Brown University is a private, Ivy League university located in Providence, Rhode Island. It’s also where the school’s faculty and administration have endorsed the eradication of due process – and where the school’s newspaper, the Brown Daily Herald printed the following statement.
“You need to check your behavior carefully before you enter into a relationship with a woman. There will be no due process if you are accused of rape. The woman’s version of what happened will always be accepted over the man’s account.”[1]
Do I need to keep writing, or is that enough?
For context, I’ve included the fifth and sixth amendments of the Bill of Rights.
- No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
- In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Do not skip over those two short paragraphs. Please don’t simply bypass them, because without them, the only redress of accusation, injury or grievance devolves to the use of force, the jurisprudence of a mob, or a vendetta.
The ideology driving the “thinking” at universities like Brown has gone beyond being a parody of itself and has crossed deep into the territory of Kantian nightmare.
I hesitate to call this feminism – although I know it is that victim cult taken to a logical extreme by blind progression without opposition. What I don’t hesitate to call it is stupid, hate-driven bigotry on par with the set-of-mind which led in recent history to late-night lynchings. It is the most craven abdication of ethics by academicians, and were it not happening now, a parody containing such events would be rejected as too absurd.
I have written many times that human society, in the absence of a viable system for nonviolent redress of grievance – such as the due process of law – will always adapt an alternative system of redress. The simplest such alternative being retributive violence. Im am surely not uniquely prescient to see this. Academicians at institutions like Brown University cannot possibly be so stupid they fail to grasp this simple concept.
For the moment, I will setting predictions of upheaval aside. A student, or parent who reads the words published by the Brown Daily Herald, and sees the school as anything but a free-fire zone where young lives are destroyed must be equally stupid.
“There will be no due process if you are accused of rape. The woman’s version of what happened will always be accepted over the man’s account.”
A university is a business, it sells a service. The students of a university are the customers. They’re the ones who buy the university’s product.
Male students : you have just been told that a business you pay, that you are customers of – this business will cheerfully ignore the law. That this business will constitute its own laws along lines of sexual ideology, and that you have no rights should you ever be accused of by any female customer of the business.
There will be no due process if you are accused of rape.
Brown University used to be a private, Ivy League university located in Providence, Rhode Island. Now it is a private fiefdom run along the lines of a female supremacist victim cult. If you are male, and you attend this school, then you may simply be too stupid to help, and your life’s purpose may be to serve as a warning to others.
you are culpable.
Following the lead set at Brown University, the future is not a feminist utopia of women carried in gilded thrones on the backs of chained men. Utopian dreams are always false. What’s coming has the shape of a mad-max future of wastelands, and universal application of the warlord model of local government. Unfortunately, before we arrive at any outcome so sunny, cities will burn, and bodies will litter the streets. This is not a threat, nor a promise. Despite what detractors of men’s rights writing in general, and my writing in particular say, I have no sympathy for violence. America has been the most prosperous and affluent cultures in history, and when the great dream becomes the failed state, it will be very ugly indeed.
But don’t worry ladies, that bad outcome could be as much as 50 years away. Lots of time for somebody else to solve the problem.
Back in the present, graduates of Ivy League schools tend to a degree of pride on the subject of their alma matter, and even now – this is justified. Post baccalaureate degrees can be a draining program of lost sleep and hard work. However, there’s not much of altruism in attaining academic credentials, people do this for their own benefit, as they should.
I had intended to include and then examine a quotation from the Russian novelist Tolstoy.
“All that is required for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing”
The Russian didn’t say so, but his good men includes good women. I’m not convinced either animal exists, except as defined in each moment by their acts. However, in the context of animals doing nothing, there’s reason to examine the pride of an ivy league graduate, whose framed papers adorn their office wall.
Humans tend to be obtuse when faced by their own inaction – so Ill state this again in explicit terms. If you are a female student or staff of Brown University, and you benefit from a female-favouring climate while your alma mater discards the human rights of men, you are culpable. It will not be forgotten.
The Russian was famously verbose in his work, but I’ll leave just one more comment of his.
I sit on a man’s back, choking him, and making him carry me, and yet assure myself and others that I am very sorry for him and wish to ease his lot by any means possible, except getting off his back.

Elementary schools often ignore due process in handling fights and other particular behaviors. Due process is expensive and not always suitable in all contexts of private life. So, let’s try to avoid implying that deviation from it in private is some sort of monumental moral evil. Context is everything.
What was the policy *at the time*, and how was it followed? That matters, not “the law”.
So, I don’t see any link to the policies of Brown, just to a campus newspaper. And that’s not even an article, it’s a letter that someone wrote in (and yes, that an editor approved).
I’d like to see some more beef.
http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/05/31/brown-university-elite-ivy-league-school-raises-questions-handling-rape-199169598/
This suggests that the male student voluntarily agreed to leave the University.
But under this big [he says-she says-he did-he didn't] nebulousness, the TRUTH became the casualty. It seems to me that politics and large vested interest outweighted the truth and the need for punishing a crime of rape if, in fact, the crime was actually committed. I find the whole thing very puzzling and disturbing. Shop-lifters when caught are prosecuted and found guilty or not guilty, and punished or not accordingly; and shop-lifting is not, in nature, nearly as serious as a crime of rape. Something is amiss about this case. The police was never called, not even the school police were notified of the crime, the request for the evidences were denied by the school officials. So evidently [something else] is far bigger and far more important then to find the accused guilty or innocent. The truth has been compromised.
“so Ill state this again”; that needs a ‘, right now it says ‘sick’.
Also, there’s a “be” missing somewhere but I can’t find the sentence quickly enough.
Good stuff, though.
My heartburn has become worse after reading this, I really should have read it in the morning when I feel better, however.
Your Mr Lincoln said this about the Bill of Rights:
“All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.”
So if you read the Brown Daily Herald’s scary statement the translation reads as follows:
” You better shut the hell up now you hear boy ! ”
…ok, you have my silence but the natives really are becoming rather restless.

Good info. Looks like most comments are encouragingly pro-McCormick and against Brown and the accuser.
It’s only a matter of time before all of the men who realize they’ve had enough snap and give a strong back-hand to the society that has dismissed, mocked and vilified them, much like the poor sap whose wife has pushed his buttons one time too many and hits her…yet no one will likely look at the fact that society has left men with no other option but violence, only that men are being violent and that it must be because we are just inherently violent.
Note to male students, faculty and staff at Brown:
Time to vote with your feet. Period.
Signed – Get-Out-Of-Town-By-Sundown Brown, Sheriff.
(That tag-line came from a cartoon in my little-kid Sixties. It just seemed to fit.)
A college is a private business entity, Joe Student, but they can kick you out and keep your tuition money. They can fire you, Professor, and wreck your employability in academe. The cited news-article (does it honestly reflect school policy?) shows they can pronounce a guy guilty of anything a pissed-off, immature, privileged princess pussy might say about him – and kick him to the curb without due process or recourse. Or remorse.
Be very grateful that they can’t actually lock you down. They can take your money, they can take your reputation, they can take your tenure, but they can’t take your freedom. (Yet.)
Vote with your feet. Get out of Brown by sundown, clown.
There is one consulation. They have no due process, the man is guilty if any woman says so…….so what now…..does being kicked out of Uni for such an accusation mean…..nothing…..it doesn’t mean a damn thing.
It’s worth reading the letter that includes the statement quoted in the beginning (click on the footnote link). Contains all the cliches/dogmas that are the basis of what’s been going on. Significantly, it’s written by a man.
I believe anyone that works for such an institution and is not actively fighting this crap, is culpable. And to me that means, they are fair game for any man who is a victim of this crap, or any of his family members, whatever action they take against them.
I started saying years ago that feminism would just keep eroding mens rights until we had none, and were living like jews in nazi germany. One law at a time, one little thing at a time, inch by inch we are heading there. I made predictions many years ago about legal innovations that would come to be due to feminist pressures, and they are happening. All I ever got from most that I preached to was disbelief, and usually some comments that I was stark raving mad.
People wonder why I look forward to collapse. It’s because there is no way out of this crap. We talk and talk and talk, we convert guys here and there, and we are growing, there is no doubt about that. But unless our army of guys is going to do what the Libyans did, which I doubt, then the only other solution is to collapse. One requires a massive amount of men to take action, the other requires an even more massive amount of men to do nothing, as in….let society go to hell.
We are going to get a fair bit of help from mother nature with plan B, due to resource depletion, over population, energy crisis, mounting unpayable debt, economic depression etc.
Italy collapsing, Greece collapsing, Ireland on the way, the US heading for financial and economic disaster, which is only now disguised by financial smoke and mirrors and is actually in just as pathetic situation as Greece. The UK is the same. Several European countries with huge muslim populations plotting away for the day when they will force sharia law down everyone’s throat. Sweden, one of the worst feminist shit holes in the world, has its second biggest city practically taken over by muslims. There are areas covering many suburbs where ambulance, fire services, will not go without police escort, and even police wont go without lots of heavily armed backup. Riots in Greece, riots in the UK, muslim gangs ruling the streets in France, Sweden etc, and you know what……..I don’t give a rats arse……i watch the riots on the TV and think…..yes….thats it….smash, burn, loot…and you know why………one word says it all…..feminism.
It’s got to the point where if I heard the Chinese were coming to take over…..I’d crack a bottle of bubbly and put on a welcoming party for them.
I see three possibilities for the future. Feminist totolitarian state to the max…..collapse……or take over by other culture or country. Out of the three I see the feminist version of our future as being the worst.
We just had an episode where the new uni kangaroo court laws were almost included in VAWA…..the first step in making the entire country a no due process for men shit hole. Mark my words…..it will be on the cards again soon….disguised….called something else….snuck in through a back door…..it’s not going to stop until we are all in concentration camps.
Totally agree and hey this can even go along the lines of the radfeminist Tiptree was driveing at, this is happening here men will be religated to gettos as she would say their man caves and out of the way. Only in this instance men are going to willingly leave these places.
Yes we are going to be forced not to attend these institutions, as I also believe that Brown will not be the only institution that will follow this road. But I also feel that this would be the wrong thing to do here. There must be an effort to stop the incidiousness of these actions, men and women of sound mind must stand at the enterence of Brown and shed light on this, we have been conceding for the last 50 years and to keep doing so is not going to make things better it is going to make things a whole lot worse. So vote with your feet as someone else had stated here IMHO no!
When I went to College out of a class of 15 students there was 3 men, we don’t need less men going we need more, and I know I may not have had to deal with this type of thing in at my college. But to let it keep you from going to college because of these bigoted policies is also wrong.
As I’ve said before, “due process” and other rights are only as good as people who stand up for their own rights .
For 50 years, men haven’t stood up for anything but watching “the superbowl”, “the worldseries”, or some other stupid shit.
As should be quite evident by now, people who don’t stand up for their rights LOSE THEM.
We can thank 50 years of idiot activity for this.
Sadly, I have to agree with you.
Pussy Power is Almighty. Men can be silenced by a threat not to cook dinner.
I predict that other universities will follow. There will soon be a few thousand male students forced out of school without a refund based on accusations from entitlement princesses. This will cause more violence against women in college. This is what they want so that they can eliminate all males from higher education and start an anti domestic violence against women police state. But even working class skilled labor jobs that men have historically done are becoming nonexistent too. So, where will we end up? Women as the educated aristocracy and a bunch of unemployed, uneducated, homeless men. Then chaos when enough men wake up.
This is what the feminists want. Feminists want to diminish men into beasts of burden, and the only way to do this is to cripple the development of boys and young men. Feminist anti-boy policies have transformed K-12 into a mine field for young boys, most of who either abandon their aspirations or fail to develop a life goal in the first place. Now, the feminists want to do the same to college education.
Once the entire education system, from birth to cradle, is hostile to men and boys, the feminist utopia will become a reality.
When I first read JTO’s A+ article, I was concerned that maybe the intent of The Brown Daily Herald may have been satire (with the ultimate intent of condemning Brown’s feminist sexism). However, it is not so. The Brown author genuinely supports the feminist utopia where men and boys are born into servitude and every woman is eternally pampered:
“Women have always been at an extreme disadvantage when faced with sexual aggression. What is rape all about? It is the physical coercion of a man seeking sexual domination over a woman.”
I will apologize to the 40 year old feminist who molested me and my two brothers when we were 11, 12, and 13 years old. According to Brown University, we were “seeking sexual domination over” her.
I think that the real reason that we are being conditioned to believe that committing violence against women is the most obscene thing that men can do — even worse than murdering other men — is that our government has a plan to promote women ahead of men to an extent that would otherwise cause a literal war against women if this conditioning was not entrenched deeply enough beforehand.
Think about it. If a man murders another man, he still is seen as a man. If a man assaults a woman, he loses his status as a man. The shirts on the Clothesline Project say that only BOYS disrespect women. There are no similar messages of reduced manhood targeted at men who murder other men.
Fascist U
I work at a University here in Canada where female enrollment is over 70%. The editor in chief of the campus newspaper addresses males as, “for those of you that are not women”, the universally accepted “1 in 4!” rape stats are proudly plastered throughout the campus and “Pink Ribbon” equality campaigns continually march forth passionately to recruit more women of suffrage.
Universities are not places of education by the people for the people. Universities are pyramidal social engineering facilities whereby the masses are programmed into roles which serve fascist control as well evidenced by the dominant paradigms of disposable male labor and feminazi whores.
Given males are not represented under the Law as human beings with basic rights, as a male I must then resort to other means to protect my being.
Instead of appealing to a zombie nation full of proud and savage contempt towards “testosterone poisoned” males, I focus my energy on gathering survival gear, junk silver and weaponry. Civilization is now collapsing, so be it, the structure is rotten. Many have become cogs to a giant Indian reservation machine that despises family-centered living, healthy environments/foods, common sense, sanity and basic humane treatment of others.
Death to Cuntrol.
I am guessing 1 of 3 universities.
Ottawa U??
I work at the social engineering facility known as University of Guelph, or affectionately called, “U of Grrls”, home of ladies field hockey where the grrls strut around in uniforms embroidered, “Chicks with Sticks” ™
Guelph U well known for its veterinary program. I am fairly sure in that program you will find chapters on animal husbandry.
Definition:
animal husbandry. n. The branch of agriculture concerned with the care and breeding of domestic animals such as cattle, hogs, sheep, and horses.
Source:
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/animal+husbandry
Modern definition of animal husbandry:
The treatment of husbands ( men ) as animals. The constant barrage of propaganda making the claim that men are animals and are less deserving of rights, the rule of law and equality. The objectification of men as animals.
Related term,
Animal wifery :
The breeding of concepts which remove due process and the rule of law based on factoids and knee jerk reactions to crime while ignoring the irrefutable evidence that women can and do lie. The desired offspring is women and white knights who run around like rabid animals spewing factoids and half truths infecting others who are willing to jack-boot the rule of law and increase the rabid animal mentality.

A salute to our comrade at Guelph!
Cheers!
I would not have guessed.
I once thought of attending Guelph in veterinary medicine. I am glad I did not. There would have been more bitches than I could handle.
You would be fine, providing you enjoy fist-pumping to Vagina Monologues, and being a specimen for manimal husbandry.
Store enough spam and ammo to allow for taking in a few brothers Teebs.
You bet.
I figure one may only gain in being prepared, whether in the event of a power outage or revolutionary warfare.
If you are reading this, you are the resistance…
someone seriously needs to make a “colleges your daughter is most likely to get raped at” list and use their bogus stats and ‘rape epidemics’ to scare people out of attendance.
blackslash I like your thinking.
This is just one more progression for the rape witch-hunting juggernaut in America. Rape witch-hunting is an institutionalized hate movement as shown in “Witch-Hunting Males” at Youtube.

Stop rape witch-hunting!

Great article JTO. Everyone needs to refresh their own memory of the constitution. It is not upheld as a constitution any longer, but it was and still is the real constitution of the USA, should we choose to return to that in some day of age.
Does Canada use the Bill of Rights as well? Clearly they do not honor it either. I wonder if the elite pass that document around simply for no other reason than to ignore and disrespect it.
We in Canada are not born with our rights as bestowed by our creator. We are born slaves (chattel) to the Monarchy and granted rights that can be taken away:
“The Parliament of Canada, affirming that the Canadian Nation is founded upon principles that acknowledge the supremacy of God, the dignity and worth of the human person and the position of the family in a society of free men and free institutions;
Affirming also that men and institutions remain free only when freedom is founded upon respect for moral and spiritual values and the rule of law;
And being desirous of enshrining these principles and the human rights and fundamental freedoms derived from them, in a Bill of Rights which shall reflect the respect of Parliament for its constitutional authority and which shall ensure the protection of these rights and freedoms in Canada:”
They can take away our rights for the “Good” of society. We have in place a tyranny of the majority.
“The Russian didn’t say so, but his good men includes good women”
Are you sure he meant that? Me, not so much.
I think that one of the biggest problems we have as a society is that we refuse to hold women fully accountable for just about every action or inaction they make. It seems that one of the primary purposes that all men have individually and collectively is to serve as a scapegoat.
A man’s responsibility was to control his woman, and society backed him up legally and morally. If he couldn’t control her, it was his fault, his problem and he’d be scorned and shamed.
Now that this is deemed “oppression”, that women have unfettered reproductive rights and men have none, they’re left to their own devices. Once freed from the shackles of patriarchy they were supposed to rise up and accept equality to men, as men.
We’re now living in “the age of woman”, where she’s free and drunk with power over men….economic, judicial, political, social power…but she never gave up her sexual power along with that, as feminists intended. (Giving up bras, high heels and dresses was too much to ask.)
This is the real “gotcha moment”; game, slut walkz, girls gone wild, rape hysteria, OWS, London riots…fighting for female equality(+sexual power) is paving the road to moral decline. Sexual power and chivalry is the MORE equal part of the equation.
I always like to peruse the University’s “Gender Studies” web presence. It often answers the question, “How could they even let this happen?”.
http://pembrokecenter.org/instruction/index.html
If you can get a degree in “Gender Studies”, you’re attending a school that’s biased against men.
When will men start picketing these educational system bastions of misandry en masse?
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h53/MRA_06/CSUN/P1010080a.jpg
I think I am going to use that picture in an upcoming video if that is okay. I have the perfect truck for making the same sign, too. This is exactly what we need on our campus — picketing.
Ben, here is a little something I blogged yesterday that you might find interesting or a least entertaining.
http://counterfem.blogspot.com/2011/11/claiming-liberty-of-sector-fidelbogen.html
The final paragraph is the part that I am specifically thinking of, so you can fast-forward to that if you want.
Ben:
You wholeheartedly have my permission. Free speech on that large a scale certainly does get looks.
I’ve heard is said that writing in capitol letters, when posting on the Internet, is like shouting so what is parking a big truck sign in front of a misandrist college like?
Of course, gender feminists remain deaf to the truth for the hateful sake of harming all males.
“Rape is the only crime on the books that is proven to be rampant by showing that few people report it, and that fewer still can prove it. If that makes no sense to you, then you are understanding the problem. ”

I’m about to express myself regarding something I witnessed just 10 minutes since I wrote this…
I just visited my local convenience store and observed some interaction that I feel is relevant for this article. Bear with me on this if you would.
I entered the store to see a man with a Staffordshire bull dog…the man in question was polite and decent as far as first impressions could be made out. Another man was present in the store accompanied by an attractive female: they appeared to be a couple. The man was a Londoner by all accounts, as the accent was all too apparent. He was in his 40’s and shaven…some would call a skinhead! And his demeanour was one of boisterous male interaction, loud vocals and a masculine position.
Some would judge as being potentially threatening and according to some…rather verbose
Some, would pre-judge the man in question, being of a certain prerequisite in some people’s eyes.
After leaving the store I carried on my journey home; listening in the back ground I heard the man try to calm his female companion, “Please don’t be like that Samantha” In a gentle calming voice…essentially a different person, some would agree.
He was polite, and far from the standard “thug” that the majority of western minded, conditioned society would have us believe in.
Interesting story Merlin.
Thanks for telling of this and it reminds us there are juveniles who vote and can wield at whip all at once.
Another reminder to keep the safety goggles on wherever you go because in a pounce any bloke can be trounced upon.
Cheers Dr.F
Your comments are always valued my friend
O.T. Any word on the status of Vladek Filler?
Sometimes when I log in to this site and read the latest articles I am reminded why I have to mentally prepare myself for what may be beyond that last click of the mouse before the site opens.
This is one of those days.
“…there is no level playing field in sexual relationships. Women who have been raped have to deal with a male-dominated and biased justice system, a male-dominated and biased police force, and yes, even a male-dominated and biased student body…”
I just can’t fathom that someone wrote that, let alone actually believes it. Seriously – there must be another planet housing these people.
JFK: Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
Excellent article and discussion.
Of all our struggles, this is perhaps the most important.
Speaking personally, I’ve witnessed and been victimized by, the slide to soft tyranny for decades.
I’ve recently been made aware of an employment incident where guilt was declared (on three men) in public, with the guilty named. Trouble was, neither the accuser’s name nor the facts of the indictment were published. All that’s known is that “guilty men X, Y, and Z have been convicted for unpublishable reasons upon the complaint of an unknowable person, a female.”
Making it all more savory, the body of people receiving this news were supposed to have an ongoing work relationship with the convicted men.
The convicted men — get this — were prohibited from identifying their victimizer and from discussing details of their own convictions.
The process that determined this outcome was kept secret. The judges were not trained in law, but were known advocates of women against men. As you can see, this is the nightmare that Orwell wrote about (and Stalin enacted).
I’m afraid this is happening in every western democracy (not that I’m touting any alternative to western democracy!).
Perhaps there are 3 things we need to do. 1) Try to get male advocates for men’s rights elected to office. 2) Try to get specific law, perhaps amendments to constitutions, preambles to Legal Codes, etc., that name gender accusations specifically, as a non-reason for detouring around fair, open, and legal process. And 3) Launch massive funding campaigns to fight feminist fascism in courts, esp. Supreme Courts. We need a set of professional male advocates who are ready to do battle.
Man did you ever open a can of worms with points 2 and 3. Not that I think your wrong just that the bias towards men in those 2 areas is almost incalculable.
These 2 areas ( legislative and judicial ) have worshiped the ideology of mein kunpf
( Like mein kampf but with a vaginal twist to it ) for way too long.
For those here who suggest men avoid campuses with anti-male policies, get informed. Such places don’t exist anymore (perhaps the private church-run schools excepted ….)
Same goes for campuses where there ‘aren’t any Gender Studies’ programs. There aren’t any such places.
Also, Gender Studies don’t have to enroll masses of women into their maw anymore. GenStudies prejudices have oozed into all sorts of other curricula and into common academic practice. It’s so automatic that it’s a set of platitudes, one that thinking people don’t dare contest.
Furthermore, critically minded faculty are silenced. But more important, administrators and other auxilliary personnel are all cowering behind it. They are 100% cowardly, 100% corrupt. *
Reminder: There is no such thing as a fair and even playground for men.
* In 2005, Lawrence Summers, president of Harvard, posited a research question in public, having to do with in-born abilities based on gender. For doing so, a female academic accused him of ‘making her uncomfortable’. For having done so, Prof. Summers was chased out of Harvard.
Justicer,
Making women uncomfortable is practically illegal. I just went around campus today and informed male students about the total absense of due process at Brown University as well as the misandric and unconstitutional policy on sexual assault claims made here at MSU by women against men. I told them that our policy could be like that of Brown’s and they would not even know it as this information would be hidden from them. They did not know about our current anti-male unconstitutional policy, so why would they expect it to be any different if we drafted the same policy as Brown? They wouldn’t know about it. All we care about are women’s issues here.
Some guys admitted that this things are unfair but none would DARE think of saying so in front of a female collegue, a female student, or their girlfriends. Saying things that make women feel uncomfortable is forbidden, enforcable with the threat of social and career suicide for the male “offender.” Even as they cautiously agree that Brown’s policy is tyrannical, they are looking over their shoulders very conspicuously to ensure no one is listening.
If their girlfriends object to (and they undoubtedly do) criticisms of a policy of guilty even after proven innocent because an accusation from a female is the standard of proof then they are dealing with toxic women. Most women will verbally attack a male student with shaming language if he challenges even this policy.
You are correct about there being nowhere else for a male student to go. Nearly every college has gender studies and here at MSU the gender studies program is by and large the most visible and vocal of all programs on campus. This is an engineering, veterinary medicine, and agricultural school but we have CONSTANT women’s grievance rallies. The gender students are driving the bus around here.
I was approached 4 times today and asked to wear a white ribbon and take a pledge against men’s violence against women. I talked to these men about men’s issues and told them that I found their slogan “CALL TO ALL MEN (emphasis theirs)” to be hostile and an example of stereotyping male students. They just don’t get it. It is argued that this is not an example of stereotyping but it is undeniable that there is a constant outpouring of women’s issues and grievances here and none exist for men.
The men handing out white ribbons said that they did not know of any statistics on domestic violence and were only concerned with men’s violence against women. I told them that men are the overwhelming victims of violence and that women may commit up to 70% of domestic violence in every degree of severity including the use of deadly weapons. I told them that 29% of college women surveyed admitted to punching, kicking, or slapping their boyfriends even when no threat was perceived. These young men replied by saying that those types of violent acts are not what they are concerned with and that they were concerned with men’s violence against women.
I told them about primary aggressor laws that are causing men to go to jail for being involved in a domestic dispute, even if they never even raised a hand to defend themselves against a female attacker. I pointed out that these rallies they are conducting are instrumental in misinforming the public on the truth about DV and lead to such biased laws generated from the resulting histrionic public. To this, they smiled politely and said that they were concerned with men’s violence against women only and told me to have a good day.
I showed the card that they had given me to other male students. Some of them tried very hard to understand how I could possibly see something wrong with this event but never could. The men in college love women and love women’s programs. They love women so much that the male fraternities host dozens of programs such as this white ribbon program and “Appreciating Women.” Women are golden calfs around here. I am not saying this in a bitter way. I am just plainly and calmly stating the facts. I often ask these men who is protecting their rights and issues while they are spending all their time advocating for women. They smile politely to such questions, sometimes laugh, and say something like, “Well, women need our help. Thanks for stopping by our information table.”
Reaching these fine young upstanding college boys is hopeless. They wear their polos and khakis and advocate for more “rights” for women because they are so fine, upstanding, and politically correct. I don’t believe that this will ever change. The MRM can do a lot, but there is no hope for improving this element of male psychology. It is just too ingrained.
Nearly everyone is wearing a white ribbon.
There are not even any rallies being held that have nothing to do with either men or women. They are all about women. There are no other topics. No architectural exhibits, no girraff surgery exhibits (we did such a surgery here), no race car exibits made by the mechanical engineering students, no bridge building competitions, nothing. Only women’s grievance rallies. Even if the women’s grievance rallies were done in a healthy and inclusive way (which they are not) they are still hogging ALL the time, money, and resources for outdoor events and auditorium conferences. This is ALL that we hear about. I wonder how many engineering programs were cut to fund gender initiatives for women. The Aerospace Engineering school here is closing due to budget cuts. I see no budget cuts on the funding of feminist speakers and gender studies……..
What’s really going on here?
Ben
What I would tell those white ribbon losers is this.
“I will not wear a white ribbon. I will not take a pledge to not beat or rape women. I will not do this because I do not hit or rape women. You see, a pledge is taken by an individual to agree not to do something they would have done otherwise. Since I would never beat or rape women, taking a pledge not to do something that I would not do anyways, makes no sense.”
The whole point of this is to try to get men to indirectly admit to beating or raping women, even if they haven’t. A man who wears a ribbon is a wife beater or rapist who needs to take a pledge to not beat or rape, just like someone at alcoholics anonymous needs to take a pledge not to drink (but non-drinkers do not need to). If they said that men who wear the ribbon are against DV and rape, it would mean something completely different then if you were to wear a ribbon as a pledge not to commit DV or rape. You see, taking a pledge is something that only the guilty do to rally themselves to not re-offend. The collective subconscious will pick up on this and reinforce the idea of all men as rapists. When we see all the men wearing ribbons, our subconscious will equate that to a rapist taking a pledge not to rape, even if our conscious mind see something completely different. This will associate the number of men with ribbons to the number of men who commit DV or rape, thus maintaining the false image of men as wife beaters and rapists. And this can all be done without a single man ever committing the crime.
That is how I see it anyway. A male dehumanization campaign that doesn’t even address the issue of DV and rape against women, other then to use it as an excuse.
I completely agree. Also, they have stopped using the term “domestic violence” altogether on this campus. It is now known as, and I am quoting, “men’s violence against women.” I have the oath right in front of me:
Oath:
“I pledge to never commit, condone, or remain silent about men’s violence against women in all forms.”
This has nothing to do with curbing domestic violence; this is about dehumanization of men. I totally agree with you.
Ben,
re white rhetoric erm I mean ribbon campaign.
” Two Montreal “Take Back the Night” marchers (17 September) brandished placards proclaiming, “Dead Men Don’t Rape,” and “Dead Judges Don’t Rule.” Neither sponsoring feminist groups nor the media that reported the march offered any rebuke to those apparent incitements to murder. Had the words “men” or “judges” been replaced with epithets for homosexuals, Jews or Blacks, they would not have remained silent. Only a year ago, the sexual mutilation of a sleeping man was derided as laughable. However, ritual circumcision of girls enacted by mothers and female mutilators is accurately seen as a horror. ”

The possible start to the campaign looks like it comes from a Cdn.

One further thought when talking to men at your campus about the situation. I think the mention of the Catherine Kieu Becker incident would be useful.
The reason why I say this is because your currently in a atmosphere of men who besides their desire to educate themselves the next priority is most likely getting laid. When they are reminded of what happened and How it was laughed at on tv not so long ago it might just be the door opener on objective discussion.
Hope some of this helps
Extremely well said.
Ben – Be aware you’re preaching Atheism in Vatican Square. Academia is the church of Liberalism and by extension the exalting of woman. Actively trying to shove Red Pills down peoples throats should be done with utmost caution.
I hope you can handle yourself well physically, ’cause there’s gonna be a white knight brigade enlisted to hunt you down and beat the crap out of you.
That is why it is important to have a ‘posse’ of some kind. Like, witnesses with video capture devices.
The priority should be, to have at least a cell or cadre of some kind, on various campuses. Even just 3 or 4 people would be almost infinitely better than a lone operator.
I agree with Fidelbogen. Get yourself some video equipment stat. You are doing a great job!!! I don’t want to over dramatize but you need to watch your back. These people are diseased.
Everyone finds compelling the visual record.
Ben it’s true, can you get yourself a small cam to ride about with you on your travels ?
It may well be the most powerful weapon you have and it’s a beauty at that.
Get a pen camera that is inconspicuous and be careful.
Keyster,
I think you could add on one little bit to your analogy of preaching atheism,, the fact that he is doing it in the time of the crusades.
imho
Ben I think Keyster is giving some sage advice which is supported by science.
For every action there is an opposite reaction.
Keyster, I sometimes feel like Paul Newman in “Cool Hand Luke” during that boxing match. I keep fighting no matter what. See, I don’t even start it. I am approached on a daily basis by “awareness” efforts.
Fugg ‘em Ben.
You are bang right on the button here and when they stop trying to make you “aware” consider it great feedback that the message is spreading.
Cool Hand Luke! Cool movie!
This is what I was talking about when I said provoke physical aggression from them. Doesn’t matter if you can handle yourself or not……because you have no intention of retaliating physically……..you use their violence against them……via legal recourse. And yes….hidden spy cams and audio on your person. You make sure that you are the victim……..not the aggressor.
This is more-or-less the method which the political left uses. Call it “victim thuggery”. It’s highly effective, too!
Also carry a weapon if your state allows concealed carry.
Thank God things aren’t as horrible in my country yet, I wouldn’t know what to do if I had to study in such conditions.
Terrific post, Ben, so rich in detail!
You’re a local hero for not taking the blue pill.
What’s going on? A 25-year campaign to disenfranchise males and establish female supremacy. There’s nothing casual or unorganized about it.
I 100% endorse refusing the white ribbon. It’s sign of male humiliation, not female protection.
As to why the campus men put up with it, 3 things. First, they get brownie points from the cowed faculty for being female-defined males. Second, they are currying favor with feminist profs. Third, their girlfriends just love them for doing this. That’s assuming they’re heterosexual.
A couple of ideas.
- You need a group, a student special-interest club; a body of emerging resistance fighters. Does it exist yet? You should think of organizing a discussion group for Mens Rights, see who attends, pull together a mission statement, start documenting misandry on campus; start a reading club to study anti-male trends, esp. in epistemology; start tracking the local Ethics Review Board for PC bias; bone up on our Western traditions of civil rights; start intervening in local cases of male victimization; fight feminist myth with history and science.
- You may have to fight the misandric authorities, e.g., the students’ association, for the right to set up, and certainly, for the right to publish your views. This can be an excellent launching pad for a rights group. See if there’s any honest, old-fashioned, Modernist prof on campus who will become your mentor.
- There are some national organizations. The National Association of Scholars has local chapters in every major college town. NAS is a bit too close to the Republicans for me to relate to it; however, it’s a good place to start. link: http://www.nas.org/
The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) is the student group loosely connected to NAS. But I suspect you know of these organizations already.
In solidarity!
“Third, their girlfriends just love them for doing this. That’s assuming they’re heterosexual.”
Or. . . (drumroll) . . .assuming they bother to have girlfriends at all.
If they don’t, then they are free to pursue “alternative politics”. . .
Eh?
Well, it’s a free-fire zone in the middle of a minefield, eh?
Thank heavens for cheap porn. :>)
Thank you for this information. I have been trying get other men involved for several months. So far, I have zero interested males. In fact, I have zero who have even gotten off the fence of indifferent neutrality. Except for maybe one guy. He is undecided but leans in our favor somewhat.
There are also many who watch my videos for laughs. But, that is okay. In fact, it is what I want. They can make fun of me. That is fine. I will make myself a target of ridicule if it will help disenfranchized men and this movement. If they show their friends in order to laugh at me, a few of them may take the red pill. Some of those laughing may be slowly waking up as well.
The roughest part is that they show their girlfriends. College girls that I have never met, who otherwise would NEVER in 1000 years EVER talk to me, ask if I am that guy who hates women on YouTube and wants to abolish breast cancer awareness month on campus. I don’t answer their questions directly. I tell them that I am part of a growing world wide movement that is not based on hatred. I continually mention that this movement has hundreds of active members and I am new at it. This usually dissolves their personal attacks. They think that I am just the messenger, then. I tell them that I love women but hate what is going on with gender today, without being specific, and allude to the growing size of the MRM. If they ask me any questions, I just say, “I don’t answer those questions but here is some information on our movement” and give them a flier.
That sound entirely reasonable.
Male-rights apathy is appalling, but varies from campus to campus. Most students are not going to be interested in politics until a friend drags them to an event or a controversy awakens them to reality.
But you have to start somewhere. In my (over-long) experience, a guest speaker with fire on his breath (no pun intended) is a good magnet. If you can’t find some brave author (search those articles and reading lists at NAS site), I’d vote for starting with Ann Coulter speaking on the Search for Balls in an Androgynous Group-Hug.
Good manners like that is so frustratingly disarming for them, they’d hate it at times.
You’re doing great things Ben and we are all listening verrry closely at that.
“Reaching these fine young upstanding college boys is hopeless…I don’t believe that this will ever change.”
They are still young and inexperienced in life. Give them a few years of being married to, living with and working with those women they are defending. Many of them may very well wind up to be MRAs now that you have at least introduced them to the MM. Years from now, they may think back on that one guy in college who they should have taken the time to listen to.
It’s sad that so many men have to be destroyed by the feminist governance before they wake up, but with the worse things get, the more ferocious the backlash will one day be. I may be deluding myself in believing that, but I refuse to give up on men just yet.
“I don’t believe that this will ever change. The MRM can do a lot, but there is no hope for improving this element of male psychology. It is just too ingrained.”
You cannot change those particular individuals. At least not directly and frontally. But with enough determination it should be possible to recruit a few stalwarts. (Some knowledge of the various cliques and ‘scenes’ will help in knowing where the most likely candidates may be found.) The next step is to start spreading information — not merely to “inform”, but to raise questions and raise the profile of the issues.
It is called “breaking the silence”, and it doesn’t take great numbers to do this, only organization and clever ideas. Oh, and the correct master-stroke at the correct moment.
The purpose of breaking the silence is to generate polarization. Polarization is good because it makes things MOVE; because it breaks the death-lock of sclerosis; because it clears a space and releases energy which then becomes available for change. Generally, polarization is the only way to make such things happen.
As our operations grow more sophisticated, it will become possible to “call in an artillery strike” via cyberspace tactics, in order to bring heat, pressure and attention to a particular scenario.
So far, I am only in the “informing” stage. I have not polarized my listeners yet. That will take more practice. I guess. I am sending JtOs letter he wrote for me out tomorrow and going to write that oath to not wear the white ribbon this weekend after my test Friday. I don’t really know how to start a blog but I will get somebody to help me with that this weekend. I broke my FTSU knob off in the wide open position. I am out for a whole week next week. FTSU at MSU will be nearby……
Anything of great substance requires a longer runway to take off as it were.
This is part of the process and there’s no way you cannot get what you want as far as instigating debate.
Debate in the arena you’re in will surely oust the more poorly behaved sorts. When they lose their cools and wave their tear stained fists about you’ll come up the proverbial thornless rose.
In this dare I say I envy you on the sights and future memories you’ll get from all this.
You can’t buy those anywhere mate.
“I don’t really know how to start a blog..”
Not much to it. Just go to Blogger, follow the steps, and you’ll have a blog within 5 minutes.
Well okay, so that’s the easy part…heh, heh!
“I don’t really know how to start a blog..”
Search for it on Youtube, there are a lot of great instructional videos.
Love the artillery strike suggestion.
However, there need to be some forward observers to call in the strike, some arty aimers who know how to lay cannon with pin point accuracy, some loaders who can load and fire rapidly on command, some commanders to call the shots, some cannon that shoot straight, far and fast, and some infantry to protect the arty and some cannon shells that are armor piercing or proximity fused to get the job done. In short, a sophisticated integral system organized to focus on the highest value enemy assets.
What the MRM does so far seems to resemble the Mad Max warfare in the Libyan conflict. Lots of people (including me from time to time) firing away madly/wildly with little coordinated discipline and no central command. That kind of romantic nonsense tends to reduce the odds of success and greatly increase the casualty count for those ballsy but foolhardly people ‘who bring heat, pressure, and attention to a particular scenario’.
“What’s really going on here?”
Aerospace Engineering must cost quite a lot. The equipment is expensive and the expertise to teach it is rare. In real-world aerospace engineering, the consequences of getting it wrong are severe.
Gender studies is cheap. It needs no special equipment and all you need to teach it is someone with a big mouth and a lot of bigotry. That’s not rare.
Both bring in fee paying students. Both sets of students get degrees.
Which set do you think the rational university administrator would favor?
Yeesus McCarthy McGod. Aeronautical engineering? Something on the order of 75% of all my flying was done in a fabric-covered airplane with a Clark-Y airfoil – same as the airfoil used by Ryan Aircraft Company when they designed Lindbergh’s Spirit Of St. Louis.
That any university would abandon Aeronautical Engineering – or any other hard STEM course – is simply criminal. It’s the STEM graduates that we need to try and invent the stuff that America can use to dig itself out of its current shit-pile status.
I better get the new portholes installed in Halcyon, get the new sails, change all my money into silver & gold, and get thoroughly ready to sail beyond the sunset.
“Both bring in fee paying students. Both sets of students get degrees. Which set do you think the rational university administrator would favor?”
You’ve obviously have never witnessed the reaction of any University even hinting that it might scale back women’s and/or ethnic studies. Campus protests, media coverage, etc….is what the rational administrator is scared shitless of.
You won’t see nerds out raging about cutting back any useful programs.
You ask what’s going on here?
This comment maybe of topic, but anyway,
from what I’m gathering, by watching news, reading the internet etc etc….. This is Political Correctness gone mad! All this: ignoring mens rights, catering only certain people of a certain gender, religion, race etc etc….. Is all prelude of something very big to come, and this is not only restricted to the West, but I see it happening elsewhere also: Middle East, Asia and the East, i.e, it’s global!
I’m sorry for sounding like a tin foil hat conspiracy theorist, but that’s what I really think, it’s going to affect us all, no matter where in this world You live.
Ben,
Some of what your dealing with is the development of a skill set. A skill set Fidelbogen refers to as rhetorical discipline. I’ve adopted the position that Fidelbogen has, non-feminist. Once you get people past the idea that one can be humanist, egalitarian and support equal opportunity, and accountability, without having to exclusively support feminism, they tend to cool down a bit.
Next move politely into asking them questions. Ones that get them to explain more of their conflicting stance to you. Once they begin to experience cognitive dissonance, your impact with will grow.
The MRM/MRA has long held that men are a major part of the problem. Younger men especially so, with those raging hormones; deeper still, you are struck with the “Women Are Wonderful” effect (Eagly & Mladinic).
This white ribbon campaign is nothing more than a rehash of the white feather suffragists. Feminism is arguably founded on shaming tactics. What makes this so bad, is that they are doing it in Movember. Make that point during this month!
The discipline gets easier and more rewarding in time. I’ve been asserting these things for over 20 years. It wasn’t until AVFM, Fidelbogen (et. al.) ramped up the pressure in the last few years that my education and support group, enabled me to really hold my ground well; without coming of as crazy or bitter. Though I still hear that from time to time, it just reminds me, the job is not done yet!
Your presentation is improving and you don’t have that streak of bitterness… yet, ha!

Ben – Awhile back, you posted a disclaimer, of sorts, in which you said you meant no disrespect to “Harvard grads” of their Alma Mater.
Ben, Harvard nor her Ivy League “sisters”, nor their poorer relatives – like, obviously from your reporting, MSU – show the slightest respect for your kind, i.e. male students: when, in reality, Harvard is not fit to wipe the chalkdust off the graduation gowns of young men like yourself.
Coincidentally, JTO: My wife and I were playing a kind of trivial pursuit at a restaurant earlier this week, trying to name the Ivy League schools, and I think, technically, Brown is not one of the Seven Shitheads – I mean Sisters. Get it right, you uneducated peasant, get it right!
White Ribbon is Canadian. It would be interesting to find out if it was created from the French part of Canada or the White part.
This is simply one more reason why no social contract binding upon men exists any longer.
It is a long list already, and it keeps on growing.
It is not simply the old “patriarchal” compact specifically between men and women which has been annulled — although that is certainly part of it.
No, I am talking about the entire social covenant which binds our civilization together at ANY level whatsoever.
The legitimacy of the state itself is forfeit, and under THAT scenario, there can be no social contract other than the ad hoc ones individuals may conclude amongst themselves privately.
The present state order has NO moral legitimacy, and the only force that can legitimately regulate my behavior is a moral law within myself.
The state has only the power to coerce, through violence.
Political obligation is dead.
Welcome to the Hobbesian state of nature.
It’s a comin’ !

Serious crimes should be investigated by the police, and tried by the courts. Educational establishments should have no role in setting up kafkaesque Star Chambers. What sheer bloody impertinence!
Instead of “She fears you!” presentations, boys should be getting “She falsely accuses you!” presentations, before they apply for further education.
I’d like to think that their policy will cause no young men to go there. But I’m sure there will be plenty of chivalrous white knights supplying the wood chipper for years to come.
Ben,
I’ve checked NAS’s site. They specialise in the defense of traditional, academic freedom (for profs and students); merit-based school admission; and intellectual diversity and pluralism, both in faculty hiring and in curricula. Strangely, they don’t tend to focus on feminism, which, in my view,is the agent for the general decline in every value they defend (and also the decline in academic rigor).
They did holler and scream when Larry Summers was lynched by feminism at Harvard. Also, they understand where misandry comes from. Here’s an interesting article they did in 2010:
http://www.nas.org/polArticles.cfm?doc_id=1161
The link to the quote, does not contain the statement which is the basis of this article.
However, my impression is that the quote came from either an editor at the Brown Herald or a letter to the editor.
That would be a far cry from official school policy. Also, after having given a quick once over on this case, Im not so sure what happened. I understand that a young man was accused of a crime he denied commiting, the university offered him a way out and he took it.
This may be a case of injustice, on the other hand, it may also be a case where a mess was put aside.
I was just coming over to state this. Thanks lionstorm. While I agree the person who wrote the op/ed is a bit misguided, he is spot on, with the fact that the woman will be believed.
Should that be the case? No. Neither side should be automatically believed. The police (and only the police), should conduct an investigation, and the truth, whatever it is determined to be, should take precendence. Anything else means our judicial system is a joke (I know….I know).
I wonder if at some point smart people are going to bypass universities. A historical parallel that occurs to me is the “dissenting academies” set up in Britain as an alternative to university for young people who weren’t members of the established Church of England.
Universities like Oxford and Cambridge required religious oaths that were inconsistent with many peoples’ consciences; they had become finishing schools and social clubs for privileged youths instead of venues for serious learning; and the learning that took place was often of an ivory tower style that ignored the industrial revolution taking place outside the gates.
The best of the dissenting academies threw out the distraction, ceremony, and pretentiousness of the universities and offered an academically rigorous technical and scientific education that prepared their students well for the world of work.
Ben
From Ghandi:
“First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.”
They’re laughing now. Sooner or later (assuming free speech is allowed) and assuming you crank up the volume, they will begin to fight. You’ll probably see one ‘alpha’ white knight in front of the gang of goons/girls who come for you. Knock the ‘alpha’ on nose with your best shots. He will back away and enlist his fellow (and occasionally sister) goons to try to destroy you. Knock them down or bloody them as rapidly as possible. (They’ll be easier one on one than the ‘alpha’ but harder to handle as a gang.) The alpha may come back in for more from time to time. Be sure you pop him first and foremost every time he comes back in because his buddies will be looking to him for courage. Also be sure to connect the alpha to his gang and vice versa. Sooner or later things will die down assuming you stay serious and shoot straight. Then just as you begin lose hope that there are any sane guys in the whole world, ONE person will lose his fear (thanks to observing you) and jump into support you. Then you WIN.
Ben
Also count on the College Conspiracy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpZtX32sKVE) to collapse pretty soon. US students currently hold $1 trillion in student aid debt for worthless or soon to be worthless degree papers. As soon as this bubble collapses you can be sure your fellow students won’t be laughing, nor will women be enrolling in stupid programs like Women’s Studies. In fact, women will probably be going back to the (tried but utterly false) Mrs. degree in droves.
Oh my god that video is excellent. It says everything I knew about, but couldn’t explain properly! Time to show the folks that I’m not just a college failure and that its not my fault.
Yes, indeed. ‘Failing’ in today’s colleges is no less an honor than being censored by feminists or feminist flunkies.
Sorry just making this clear, its not that I failed any courses. That’s not the case. I graduated with my Major Diploma, its just that I am having trouble finding a career. I’m unable to find work, employers simply do not care about your diplomas. They want real life experience.. something I missed out on for 4+ years while in school.
Primal and DarkByke, interesting comments.
Couple of points from a battered ex-professor.
-Cost of textbooks. This is not a planned rip-off by college bookstores. The model for commercial publishing of college texts has collapsed, in a self-destructive cycle, where the re-sale market was allowed to undercut the original texts, thereby allowing re-sale to halt the income derived from publishing in the first place. In other words, publishers can’t plan the recovery of costs over longer lifespans; they have to demand it up-front, and the system makes it happen. Bookstores’ hands are tied. They have to offer you 10% of a new book’s value as a trade-in; otherwise, no books at all will be published and sold. New-media alternatives, and derivatives, and royalty arrangements are all competing with each other. The cost of college texts is a symptom of a culture shift. The occasional professor profits by flogging useless, costly text books; in the main, though, professors are embarrassed to have to list these texts and force students to pay for them. They do it in order to get their courses accredited by accrediting bodies and transfer authorities. Also, profs are less and less able to simply do off-copies of text materials for a variety of reasons related to the above collapse of the publishing model.
With regard to Womyns Studies as a viable program of academic work, things are never as simple as they seem. The only thing that will kill this cancer is de-certification of the so-called discipline. As long as academic feminism is allowed into the body of transferable, creditable electives, students will continue to enrol in them (womyn students, not males). These courses will allow them to ‘explore their feelings’ while ‘empowering them as women’ while bumping up their grades. These course are interpretive and are caricatures of critical thinking. They are an attractive alternative to the “hard” and scientific studies.
Only when employers and outside scholars sneer at Womyns Studies on a transcript will it begin to disappear.
Remember, all of college is composed of one part, “hard discipline” studies, and one part general education. Both the general and the disciplinary parts have been infected by feminism, but the general is massively corruptible and will continue to be corrupted.
I have no problems with the Professors. They are my source of learning and inspiration, people that I look up to with respect.
I have a problem with the system, that’s all. They are simply people doing their job to get by in life.
Want to share one more thing.
Terrific article in the NYReview of Books, (p. 38, Nov. 24 issue) targetting the academic decline of the US college/university sytems.
Relevant to us men is this:
[according to national test data] “…[a]t a time when libraries and classrooms … are being reconfigured to promote trendy forms of collaborative learning, students who spent the most time studying on their own [my emphasis] outperformed those who worked mostly with others.”
Comment:
‘Collaborative’ learning is the much-touted approach to learning that is not only trendy, but emphasized by many institutions. Collaborative learning is where students don’t do the research themselves, plan their work themselves, and solve problems themselves. They work with other students, and the solutions are rarely self-generated.
This habit will come in handy later in life, when they are in the workplace; however, for students who need to develop intellectual powers, and to build a base of knowledge, it can be fatal.
In many institutions, non-tenured faculty are given bonus points in evaluation,if they adopt this ‘collaborative’ technique for their classes.
Here’s our point. WOMEN students tend to work collaboratively, while men tend to work solo and to even want to solve their own problems.
I have witnessed a classroom of 30 women students and 5 males. Ten of the 30 were helping the 2 best-looking males do their work, to the point where the men’s work was not original. I mean that literally: there were 5 girls hovering over each boy. In the end, the 2 good-looking guys received the lowest marks on the final exam. Guess why.
Many in education will simply describe this as ‘pedagogical theory’ that’s just a trend. It isn’t. It’s the morphing of a male-derived learning culture, based on male discipline and wisdom, into a female one, largely on the urging of feminism, to the detriment of all students.
Justicer:
Thanks for having been battered. That means you were worth something. I hope you won some big battles before you left or retired or whatever.
Interesting points about textbooks. The system is always responsible for 90% of the behavior within the system. It’s terrifying to see so many of our essential systems collapsing.
As for Women’s Studies I couldn’t agree more. The sneering is already happening but so far seems to be suppressed. Tom Martin’s legal battle at LSE also holds promise. Were I CIC of the MRM, I’d focus first and foremost on the source of the estrogen sewer.
Interesting that David Clemens at Monterey Peninsula College had to battle the bigots to have his legitimate Literature for and about Men course certified while illegitimate Women’s Studies ‘disciplines’ are certified as a matter of course everywhere. I’ve always been shocked that most other males within academe have been largely silent on the Women’s Studies travesty. IMO we need some male versions of Camille Paglia, Daphne Patai, Ellen Klien, or Christina Hoff Sommers. Sommer’s speaks scornfully about the fainthearted men in academe in Who Stole Feminism. That’s why we are in the predicament we are in.
Yeah, I was an implacable critic of the trends and made a few dents in them. I retired in the face of massive professional corruption: lowering of standards, creeping dishonesty, utter cowardice at the top.
Thanks for your note.
In fact, 20 years ago, a serious reaction to the coining of Womyns Studies did take place, a sort of immune response. Academics said, WTF is this crap, where is the research, etc. etc. But they were overruled; academic feminism was first given a sandbox to play in; then, like some alien lifeform, morphed its tentacles, clasped other disciplines, and was declared Beyond Scrutiny.
Edit: And don’t forget the trend called Scholasticism. This is the massive over-specialization that’s swamped academic work, particularly in Humanities. This has led to many people basically burying their heads in academic sand.
Got to see this happen when I was in grad-school to a guy on the gymnastics team. The girl – a groupie who had been seeing another guy on the team – who wasn’t there during a weekend of a party later accused a guy (who wasn’t her BF) at the party of rape. No one really noticed her other than that she was hanging on this guy early during the night – then was gone. Later that night she’s back and hanging all over the guy. Three days later we hear he’s been arrested for rape, and the cops are interviewing people. She said he had raped her when they were “gone”. Well, anyone at the party knew it was BS based on her behavior and history – and told the cops that fact.
Unfortunately the guy was on a gymnastics scholarship, and couldn’t make bail after he was arrested. Since he was accused of rape, he lost his scholarship, sat in jail for six months waiting for trial, and lost his chance at making the US Olympic team, all before it came to trial and was thrown out. I was called to testify since I don’t drink – usually – and said she was tongue kissing the guy and feeling him up on the couch after the supposed rape.
So during the trial we learned why she was doing this.Turned out her BF had gone out of town as his father had had a heart attack without telling the girl. So to get even with him she had had sex with the other guy. Of course, when she found out her BF wasn’t blowing her off – she dreamed up the “he raped me” non-sense to cover her butt.
Now, everyone knew it was BS, everyone gave statements to that effect, and yet he was arrested and bail was set as several hundred thousand dollars – which he didn’t have. So for doing nothing, this guy lost his education, several months of his life, and his shot at the Olympics team – all because of the word of a groupie.
Having seen that, I always made sure that during office-hours the door to my office was always open, and others were in the office. If others weren’t in the office to be able to see everything that occurred – I cancelled office hours since I didn’t need that type of hassle. It was eye-opening that the truth didn’t matter – her word was taken as true till it was thrown out by a jury since everyone testified to what they saw, what she said, and how she behaved. At least sanity prevailed among the jurists.
I actually asked the cops why they arrested him, since it was obvious that she was lying. He said that when a woman accuses a man of rape, they have to treat it as if it is fact, till it goes to trial. I was stunned. A guy on the football team had shot another guy in the chest, and he was out on his own recognizance, but this poor gymnastic schmuck chose the wrong piece of tail that weekend and it ruined his life.
Ok, I guess I can release these tidbits.
I’ve had 2-3 female students, in the past 15 years, pull the ‘harassment’ charge on me as vendettas. So I know whereof we speak. There was no overtone of “sexual harassment,” just “male harassment.”
The first was a woman who was asked to “make an appointment to see me.” The request to make the appointment was done in full view of the class. The reasons: suspected plagiarism. The female, knowing that the jig was up, staged a scene, where she howled at me and stormed out. She later filed a “complaint” that I’d made her “uncomfortable” in class. The Admin. accredited this garbage without a peep.
For months, she refused to appear at hearings where her own charges would be heard. Still, the Admin. would not throw them out. Finally I insisted that she be ordered to appear.
At that hearing, she once again failed to appear. I said, “If there is no witness to testify to an offence committed against herself, why are we hearing this?” A member of the Students’ Association said, “Oh, I’ll take the complainant’s place!”* Once again, the Admin. refused to throw the complaint out, and we held a surreal hearing, with the SA rep improvising sophistry & ‘evidence’ on the basis of “what male teachers often do,” and where I was finally able to expose the female as a crook. All this took 8 months to resolve, to my satisfaction.
I have 4 more stories like that to tell — some other time. Some of them involve even worse lies.
We must consider purchasing Devils Island from France, and building a University of Feminism there, the better to cater to such women and insulate humanity from madness. —————————————- * The SA had 2 ex-officio (automatic) members on the “jury” and both were there to automatically support the complainant as a political act. That, too, is feminism in action.
Justicer
Sorry for your troubles.
Still WTF?????
Complaint filed, numerous requests for complainant to attend a hearing which is replied via a no show. Then a S.A. steps in to do a proxy complaint for the plagiarizing lazy student?
If the student already knew the facts of her case were an outright lie, and by her action of not attending illustrates this then shouldn’t the facility just said ok we’re done with this sorry to have put you through this Mr. Justicer. We will be taking action against her for filing a false complaint.
I know what is wrong with my line of thinking, it uses common sense which I believe was legislated out of school round about the same time affirmative action and feminine studies planted its evil weed root through out our nations.
Exactly, Dan, exactly.
We all knew what was happening: the faux-complainant was afraid to show up because she was going to be cross-examined.
Cross-examination, what a concept, it’s sooo patriarchal.
The accusation was a drive-by assault and key to the assault was cowardice. The Admin. was prepared to tolerate that. Oh, and guess what, this was not the only occurrence of it — it happened twice again during my career.
I hope an unbiased psychologist is reading this and gets inspired to study the whole thing.
Justicer,
You mean someone like Psychologist John Archer. ( Former President of the I.S.R.A. )
“Psychologist John Archer, president of the International Society for Research on Aggression, claims that women are more likely to dish out domestic violence. He added: “The more freedom they get, the more violent they tend to become.”2 SUNDAY MAIL April 18 2004 written by Donna White ”

Dr. Donald Dutton out of U of B.C. might be another good candidate.
They are out there but from what I have read (and I wish I could cite where I read it ) the studies on women being as bad are silenced and or sent back for an edit with the threat of funding cuts if the reports don’t tow the male bashing party line.
Dan, as I’ve posted elsewhere, it’s called a Research Ethics Review Board. As you know, that’s the PC screen that catches discomfiting research and stops it.
Originally set up to protect subjects from invasive medical experimentation, they have now metastasized, and are applying politics as a criterion of research. It’s not only about funding, it’s about the right to do the research in the first place.
In some universities, they will require that the applicant (for clearance) stipulate how the research will produce “positive social results.” As if knowledge itself weren’t a positive social result. They, of course, are the ones who judge “positive” from “negative.” Insight into female depravity would definitely be called “negative.”
This is ongoing sovietization of university life and academic feminism is the accelerator.
justicer ,
won’t let reply to your post so will do here.
Thanks for refreshing my memory.
I knew there was a name for it ( research ethics review board )
Yeah, REB corruption is spreading, particularly in fields such as poli-sci and literary crit.
I have listened to academics argue they should be able to apply a filter to research application, a value-system that biases funding towards studies that flatter their worldview. Mostly, though, it does the opposite: prevents research from happening if it might debunk the sacred beliefs of social engineers and feminists.
To all who responded to me,
I have read each of your replies. Outstanding information! I have a test tomorrow. I will check all of your provided links after that. Your feedback is very important to me.
I have a whole backpack full of pictures and have some
videos about this coming this weekend and next week. I am calling the campus feminist propaganda artists down from their ivory towers. My channel will be anonymous from this point forward.
JtO, your letter you were kind enough to craft for me is now on over a dozen bulletin boards and in the outside-of-door boxes of numerous professors here at MSU. I do not have a secure enough internet proxy as of yet to send it to the dean electronically. But it is in route via registered mail to the President and VP of MSU.
Geese Ben you’re a damned good MRA.
Thanks but am just getting started and am only as good as my fellow MRAs. Without you visionaries, I would not have built this arsenal.
I screwed up, in a way. Sitting here reading my stack of JtO letters for my backpack tomorrow, I noticed that the word “offenses” is spelled “offences.” This is a dead give-away of the fact that a British or Canadian writer wrote this. They will know that I am either an exchange student or had help writing this. Most likely they will assume the latter as the mechanics of the letter are a bit skillful and artful for an average undergrad student here.
It just does not matter about the spelling here’s why:
If they focus on the way something is said more so than what is said, the content and intent, then they’ll be exposing their flim-flam position.
They just wouldn’t dare because they also know you’d tell them exactly that.
You’re good to go Ben and we’re watching.
Ben,
Would it be so bad for the administrators to conclude you had help with the letter?
If they assume you had help doesn’t that bode well for you in that they will realize they are not dealing with a single student?
Good luck with the test.
No, that would not be a bad thing. I think it is a good thing in may ways, including those of which you describe. But I didn’t catch it beforehand and telegraphed a message that I did not intend. That oversight could have been enough to wreak havoc had it not been so harmless in this case. I have to be more careful in the future. Although it worked out okay this time, I still left a clue of which I did not intend. If they see the British spelling convention, they will know to search the internet for my identity. But it’s fine.
“Good luck with the test.” Thank you!
You go, Brother Ben!
I continue to marvel at Ben’s activism!!!
Wish I were half the activist he is.
I am learning from him though.
Good luck Ben. YOU DA MAN!!!!!

Note: Because this was in the subscription section of the paper, later report “Not Guilty” could not be copied.
Also, even though the defendant had been hanging in the tenderhook for two years, they did not release the woman’s name.
Someone needs to make a stand before we have no rights left.
