AVFM News and Activism: FLAIR Revisited

Tonight we will be talking to Catherine Gibson and Gordon Smith of Family Law Advocates Initiating Reform.

The Case of Gordon Smith, a man arrested 7 times on 9 false allegations by his ex-wife,  has been heating up in Delaware over the last couple of months, and we want to sit down and go into more detail into the apathetic police department, the potential for corrupt officials, and talk about the “second set of books”, that is currently being used against Gordon in an attempt to railroad him into the loss of his children and his liberty.

This case is a hum-dinger, fraught with numerous false reports filed by an ex-wife, an ex-wife who has yet to see any charges stemming from false allegations of abuse, even with solid evidence of such.

We want everyone to tune in tonight as we tackle the issues surrounding the Gordon Smith case, and the atmosphere of judicial system in Delaware, home of the author of VAWA, Vice-President Joe Biden.  We will be taking calls later, and we also intend to have a special Stickcam tonight devoted to the topic material of tonight’s show and what we can do about it.

    Awesome, can’t wait for it!

  • Kimski

Can’t help wondering, how many thousands of cases like this, that goes on under the radar every year. Not even sure I want to know, if you catch my drift.

    I’ll be there.

  • Iron John

As some of you may know, GWW did a video about Mr. Smith recently. I add it here as further background for those not yet familiar with his case and how truly serious it is:

  • Raven01

Will there be calls to the involved PD’s and DA’s offices?
I’d love to hear the excuses.

    • Paul Elam

You better believe it. We are in the planning stages now.

    OT and HEADS UP:

The Mary Kellett hearing for disbarment has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.

Can it be that fear of a stink (read FTSU from AVfM) has caused them to make sure the hearing is not held while he is in custody?

    • Iron John

Great news! I know this is probably a dumb question, but I’ll ask it anyway: Do we know for a fact that Mr. Filler currently serving his sentence? Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought that it did not start until the end of the month, when the Kellet hearing was supposed to happen?

      • Paul Elam

That is correct. He is not in jail at this time. His incarceration was scheduled to coincide with the hearing, but now they have thrown a wrench into those gears by rescheduling.

Looks like someone at the bar, or even higher up, is listening.

          Great news. Great work AVfM

  • Skeptic

    Great work folks.
I am impressed you’re again running with the idea of highlighting specific cases as they show up unethical misandric principles which we MRAs know all to well are rampant. That sends a very important message. FTSU!

    OT Newsflash

It appears an MRA in Vancouver has been attacked by two women while putting up posters.

More details to come. JtO is en route to the scene.

    • Iron John

Oh no! That’s terrible! Who was it? Were they hurt badly? Are the police involved?

      • Paul Elam

Glad to say no one hurt. John is working on the write up now. We will have it up by tomorrow.

        • Iron John

That is a relief. Thank you for the update.

    • http://mrathunderinthehammer.blogspot.com/ Dannyboy

Thanks for letting us know about this Paul.
Hope the MRA is doing alright and it wasn’t to serious.

And the femmies would have us believe that only men are violent.

I am sure putting up posters is such a violent act.
It must have been the message.
It is always a violent message pointing out how a certain demographic of society ( males) is having their basic human rights ignored.

My first question after inquiring if our brother in Vancouver is alright, is “Did they catch and charge those criminals?”

There better not be a pussy pass handed down from the legal system out west.
      This shit is simply unacceptable.

    • Kimski

      Not surprised.
It was just a matter of time, before what has been happening over here, every single time someone tries to put the focus on mens situation, would happen again somewhere else.

These feminist bitches are like hyenas in packs, whenever their bigotry is being questioned. And like hyenas they will go for your genitals first. Forget the notion about women generally not being violent. They are. You just need to push the right buttons, and this subject is one of the BIG red ones.

      • Turbo

Yes Kimski, and not just one of the big red ones, THE BIG red one. Human rights for men and children equals exposing the Feminists and their privileged position in society, and they do not like it, and we LOVE that they do not like it.

Roll on brothers and sisters at AVfM

  • http://www.avoiceformen.com Dr. F

    Well well well,

I am relieved to know that nobody has been hurt.

It seems the posters are the ticket then doesn’t it ? Put them up and their hands turn to fists then hammers.

It’s a dreadful thing that this needs to be part of the process. What shame these violent people bring themselves, and how foolish it is for them to not realise they are helping the demise of their very own hating ideology.

They say we are violent and we are not, while at the the same time they speak of abhorring violence and this is what they are turning to.

Come back soon JTO. We are watching this space very very closely you better believe it.

  • Introspectre

To John, Jack, and everyone fighting the good fight in Vancouver, incredible work! To those, (like the woman who came out to support you), thank you.

I’ve always suspected, that the claims of violence leveled at men, was a projection of the feminists true natures and when confronted directly, they demonstrate this quite effectively.

They are the only ones silencing free speech, denying truth and using coercion, hostility, lies and violence, not us. To prevent a human rights movement, who’s time has come.

I hope the police, (and courts), are starting to recognize, the dangerous, order destabilizing presence, that feminists represent. I hope they are becoming aware of the codex of lies, that have been inculcated into their training; due to excessive feminist influence.

If one takes a citizen’s legal rights seriously, then one would have to conclude, that the actions of Feminism in the legal system, (and elsewhere), is in violation of all principles of human and civil rights. And by virtue of the harm and damage they cause, to the civil standing of men and boys; should be deemed criminal.

    • Turbo

      Very nicely stated Introspectre.

I listened with fascinated horror at the lack of justice in the court system for a man who is trying his best – I remember in the last interview Gordon Smith being quite positive that things had settled down with his ex, yet she continues to screw him over.
If the family court system was really just, they would be asking the question: what is best for the children?
Having a mother whose grasp on reality is so tenuous certainly wouldn’t be IMHO
