard women use that word hundreds of times, just last semester. Any man who talks to a woman is in danger of being labeled a stalker. I made the mistake of asking a woman out on a date when I was a freshman, and I payed the price for it. She said my date request made her feel uncomfortable, and I was banned from the class I currently had with her and any future classes I might have with her. I transferred a year later, but the experience has stayed with me. I understand I am walking on thin ice when I am in the company of a female.

    • Jabloko

Respect from Europe brother. I know it doesen’t means much, but still, better future for you :)

And now I understand more and more women are becoming policemen directly holding guns to mens heads and putting them in cages.

The world is becoming as the famous director Fellini saw it would be in his classic feminist movie “City of Women”.

Again – it’s going to require men to organize and become a force of reckoning.

My father supported the notion of rape shield laws back in the ’70’s. He had four daughters, and from bits and pieces of conversation I think he must have known a case where guys lied in court to protect a guilty person.

Ordinairily my father was a pretty wise fellow, but even then I remember thinking it wasn’t a good idea, innocent guys would be convicted. I had a brother I didn’t want that to happen to.

I’d heard girls talk about “faking pregnancy” or maternity fraud(no DNA back then) as well as making false rape accusations to “hook” some guy or for vengeance. It was all done in the guise of “Just Joking”, but no one really “Just Jokes”about stuff like that.

My father didn’t live long enough to see the Rape Shield laws he thought were a good idea were used against his Grandson.

He raised his daughters to be good women. I don’t think it ever occurred to him those laws were like giving a child a loaded gun to play with.

  • AntZ

The feminist strategy has to do with defining the perpetrator, not defining the victim. With the new definition, the victim can be a man or a woman — but the perpetrator must always be a man.

Feminists like to hee-haw that “now, men can also be victims”. So what? What matters is that, according to the new definition, women can never be perpetrators. It is impossible for a female to be a rapist, because forcible “envelopment” is not rape.

Consent is not an issue for the woman. It makes no difference if the man is drunk, passed out, tied up, or threatened at gunpoint. A woman cannot, according to law, be guilty of rape.

When I was 13, I was offered to one adult woman by another adult woman. My two brothers were also served up (11 and 12 years old a the time). None of us consented. I knew it was wrong, and I weakly protested that “maybe this is not a good idea.” My assailant, who reeked of alcohol, countered with “what is wrong, are you afraid of the dark?” I had no answer, and thus childhood innocence ended for me and my two brothers.

According to the FBI, the three of us are guilty of rape — because the adult women were drunk. The women who molested us are guilty of nothing, because male consent is irrelevant if the assailant is a woman.

Feminism is hate. That is all that it is. Every feminist is an agent of hate. And that is all that they are.

    • AntZ

By the way, in case you missed the point, here is what feminists really want:

If a man and a woman are both drunk, and intimacy happens, the man is a perpetrator and the woman is a victim. This is because, by law, male consent is not an issue. He is not “penetrated”, hence she does not need consent.

    • AntZ

      One final consideration.

Both the woman who molested me, and the woman who set up the encounter, are professional, paid advocates of the sexual grievance industry. They are the kind of people who crafted the new FBI definition. They know exactly what they are doing, and why.

      • Roderick1268

I am really sorry for what happened to you and your brothers. The feminists around me when I was a boy just fucked up my mind and my future.
Luckily for me all the sex stuff was psychological.
The woman I was in the care of was an old pig who sexual-ised everything.
It was so humiliating and embarrassing I had difficulty communicating with people at the time.
My food as uneatable as it was, – was served up to me in sexual shapes on the plate.
She would titter with her daughters around me about penises, and come flying into my bedroom while I was undressing.
And she would hang around the outside window or door while I used the toilet.
She had appalling sexual fantasies about things she claimed I did with my older sister. And would ring the mothers of the few friends I had I was bullied at collage because of this. In England this kind of person is called a nonce and is usually expected to be male.
After she used my family she used a widower with two young sons. Yuck!
        Rod.

How is your age and local laws?

Maybe triple qualified child rape does not prescribe so easily? You could press charges. After all you have 2 witnesses, your brothers.

If it does prescribe, check the laws on slander, and, if positive, register them. Or write a major article with their photos and all sordid details.

Prescription, most likely, starts after you turn 18. Also, most likely there are longer prescription times to arrest men. Notice also that, upon accusing, you get rape shield laws, and restraining orders. Even if there is potential prescription, you could hope to get police inquiries going and their name plastered all over newspapers. Finally you can allege you do the accusations or the publications to save future victims, and to encourage future victims to come forward, whose rapes have not yet prescribed.

Triple qualified: They had sex with a minor, waaaaaaaay under age of consent, against explicit dissent, under influence of alcohol that they themselves gave to the child.

No, it is quadruple: They are habitual predators, they did it to more victims. Is there also 5) they repeated their acts with the same victims?

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

I know I’ll NEVER get any traction on this, but when a woman KNOWINGLY sends an innocent man to prison and the unthinkable happens – isn’t that actually Rape By Proxy?

Just like circumcision, rape is funny funny stuff when it happens to men, but The Worst Crime EVER when it happens to women.

When someone is killed in a robbery the acomplice is charged with murder – even if they weren’t even around. If a man is raped in prison because of a lie – isn’t the monster who put them there culpable? (I’m being gender neutral here because men are also capable of sending innocent people to prison).

      • Stu

I believe woman who make false accusations of rape should be executed………don’t care what anyone else thinks……if it’s proven that they fabricated evidence…….hang em.

      • BeijaFlor

As you’ve noted, it’s not “unthinkable” when it happens to a man. It’s the punch line, the whole point of the joke, the highest “high comedy” of the whole movie. It’s time for the Grrrrls to hoot with laughter and high-five each other.

No, there is no culpability, NO culpability AT ALL, for the Delicate Female Flower who stood up to The Villain, the Designated Oppressor, the Foul Male Beast, even though her story was a wee-little-bit compromised by its utter fuggin’ falsehood.

I think a guy, though, who gave false testimony that sent an innocent “person” to prison, would get the full and severe punishment available to the law …

        • OneHundredPercentCotton

As someone who has lived through having an innocent son incarcerated, I have to say it was “unthinkable” for me at the time, and still is to this day.

My son was “only” beaten up, his broken wrist went untreated because they said he could use it as a weapon. When I asked an attorney if I could sue because he was denied medical treatment he told me a jury would never side with him once they knew what the charges were.

Even the very young children in this society are in on The Joke : male prison rape. I don’t know who explains it to them, or if it’s just so common they pick up on it readily, but they know.

Over protective fathers who KNOW the Family Princess is lying will keep silent and let an innocent boy go down. Male officials who automatically hand the “TRUTH” checkbook over to females are culpable. Male cops, male judges, male public defenders and non millionaire attorneys, there are many males in on the scam.

I know. I’ve seen it first hand.

Not ALL men are ingrained with moral compasses when it comes to doing women’s bidding. For some reason, it becomes OK to destroy another person’s life if it makes momma happy. “Cause if momma ain’t happy….she’s gonna bring the hammer down on YOU.

          • http://Human-Stupidity.com Human-Stupidity.com

Are you saying that a jury protects the rights of murderers, protects the rights of Rodney King, the drugged guy that endangered thousands of people on his drugged driving rampage and who attacked police.

And if someone on death row takes 5 minutes to die, it is grounds for legal actions for cruelty.

But not of a man who was accused of rape? And the conviction can not be hidden from the jury as being irrelevant to his injuries?

I also never understood that the government does not have total duty and responsibility to protect those against rape who were under full government’s power and locked up by government.

Feminist rape laws don’t apply to male prison rape victims

A prisoner is under the control and mercy of gangs of violent felons, all day long, unable to escape.  Under the guardianship and responsibility of government. Feminist anti-rape activists are not concerned about the grave injustice of prison rape, which is on-going long term year-long power, humiliation, and sexual violence. Prison rape accusations get ignored. Even "voluntary" sex in prison is often rape, due to power differential and serious consequences of saying "no". Why this deafening silence of the feminists regarding prison rape? Only Human-Stupidity points out that prison rape epidemic is only the tip of the iceberg: It has a hidden, unreported, prison-rape-by-intimidation part larger then the know forcible rape cases.  compare: Stop Prison Rape! Legalize Corporal Punishment (Whipping)

          • OneHundredPercentCotton

Prison rape is rape-by-proxy for women, and a useful for plea bargaining innocent men into accepting guilty pleas to avoid wrongful convictions.

It is NOT in a man’s best interest to stand by his innocence if he does not have the money to beat the system.

People are forced into accepting “guilty” pleas on a regular basis in courts. They will be punished for “wasting the court’s time” if they try to fight the inevitable.

  • http://alcuin-constant.blogspot.com/ Alcuin

Yet the vast majority of men are ignorant or indifferent to these legal changes. Men seem incapable of believing that women would do this to them, even when it’s happening right under their noses.

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

I get the distinct impression that REAL rape, involving force and violence, is going down considerably, which means less offenders. However I suspect there is a need to increase the numbers on the various registries for the politicians to justify more money and votes from their constituents. What better way than making “rape” include a lot of non-rape infractions?

      • Stu

Yes, it’s the same with every crime that the abuse industry deals with.

I wonder what he DV industry is going to do when hardly any man is living with a woman. I wonder how they will conceal female child abuse when nearly all of it……like 99 percent……is done by women……..I wonder how they will justify all the measures in college and uni when there are just not enough men there to do all raping they claim is happening unreported.

I’m sure they will think of something……it will sound nuttier and nuttier as time goes by…….but I’m sure the politicians and law enforcement will keep buying it.

Stu’ they will just move the goalposts again.
Next: men-going-there-own-way will be blamed for being lazy and irresponsible.
Many woman will eventually realize that alot of work is not fun or part time. Most woman are not wealthy enough to afford that kind of lifestyle without a working husband.
We men will be blamed for woman choosing to work.
We are being blamed for abandoning children already.
Most woman will just keep crapping in their nests until they can make someone provided them a new one.
From the entitlement woman’s perspective they have maybe two choice’s, – force men to work for them. Or import poor immigrant labor.
Criminalizing men and boys to justify our enslavement.
Then use other men (and some woman) with laws and guns to enforce this.
Feminism has always been about discrediting men so we can be more ruthlessly used and disposed of when used without guilt.
Same as it ever was – but worse if we let it happen.
          Lets not, Rod.

They’ll think up some other way to make a buck.

Shelters Have Empty Beds; Abused Women Stay Home
          by TAMAR LEWIN
Refuge House, the battered women’s shelter in Tallahassee, Fla., is
usually full – so full that there are plans to replace the 28-bed facility
          with a 70-bed shelter.
But since the Sept. 11 terror attacks, most of the beds at Refuge House
have been empty. The day after the attacks, it was less than half full; by
Sept. 24, it was less than a quarter full.
“Women just stopped calling our hot line after the attacks,” said Kelly
Otte, the executive director. “One day, there were only two women in the
whole shelter. Just as other people in relationships are pulled together
in a tragedy, feeling that family’s the most important thing, battered
women feel that same pull. They’re already very vulnerable, and they may
feel they need to be with somebody, no matter what, so maybe the violence
of the relationship is not such a big deal compared with a huge national
          crisis.”
After the terror attacks, many people are reviewing their priorities and
clinging tighter to loved ones, psychologists say. More people are
interested in writing wills: ARAG Group, which provides group legal
insurance plans, has been getting 20 percent more calls about will
preparation than usual since Sept. 11 – and its Web site offering legal
forms has had a fiftyfold increase in the number of will documents
purchased. Concerns about protecting family members have contributed to
surging sales of life insurance, cellphones, gas masks and guns.

The vast majority of women are too.
People are too distracted with life to concern themselves with complicated legal and political matters…which is exactly the slippery slope effect.

This will take a while to gain traction, then everyone will ask “WTF?”.

The feminist goal to completely alienate men from women is coming to fruition. Women are the new pariah to the well informed man.

    from the article:

“Will you just sit back and hope that a false charge of rape or sexual assault will not happen to any males you know?”

The worst part of it is that in many cases it will not be a ‘false’ charge under new definitions.

Wondering what the public service announcements and subway posters will look like when the average person realizes that, while sex hasn’t been made overtly illegal (yet), it is close enough to illegal that the risk isn’t worth it.

Under the new definitions, how many guys can say they have never had a drink with someone before sex or got a bit excited with their hands? All defined as rapists now.

Come hell or hi water, they’ll do anything to make sure that 1 in 4 or 1 in 3 is reached any way possible, maybe try for 1 in 1 so that they can finally prove they were right, that all men are rapists.

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

As part of his “treatment” my son was required to tell the father of any girl he dated that he was a sex offender.

My father would have escorted any guy off our property with a loaded rifle if he even TRIED to tell my father something like that.

Without exception, and he dated many girls at that time, when he told the fathers his circumstance, they were sympathetic. Why? Because everyone of them without exception had a brother, or a best friend, or a “good guy” they knew had been falsely accused.

Supposedly there are LEGIONS of rape victims that have not come forward, but I have no doubt there are LEGIONS of guys who have gotten threatened.

I know “advocates” complain there is too much aknowledging false rape accusations exist, but I also know most men never come forward and rarely discuss they have been threatened in some way or another. If the accuser didn’t go to the police with it, they just want to forget it ever happened.

  • Cooter Bee

I can feel sorry for college boys nowadays to be sure. It is totally out of hand. Still, going to college has been a bonehead move for quite some time and should be discouraged.

It was financially disadvantageous thirty years ago. Perhaps when men that age come to realize that there is no pussy in it for them either they will finally be persuaded to junk the idea.

I have long been of the opinion that a diploma and painted toe nails are interchangeable. Both indicative of a mindless cunt. When they kicked that kid out of school, it would have been better for him had he stayed away. Sad part is that it will take a great many more incidents like this to get it through their numb skulls that they don’t belong in college any more than in a plastic surgeon’s waiting room.

The hope is that the upside of the carnage, that this law will undoubtedly produce, is that an even greater number of men will forgo the madness. Unfortunately, one bad cuntile tantrum will bring an entire life to a practical end. Way too steep a price to pay for the singular mistake of going to college.

That’s right boy-o, we’re watching you very closely and if you think you can grin and crab walk and exit left you can forget about that while you’re at it.

Celibacy is still an option. The sick trouts can’t accuse you of rape if you avoid them!

    • OneHundredPercentCotton

      Then “they” will have won.

      • Zuberi

        Not really.
        Getting laid is not vital.

        • Kimski

          Agreed.
Highly overrated icing on a non-existing cake.

        • Poester99

          are you guys old?

          • Kimski

            Nope, not that old.
Just got my priorities of survival in place, that’s all. ;)

Wrong. You think abstinence saves you from false rape accusations?

If you are a taxi driver and don’t accept giving a ride to a woman who does not pay the taxi fare: rape accusations.

Only if you never piss off a woman, if you accept any abuse by a women, then you are reasonable safe.

My son’s teacher admitted she made a false accusation against a neighbor man randomly. She WAS being molested by her father and an Uncle, and when someone noticed she “acted out” and questioned her, she falsely named the neighbor to protect her father.

I worked in a High School and over heard girls working up false accusations against a teacher who gave them a failing grade and arrogantly refused to “negotiate” with her for a second chance.

A group of girls were angry about the “pump and dump” antics of some football players. A rape crisis hotline counselor advised them to start making formal complaints against the boys “to create a paper trail”.

Innocent men just minding their own business have spent decades in prison for being the wrong color, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

        It’s witch hunt stuff.

    Robert,
unfortunately the common response from men is it will never happen to me and therefore I am just going to do nothing about it..
For the most part it is true most men will not be falsely accused right now. However with the expanded definition of rape their odds of being falsely accused just went up exponentially.
As OHPC pointed out until we organize, men are going to be cannon fodder for the courts and it will be business as usual.
I hope the organization and polarization of MRM gets its act together soon, ( no offense intended to AVfM ) without organization we will just see rare occurrences where men are exonerated and the false accusers walk free going about destroying other families lives without a care in the world in regards to their actions.
I do see an ugly silver lining in all this and it is that the mother’s of the young men who are charged with rape for having sex with a self intoxicated young woman might just wake up and start speaking out against this. It is an ugly silver lining but an unavoidable reaction to what is about to happen.

Save Our TexSons is a mothers group that has some small measure of success with “Romeo & Juliet” cases, getting their sons off the sex offender registry after 10 years. Used to be FOREVER, so that’s pretty impressive.

I don’t know where all the other mothers are. I’ve tried to approach other mothers of falsely accused but it goes nowhere.

It’s a shame thing and I can tell you from personel experience, NO ONE has empathy for the falsely accused. No matter how many DNA exonerations or cases of police misconduct are revealed, people seem to have great faith in this hideous court system –until they are themselves face to face with it.

Isn’t it nice? If a woman shoves her tongue inside a man’s urethra, or slightly penetrates his rectum while licking his ass, she is a rapist!?

Has no woman ever tried to shove her finger inside your ass hole without getting written consent beforehand? and she got her finger in 1/32th of an inch before you managed to protest? Well, she is a rapist. And if she did not do it, just allege she did.

And a man alleging any such act without any proof will avail himself of rape shield laws?

And if accused of rape by a woman, he can counter-sue and claim she has tongue-raped him?

Or is it just me who thinks that the law will NOT be interpreted in favor of men. Never!?
