For tonight, blue pill listeners with think that both JtO and Paul have contracted with the Stetson Company, who has produced an AVfM Special Edition 10 Gallon tin foil hat that they will both be wearing during the broadcast. This stuff is that “out there.” Also, however, it is all 100% true.
Some facts to consider before listening:
- More people are incarcerated in the United States than any other industrialized nation.
- Most of those imprisoned are for non-violent crimes, such as drug offenses and failure to pay child support.
- Congress is currently engaged in turning over the penal system to private contractors.
- Those private contractors are subletting the labor produced by those incarcerated to other corporate entities.
Add to the mix that we are now undergoing a massive expansion of what is considered criminal conduct in men, from having sex with an intoxicated woman to simply asking for sex and getting it, and you have a prescription for as much tyranny we have ever seen in American history outside of Jim Crow.
Other countries are following suit. Australia, Sweden and India have all begun adopting laws that ultimately undermine any notion of civil rights for men and could well land men in prison, committing crimes that no civilized society has ever considered unlawful.

Do you mean to tell me that not only are the government and corporations conspiring to imprison as many men as possible, but that they’re also having laws specific to men, such as sexual assault, redefined to make it all that much easier???
And that these men will be used as Slave Labor for corporations to churn out consumer goods and services for the Femocracy???
All this, and then there’s the RadFem Hub who’ll help to eradicate those males they can’t imprison???
I’ll be staying in my safe room tonight with loaded gun at my side.
Corporations win with cheap labour and governments “win” with a population afraid to challenge their ever expanding powers lest they be imprisoned for it.
I love the turn of events here. I have been kicking around the idea of starting a Social Justice site when I am done school. Everything would be fair game but with the game rigged versus men so much they would have to be the meat and potatoes of such a site. I’d also have the added bonus of ripping socialists a new one with logic fairly often.
If only fear was the problem.
It’s pure APATHY that you’re fighting to overcome. Only about a third of Americans exercise their privilage to vote. About 80% of all Americans are so disconnected from politics (and by extension social movements like feminism), that they don’t even know who the Speaker of the House is or what he even does, they don’t know what a Secretary of State does or who she is…they do know that Obama sang an Al Green song because THAT was all over the news. If they’re older than 40, they might even know who Gloria Steinem was, that she was a crusader for women’s rights in the 70′s, something called a “feminist”.
Probably 99% of the US population has no idea a Men’s Movement even exists, nor do they care. Getting Americans to engage in America, other than it’s entertainment, gossip and sports is the challenge.
We are a nation so utterly self-absorbed with our own little day to day problems, in our own little lives, that nothing really matters unless it effects us directly in a fashion that smacks us up side the head.
Until then all we are here are Social Commentators trying to get someone, anyone, to listen.
“People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals” or PETA gets an order of magnitude more money and media attention than men, boys and fathers. There’s no compassion for men, because they don’t want it.
Yep, all this and more, and what do most men do??
….watch other (grown) men play “games”, and very little else.
You just CAN’T make that shit up.
..
..
That dead horse will not get up and run no matter how much you beat it.
We get it, we all get it. You don’t like sports.
Make a case that sports participation(or even watching) invalidates one as an MRA or having the ability to think critically or drop it already.
Otherwise, I call your perception out as “all men not conforming are knuckledragging troglodytes that could not survive without a woman to guide them”.
I never said or mean’t that it “invalidated” anyone.
You see, over the years when I have tried to bring up things to people that were of drastic importance, most of them would go about 5 minutes into the discussion before getting lost in some “sports” crap nonsense talk.
It isn’t so much that “sports” makes people unable to think critically, its that its like a drug and just makes people WASTE so much valuable time and strategic power.
You have missed that “sports” are not the problem.
Keyster correctly identifies apathy as the issue.
Repeatedly falsely identifying sports or sports fans as an issue is not going to solve the problem and infact may serve to cause otherwise receptive individuals to stop listening.
I don’t mean we should pander to any group to be more palatable(actually I would advocate for a careful use of more in your face marketing of the MRM). What I mean is we should be sure of our quarry before firing verbal shots at them. Were not SAC hitting schools and churches here, a precise strike pays off far better for us and does not create enemies out of allies.
I defintiely see what you’re saying, but this “sports” shit is like a national cancer that seems to have just taken on a life-of-its-own and created mass brain-rot.
So, actually, I DO have to back up and say that, yes, it DOES affect the ability to think critically.
I think its the sports shit that very much helped create the apathy to start with.
It has to begin to stop somewhere.
IF one has an head wound causing a headache, simply treating the headache could lead to the death of that person.
Sports is the “headache” to you as illustrated by this particular dead horse being beaten on several other threads. I have attempted to show that this is a symptom only and treating a symptom which isn’t even that bad, instead of the disease is not productive.
Especially so when, the symptom you carp about is is pretty much an ingrained part of maleness. We challenge ourselves and compete with others. At one point it was mostly to improve social standing and determine leadership in hunter/gatherer societies. But, since then it has become a part of who we are.
Keysters example of low voter turn out is more appropriate to the discussion. But, I suggest that pure apathy is not the only reason. People have realized that A=B=C=D i.e. a politician is a politician is a politician. Voting for one over another does not result in an outcome much different from voting for another. You only have to look as far as Obama and his BS “Yes we can” speeches and compare that to his actual actions since gaining office. Has your economy recovered? Why did Obama himself push for language which allows his to indefinately detain American citizens without trial or charges? Why was the corpse of “Usama bin Laden” a good 20-25 years younger than the man himself(and a dead ringer for a photoshopped old press photo)?
I suppose them talking about sports is better than them talking about the drunken idiots they made of themselves over the weekend. If there’s no alcohol involed, it’s just not worth knowing about.
How do you access the chat room?
If people being apathetic is the problem, then why isn’t 99% of the population totally apathetic when it comes to “sports teams”?
Answer me that.
Why aren’t 99% of 14 year old girls apathetic to Justin Beiber? Why aren’t 99% of 14 year old boys apathetic towards Nikki Minaj? Or 99% of middle class, middle aged morons apathetic towards Big Brother or any other idiotic “reality” tv show?
Please quit whinging on a symptom across multiple threads already. Blaming hockey or football is akin to saying the MRM is in trouble because of pop music. Both would be horseshit claims.
I see anti-male BS every single day but, now I see the odd story that questions the status quo. For that we can thank the Paul Elam’s, Angry Harry’s, Krazie 316′s, Bernard Chapin’s, Pierce Harlan’s, and so on of the MRM. Their efforts and the contributions of those that agree with their believe in them are responsible for that small shift. Such a change was unimaginable 15 or 20 years ago but, here it is. We will not win overnight. But we will win because we do not have any other choice.
You wrongly assume that my position is that “the MRM is in trouble” …..because of sports obsession.
My position is that the MRM would have far more participation if it weren’t for the national sports obsession and if this national brain-rot could be mitigated…..Its been going on for 50 years, maybe much longer.
The reason I “wing it across multiple threads” is perhaps the more novice MRAs will see the point and not get sidelined with that ubiquitous crap.
14 year-olds don’t have to worry about much that they can actually DO anything about and middle aged rich people don’t have much at stake either.
MRAs, on the other hand, must get ALL the cobwebs out and STAY focused 100% of the time without getting lost in irrelevance.
I really am NOT trying to offend anyone, I’m really not, but it just pisses me off how an obsession like that can turn so many brains almost off for 50 years, letting politicians get away with whatever they want.
What if every man who ever went to a “sports event” spent that time protesting instead?
Imagine that.
I am not offended at all.
However, you are dead wrong. On multiple accounts.
14 years olds should be very worried and they are(let’s not forget that tumultuous hormonal time). Teens tend to be ridiculously idealistic. This is a key time for indoctrination, and feminists and lie-berals take full advantage of this.
You do have a point in that 14-year-old boys are NOT worried about the things they should be. More fatherless homes + high hormone levels could be a cause there.
Middle aged well off men on the other hand have alot to worry about like, financing the soon to be ex-wifes escapades with the cabana boy while she “finds herself” on his dime.
As for MRA’s stayin 100% focused….. That my friend is a recipe for burning out. I hunt or fish, or build things. For others it is sports, cars, mudbogging in a 4×4 or an ATV. The point is we all need to enjoy what we still have while we have it otherwise this isn’t a fight worth having. I plan on keeping what I have and demanding more untill we are all subject to the same standards, man, woman, black, white, Greek, or Turk.
We need a bare minimum basic set of rights that will never be infringed upon, and we have to be prepared to defend those rights for everyone. Whether or not the infringement affects us personally.
“What if every man who ever went to a “sports event” spent that time protesting instead?
Imagine that.”
I have, no one would be allowed to eat meat, own a gun or a vehicle capable of going faster that the local speed limit, seals would over-populate the north atlantic causing an ecological disaster.
You forget that if there is a god he really likes stupid people and makes tons of them.
Too many stupid activists are the reason McDonalds switched to styrofoam burger containers “to save trees”, only to later have to switch back to paper and cardboard which is renewable and overall far more environmentally friendly.
The critical mass that the MRM needs is not 100% agreement, hell it isn’t even 50% agreement. We just need enough people to question the status quo to cause discussion(and as Fidelbogen has pointed out we will need rhetorical disciple to control these dialogues), the rest of the sheep will just blindly follow popular opinion the same way they did to enact feminist ideology into law.
Not only am I not offended, I am not even irratated with you. I sense your motives are noble but, your target needs to be re-acquired. I just hope I can help you reach a constructive place where you can contribute and not feel like banging your head against the wall in frustration.
I don’t do any of those recreational things and I don’t get “burned out”.
I walk, bicycle a little bit, and work on minor things having to do with my household and my car and am hyper-vigilant about my health(no doctors, please, thank you). Those things and nothing else give me plenty of “off-time”.
I just don’t see the need for people to get all engulfed in some of these things to have “off-time” and unwind..I think they just end up being horrendous distractions and more work to do..Thats my opinion anyway.
Rebtus to Keyster,
When you said in initially post that you would be in “Safe Room” with a loaded gun at your side, was that gun to blow your brains out or shoot the attacking intrudes? My computer voice did not work and Norton anti virus was corrupted and they could not fix it and I had to pay $125 to repair company to fix it. So I could not listen.
Keyster, sometimes you yank our chain but you are smart observer/analyst and “apathy” as someone put it is men’s biggest problem.
Neither, I cradle it in my arms like a free babe in paradise.
Remember, apathy is the easiest thing anyone can do.

You guys happen to see the headlines on the January issue of Cosmopolitan magazine? (its hard not to notice, as every 7-11 gas-station has these right up front of the cash registers area) but I took one look at this and laughed my ass off.

That’s right. That bitch is on register-her.com for a good reason! “I’d kill my man if he cheated” is what it says. Even more proof that our society is batshit crazy and accepting of feminist bullshit.
Just thought I’d make a comment, haven’t been around here that much with my new job taking priority.
Paul, I hear you when you talk about your concern about conspiracies. I, too, try never to talk about what can’t be seen, documented, investigated. But a writer mentioned here from time to time is John Taylor Gatto, especially his dense education in itself, his book The Underground History of American Education. That there are associations that try very hard to be invisible acting in corporate interests became very plausible to me after reading this. Are they inherently evil? No, not necessarily, but is their agenda to produce independent thinkers, men and women alike, with the mental and emotional strength to “go their own way”? No, absolutely not. I can’t over-recommend this book. Pay special attention to the last paragraph of this quotation from Gatto and see if you recognize yourself.
http://johntaylorgatto.com/underground/prologue6.htm
“Ordinary people send their children to school to get smart, but what modern schooling teaches is dumbness. It’s a religious idea gone out of control. You don’t have to accept that, though, to realize this kind of economy would be jeopardized by too many smart people who understand too much. I won’t ask you to take that on faith. Be patient. I’ll let a famous American publisher explain to you the secret of our global financial success in just a little while. Be patient.
“Old-fashioned dumbness used to be simple ignorance; now it is transformed from ignorance into permanent mathematical categories of relative stupidity like “gifted and talented,” “mainstream,” “special ed.” Categories in which learning is rationed for the good of a system of order. Dumb people are no longer merely ignorant. Now they are indoctrinated, their minds conditioned with substantial doses of commercially prepared disinformation dispensed for tranquilizing purposes.
“Jacques Ellul, whose book Propaganda is a reflection on the phenomenon, warned us that prosperous children are more susceptible than others to the effects of schooling because they are promised more lifelong comfort and security for yielding wholly:
‘Critical judgment disappears altogether, for in no way can there ever be collective critical judgment….The individual can no longer judge for himself because he inescapably relates his thoughts to the entire complex of values and prejudices established by propaganda. With regard to political situations, he is given ready-made value judgments invested with the power of the truth by…the word of experts.’
“The new dumbness is particularly deadly to middle- and upper-middle-class kids already made shallow by multiple pressures to conform imposed by the outside world on their usually lightly rooted parents. When they come of age, they are certain they must know something because their degrees and licenses say they do. They remain so convinced until an unexpectedly brutal divorce, a corporate downsizing in midlife, or panic attacks of meaninglessness upset the precarious balance of their incomplete humanity, their stillborn adult lives. Alan Bullock, the English historian, said Evil was a state of incompetence. If true, our school adventure has filled the twentieth century with evil.”
Maybe my point was misunderstood as being directed at those participating on this site.
It is not.
Actually I get what your saying here. I have tried many times to discuss mens issues with my friends and they all strongly agree. However it does not take long before their shared “passion” for men rights gets redirected to the latest video game or sports showing, and the topic drops faster than a depression era stock market crash.
Don’t get me wrong! I am a huge gamer and sports lover myself, but when I talk about mens issues that love for such things flys right out the window and I would prefer to stay on topic.
